He was one of the only contractors we found that would allow us to complete some of the work ourselves (we wanted to do the demolition, floor tile, painting, and trim). I hired Faros to put a concrete pad along one side of the house to create a positive slope for water to drain away from the house. They did it all in one day, including excavation, tamping the soil, rebar reinforcement, pouring the concrete, making the slope and leveling it. They did a really nice job.
