After my time in Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area I decided to say why not let's ride over to MCM to see what all great deals and selection they have going on for Christmas. I looked around in the store and found this very beautiful MCM duffel bag in very beautiful colors I really love the blue color it really stands out. I like the design of the duffel bag. It offers handles, shoulder strap, zip up on top and compartments inside with zip ups for all your accessories your taking a long with you. The duffel bag came with a MCM dust cover to help protect the bag from rain, sun, heat during the hot summer months. The staff at MCM - Beverly Hills are top knotch, very nice, understanding very helpful when I needed help looking for an item. The value of each piece of fashion at MCM is great. So I wear 2 designers only: Dior and MCM. But I want to talk about MCM and the most awesome, fantastic, kind, and outgoing, personable Client Adviser I've ever encountered at any high-end retail store. Her name is Priyanka. Priyanka is not just a Client Adviser, but she's someone that cares about her clients and their well-being. From the very first time I entered into the store and met her, our relationship has blossomed into a personal relationship. We go to lunch if she's available when I'm shopping, we laugh, she checks in on me while I was going through my radiation treatments. What I like and respect most about her is when I come into the store, I always want to buy something so she gets a commission -- be it small or large -- just so she gets commission, and she says "No Donna, it's not about you buying something each time." What Client Adviser does that? I can just stop in and look around without feeling pressured to purchase. She keeps me in the loop with all the new arrivals and special events. She knows what I like. For my birthday one year, she personally bought me a bottle of Moët White Star, had me come to the store to celebrate. If you are looking for a Client Adviser at the MCM store, Beverly Hills Rodeo location, I suggest you ask for Priyanka if you want to be served like the star you are. So many of her clients travel from afar, and most of us have gotten to know one another because of her expertise at what she does. Had the most wonderful experience here today! I called yesterday to ask about what inventory they had in stores - Lynda and Grace were polite, attentive, and patient on the phone and follow up texts while we sorted through options. When I went to the store to pick up the items, they greeted me out front, offered me water, and made sure everything was to my liking. They suggested I check out the beautiful upstairs area as I waited for my bags to get packaged up. I expressed interest in an item for myself, and Grace listened to my style and made thoughtful suggestions without ever feeling pushy. Both women were incredibly professional, and also genuinely enjoyable and comfortable to be around. I will absolutely be suggesting this brand to others not only for their high quality items and cute designs, but amazing customer service to their clients! read more

Silvana is THE ABSOLUTE go-to for this store. Vibe check no games, just business and love. First thing that came into mind when I saw MCM was "Man Crush Monday". (Especially since it was a Monday that I visited the store.) Store is CLEANER than a whistle. GOAT status since they open til 7pm, 6pm on Sundays. RECOMMEND HIGHLY in the UTMOST. Alphonso (a.k.a. the wonderful AJ) and Priyanka provided us the warmest service today! We had gotten bags as gifts and were there to exchange the one for my mom, as she wanted something with a zipper. AJ patiently showed her bag after bag until she found one she absolutely loved and even helped her find a wallet she loved too. My mom is super picky so this was no small feat! He wrapped everything so she could have the joy of unwrapping it, what a sweetheart! I absolutely Love the Customer Service I received from Jervan Paul at MCM on Rodeo. I was shown piece after piece as I sat down and thumbed through the history Book of MCM. The service was everything you would expect from a high end fashion store on Rodeo Drive. I don't always get this treatment at other stores or brands, but because of the way Jervan enhanced my shopping experience I'll be back for sure.....for the new MCM Visetos Boots and the warm hospitality! I'm rather taken aback that there's no Yelp listing for the Beverly Center MCM store at 8500 Beverly Center Blvd., Space #758, in Los Angeles. Tel: (323) 886-3979. My review is for that store and specifically, Terrence, their Selling Supervisor. I visited this location to fall in love with the store and its merchandise, but I fell in love with Terrence. He is so personable and so professional. I left MCM feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I love when SA's are enthusiastic and well educated about their brands. I am more cautious about my purchases these days because quality is an issue. I would advise anyone who likes Louis Vuitton to visit MCM. If you don't convert to MCM once you see the quality of their merchandise, then you deserve to waste your money. MCM and LV both sell PVC coated canvas, but MCM is so much sturdier. The quality is better. The leather trim is better. LV's piping and handles are flimsy and made to basically fall apart so you have to replace your LV items. MCM is the complete opposite. Their items are made to last and made to collect. Their special items are dope, too. From boxing gloves to playing cards, coasters for your coffee table, serving trays, serving carts... MCM has it all, and their price points are very reasonable for a luxury brand. They have a nice selection at the Beverly Center store. The store is bright and cheerful. I look forward to the release of their furnishings because I know off the top I want 2 pieces. (One piece is pictured.) read more

I was in LA last week and went to rodeo drive with my mom, who was considering buying a handbag from the mcm store. She decided to on the last day we were here, and Camryn was not only super helpful and nice, but gave us a discount when she didnt have to (the bag was around 670-700 and we paid in the low 600s, extravagant i know) I know my mom loves her bag (its her first mcm item) and im really happy we had such a great experience buying it. read more

this store took my online order for an exchange. Turns out, boutiques cant take returns for online orders. So my order has been sitting at the in the boutique for 3 weeks. No refund or nothing. Its very disappointing that the retailers in this store does not know protocol. This is a very big inconvenience for me. read more
