There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on.

Their tech didn't even use the clean out but used the P-trap to snake the line. That's why his snake got snagged due to all the curves and bends. Tony re-snaked the line through the clean out to the main and water ran clear for over 10 minutes. We called and were a bit irritated we had to deal with a chat bot but it understood everything we said and made a same day appointment. We were very happy until 30 minutes before our appointment we got a call saying they had to cancel. Future calls a human answered so the bot is probably just a backup. Danny arrived the next day at 8:30 am. He was very pleasant to work with and was great at communicating the solution to our problems. First was our clogged bathtub. Our other plumber always had to go on the roof but Danny was able to snake the issue from the drain no problem. Cost to snake was honestly pretty shocking compared to my usual plumber and it would have been double from the roof. My usual place doesn't charge extra if they get on the roof. I did appreciate all pricing was up front and clearly explained. Next was my other bathroom's shower. The 63 year old valve has been failing more and more with cartridges being replaced in shorter intervals. Danny mentioned he can retrofit our two handle valve into a new single handle. In no way did he pressure us, just gave the choice due to my existing failing more often. It made sense so I agreed. It was a tedious all day job that he was probably regretting suggesting. He was at our house for 9 hours but got the job done. I am glad I replaced vs fixing the existing valve. It looks great and love the single handle. If we ever remodel we can replace the larger plate with a smaller one which was nice to know. Reason I am not giving 5 stars besides canceling our first appointment is the fit and finish. Our new expensive install was covered in dirty fingerprints. We had to scrub the newly installed handle and plate. The shower head pipe coming out of the wall is crooked now which it wasn't before and the caulking had gaps so I had to recaulk myself. Actually my wife recaulked it. I have zero real world skills. He didn't cover our bathroom in plastic before sawing the wall so every inch is covered in white powder. He tried cleaning up a bit with a shop vac but was ready to get home. I know it was late but for the amount of money I paid it should have been a cleaner job. In the end I am pleased with Graham plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services. Danny had a great personality and I would probably request him again.

As has been the case with all of the other referrals from our community, AA Atlas has that reputable, high quality service that is unfortunately so hard to find these days! Eddie the tech has been with AA Atlas for over 20 years and still shows up at your door with a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable presence. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, but also noted that since our HVAC is older, you need to be a bit gentler when servicing so that you don't create even bigger issues. Under his care, I have no doubt that this system will serve us faithfully for many more years. Eddie showed me that my HVAC system has twice as many air filters as I had thought, and those two that I didn't know about were totally clogged up and caused our issues. None of our previous houses had that many intakes! The main office is also super professional and kind. The phone is answered on first ring with a smile, and they call you to let you know the tech is on the way!

However we had to call the company to come out several times to fix the new unit. They even had to already replace a part! It was new!!!! Here we are 4-5 years later and the unit is not blowing cold. We have to wait 2 full days for someone to come out(during a heatwave of course). Very, very disappointing! A/C units are not cheap. I sadly would not recommend this company.
