After eating lunch at their next door neighbors Cabrera's we decided to give Casa Karamelo a try and so happy that we did! Cute family oriented treat shop (they have a play area for the kiddos too), very inviting with adorable ice cream cone seats/tables and decor and plenty of Mexican goodies from salty to sweet treats literally something for everyone! Asked the cashier about some of the sorbet and ice cream flavors, a few I had never heard of but she gave us some origin and fruit comparisons while letting us try samples. I needed something cool and refreshing so I ordered a scoop of Passion Fruit (sweet and very balanced flavor) and also pineapple coconut (less sweet so it paired perfectly). My mom ordered her favorite anywhere she goes which is rum raisin (she said it was creamy and the flavor was spot on). My daughter ordered their tres leches scoop and it was really good! If in the area stop by and treat yourself to something good, you deserve it!
