I don't recommend this place at all!! If you need nails instead of coming here, buy press-ons!!! Jenny, the owner, seems to be a kind and respectable woman. Once you have a complaint be ready to meet an unscrupulous, rude, selfish, petty, extremely disrespectful grown woman! My experience is as follows, I had been coming to this place for over five years off and on. Always quality service and zero complaints. Up until a couple of weeks ago when Jenny did my pedicure and my hands (acrylic). As usual, I pay for jel nail polish. Lasts longer and it's more practical for me. I paid almost $100 as usual. The next day two of my nail polish completely comes off. I have been doing jel nail polish for years. Came back a bout two days later, I get out of work late but made up an excuse to leave early. Anyhow, I go, explain and I get accused of peeling it myself. I requested a color change. Wanted to avoid having to come back again. I was charged $40. Came back again once I needed refills and a fresh pedi. I was almost kicked out by the older lady. She even walked me out the door. She was rude to me when I had gone previously with the nail polish complain. Decided to call and speak my mind. I was promised a pedicure for free. Went back today. Jenny was there. She did not validate the free pedi. Was cutting my fingers while filing them. She kept raising her voice when I would let her know she was hurting me. To put it in a nutshell, she ended up yelling at me at the top of her lungs. I kept telling her calmly to respect me and to not speak to me in that tone. I kept repeating myself that I was a paying customer. The lady kept getting more aggravated to the point where she tried pushing me when I was trying to put on my sandal. At that point I was yelling back telling her to act her age and to be a professional woman!!! I am disgusted about this incident. I can't believe someone. Would act this way. Especially a business mature woman. Zero respect!!! I would never recommend this or a situation similar to that to anyone. My blood pressure is still high. Worst experience of my life. Disgusting JENNY!! I hope you're ashamed of yourself!!!! I would rather do press-ons and paint my nails myself. I hope your business keeps booming with your work ethics and professionalism. read more

Just left this salon and Tien killed my nails. Got red ombré Stiletto nails. Loved that he was able to get it to the sharpness I need. They did not have the original black ombré I wanted but they will be ordering soon. I don't really write reviews but I came to get pedicures with my mom and my brother and they sat me down as soon as we got here but they literally helped every other customer that walked in through the door after, first! They had me sitting there not telling me anything all while attending everyone else. I am not the most patient person but I tried my best. While I was waiting for someone to attend me, I had a lady come up to me sounding very aggressively asking me what color I wanted, like if I was an inconvenience she wasn't even the one who helped me. It is what it is. I just really needed my toes done. That aggressive sounding lady sat in the corner to "clean" her tools and literally wiped them down with an ordinary paper napkin and put them in a "STERILE" bag !! From a 5star it is now a one star. I would go only with Jenny but she was not there and I see the difference. Service is bad i kept getting told to come back like if they didn't want to do my nails more so because I couldn't afford a tip. The cost was literally all I had In my card and I told her and once she knew she did my manicure without even trying. I was upset and felt bad when I left. I take my nonagenarian grandmother here every few weeks since these were the ladies she used to go to when their shop was around the corner from her house, near South and Palo Verde. For the most part, they take good care of her and she gets a half-hour or so of pampering. Typically, I bring her in, one of the girls gestures where to sit her, and I pick out a color off the rack. I then go for a walk while they work on her mani/pedi, and return to pay the $20 plus tip while they put her shoes on for her. I trust they'll do a good job, which they normally do. Today was a bit of an off-experience, though. They didn't trim her toe nails (in fact, they painted the edges and underside of them), and the polish was smeared onto the skin of her toes in parts. And while they usually help her put on her shoes, they just said, "OK, she's done. $20!" and then disappeared into the back. After putting my grandmother's shoes on for her, I ended up waiting 10 minutes to pay someone who didn't work on my grandmother this visit and who also didn't answer why they didn't cut her nails. Despite my qualms with the pedicure, her finger nails were nicely done, as usual. My assumption with her toes is that my grandmother threw a fit or something and since they don't argue with her they just painted them. read more

I used to think the service quality was good. That was a while ago. I had a pedicure and a fill and they were both below par. For the pedicure it was very half a**ed. The nails are cut evenly. She went through the motions of a good pedi but didn't actually do it. The obly thing that WAS done good was the cuticle removal. As for the fill, I wanted a ribbon on my index finger. The lady who did my fill couldn't do it. So she spologized and just put the topcoat and went on to the next customer. Nancy is usually the one I go to but she was busy. This place is horrible I will never come again. I was charged twice on my card and I know I did because it says processed on my bank statement and I went to show and they didn't want to give me my refund. I went from being told it was $30 to it being $92. The girl was trying to argue telling me no when I clearly showed her my statement. Not only that but she refused to change my nails because she said they look cute to her and I asked her to even take them off and she refused. I don't think that's professional. Now I have to pay somewhere else to get them removed and pay to get another set. My mom said it was a great place but the services received proved otherwise. I'm so upset. I give it 0 stars but it does not allow me to give 0 stars. I had been waiting for my mani after they had finish with my pedicure when they started working on someone else because she had to go pick her kid up.
