I was told by the field supervisor possible owner, Danny Rubio we did not need to remove any garland or garden toys. I even called him the day before they tented to make sure that I did not have to remove any garden toys or garlands. I guess because our units are all attached and the tent had to fall down a specific way they had to take down are fences in the rear of our units. I have garlands on each side of my fence so I will not see my neighbors. When the workers from Upright took down the fence they ruined my garland causing breakage of my personalized name on my garland. They also chipped my fence. As the crew was about to leave I brought my damage to their attention and the workers tried to put back the garland on the fence the best way they could but it was not correct. I contacted the field supervisor Danny and explained to him the matter and he gave me the office number to speak with Desiree to make a complaint. I did that and she said to send her pictures and she would get back to me. After, (4 ) days I never heard anything so I contacted Desiree again and she stated via text that the owner said it's nothing he could do about it because I should have taken my garland down before the tent. I explained to her when asked about the garland and garden toys I was told by the field supervisor Danny Rubio that I did not need to remove any of those items. That's why I kept it up. I then said what about the fence they chipped and Desiree said she would talk to the owner about it. I still have not heard anything back. I feel Upright is responsible for the damage their workers did and since Danny said none of the units needed to take down any garland just to cut back any trees 12 feet from the wall only. I am very disappointed with this company. I feel once they got our money their were done with the job. They did not care about how they put back up are fences. They did not provide care of the fences once they took them down causing damage to my fence and garland. On a good Note: The value price for the termite treatment was reasonable and they made sure no gas was inside our houses when the job was complete. They need to be more mindful when taking down gates, etc. when doing their job to make sure they properly take care of them.

It's a tile roof that has had some repairs and I wanted to be proactive in making sure it doesn't need more repairs before winter season. I made an appointment for 2:30pm on 9/3/25. My husband was going to meet Joe. I gave both my cell phone number and my husbands cell phone number. My husband was leaving work in Downtown Los Angeles. around 1:45pm I saw that there was an accident in West Covina on 10 freeway and he was running 10 minutes behind. I tried calling the one and only phone number I was provided. I called 5 times before someone answered. At this point it was 2:45pm and I said my husband had arrived at the condo at 2:40pm and did not see Joe. I was immediately scolded like a child and told that my appointment was at 2:30pm and that Joe left his card at the condo door. I explained that my husband was driving home from Los Angeles and I tried calling multiple times to communicate that he was running ten minutes behind. I was gas lit even further and told that my appointment was at 2:30pm and why was I yelling and frustrated with them. She proceeded to tell me that Joe had taken measurements for the roof and could give me a quote, which didn't make sense because how does someone measure and inspect a roof in ten minutes. I explained that I know parts of the roof had been replaced due to leaks so I just wanted to see the condition of the roof not a quote for a brand new roof unless needed. I also said please check your caller ID this is the only phone number provided, I tried communicating this traffic mishap. Joes phone number was never provided, and I asked why didn't Joe call myself or my husband. I was scolded again and told that I was expecting a call from Joe even though my husband was late for the appointment. Which I replied, yes, that's the normal thing to do when you have an appointment with someone and you are a business! So much for loyalty, so much for customer service. I'm sorry that my husband couldn't levitate through the accident causing the traffic and I tried my best to communicate the only way I could. Another example of companies taking advantage. Under worked and over paid. Unfortunately both my husband and I have to work full time jobs to support our family and we did the best we could today. This company couldn't care less. Upon review of the camera at the condo, Joe did not, in-fact step foot on the roof for an inspection. He also arrived earlier than 2:30pm. We won't be using this company or recommending them.

I begged him to send someone out on a Saturday - so rare! But Eduardo came as promised, spent an hour thoroughly examining our unit, confirming there was no electrical issue, but gave us the honest diagnosis that as our unit was so old, it would be extremely difficult to source parts. He said he could put a bandaid on it and keep revisiting the issue or we could invest in a new unit and even lower our electricity bill that way. We took the second option - and we are glad we did! AJ, Pablo and Marco came bright and early on Monday to work on everything. As I worked from home, I did not hear a peep from them. They did everything quietly and were a well-oiled machine. They were so thorough and took the time to explain things to me and my husband. They were genuinely happy to do their jobs. The 3 of them did so much back-breaking work all the way till past 6pm. We were so grateful for their dedication. When they finished, we had beautiful cold air coming out of all our vents. They cared not just to do the job well, but to make sure they left us happy and satisfied. The company founder Tom, even came out the next day to check if everything was done correctly. It was so lovely meeting him. We are going to be lifelong customers and we are spreading the gospel about these folks.
