Great service and food. The staff are extremely friendly. Forgot to take a picture of the menu but they have plenty of options for everyone

Just $8 for 3 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 slices of bacon! They have great deals here; many budget friendly specials are available.

We're so glad we went to Farmers Skillet for breakfast. What a great, downhome place with friendly service, reasonable prices and delicious food. They have a big menu with everything you could want for a classic American diner breakfast or lunch, including a special discount menu if you order before 9 AM (including $1.99 bottomless coffee), and surprisingly inexpensive kids and seniors menus. Cheerful waiters frequently come around with pots of hot coffee in case you want to warm up your cup, and the whole vibe of this diner is very warm and welcoming. You'll leave with a smile! :)

Yes, it was good and I don't know if it's because of the food, but I know after eating here my stomach was upset for over a week.

I went here a few months ago and really enjoyed my meal. The servers were friendly and the prices were fair. Food was also out pretty quick and had good portion sizes. Would go here again!

Best part? My gluten-eating family who could have gone ANYWHERE also loved their meals. No pity plates. Everyone won. Our college student requests this place every single time we visit which tells you everything you need to know. They don't have a car, so we are essentially their personal Uber and we are okay with it as long as we end up here. A rare and beautiful thing.

The food is just nothing to write home about - I could make it myself without much effort, for a much lower price, and just better. It used to be worth it to come in every now and then because their prices were so low, but just like everywhere else now, the prices are high and not worth it. A rave: I got food poisoning recently, NOT at Morning Thunder, but they were a contender. When I called to let them know, they handled it extremely well. They were surprised but said they would look closely at everything to make sure everything was safe and sanitary. (And yes, I did call to let them know when I confirmed it was not them.)

I scoured the menu and was excited to find so many hash choices. I was moved by the Irish Burrito, but ordered Linda's omelette; while my daughter went with the eggs Benedict. In a town that takes its breakfast seriously, and where I've probably worked my way through more menus and reviews than I should admit, this one quietly climbed right to the top of my list. My omelette was exactly what you want when you order one. Fluffy without being dry, full of flavor without trying too hard, and cooked like someone in the kitchen actually cares about eggs. The ingredients were balanced and fresh, not just thrown together as filler. The hollandaise sauce was original, I couldn't find a lemon, cheese or any other overwhelming base, it stood out. The hash was perfect. My daughter's eggs Benedict looked like a postcard version of what that dish should be. Perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise that didn't feel heavy, and ham that actually tasted like ham instead of just salt delivery. One of those plates where you steal a bite "just to try it" and immediately understand the decision. The real surprise for me was the potato pancake I picked instead of the usual hashbrowns. Light, airy inside, crispy outside, and seasoned just right. Honestly one of the better breakfast potatoes I've had anywhere. If potatoes had a hall of fame, this one would at least get a nomination. The place itself has a warm, comfortable feel. Wood tones, rooster themes everywhere, a relaxed local energy where people look like regulars and first-timers feel welcome anyway. Service was friendly and efficient without feeling rushed. In a city full of strong breakfast spots, this might actually be my current favorite. That's not something I say lightly.
