Great service and very kind staff! I brought my laptop in to get the Hard disk restored and they had it done the next day! They walked me through it, even pointing out that I probably wanted the same size storage so that my external hard drive backup was compatible. Stellar service! I was up the creek without a paddle when my screen out of no where went black. I had no clue what happened, and tried all the prompts I could on ChatGPT to get the screen back on. I plugged my laptop into an external monitor and it showed up there just fine, so I knew it was the screen. I reached out in the evening, after hours, and got a response within minutes. I requested a quote for repair and turn around time. I had reached out to 6 different shops and they were the only ones who responded quickly with that information, others were just suggesting I come by for a free estimate or I had to ask multiple times for an estimate, and then had to ask again about turn around time because they didn't respond with that info in my initial request. My boyfriend dropped off my laptop right when they opened, and shortly after they were communicating with me regarding the issue and solution. Within hours it was fixed, and I was able to pick it up right when I left work. I was impressed by how quick the screen replacement was done, and impressed by the constant communication. Customer service was above and beyond, I was pleased with my experience there, and won't go anywhere else in the future if I have any issues with my computers or phones. I also appreciate that the use apple products, not after market products to fix my laptop, makes me feel like the quality is there which is reassuring. This place is absolutely amazing. I was going to get an updated motherboard for an 2009 iMac to update it to a 2010. They said I could get get a refurbished for the same price, which is much more updated (make it a 2017). Then they did a few upgrades (hard drive and processor) for next to nothing.. So I brought in a 2009 to update to 2010, but left with a 2019 iMac for basically the same price. My laptop had an issue with the screen and it wasn't turning on and I was panicking because I didn't know what to do. So I decided to try taking it to Fast Apple Repair after a bad experience at Micro Center. I came in asking if I could get a screen replacement and Alex was super friendly and understanding and allowed me to bring my laptop in for a replacement. Although it was a bit time consuming to receive, I would say it is totally worth the wait and the price. Alex was able to communicate when the screen would arrive and when it was ready for pick up. They were nice enough to stay overtime just to allow me to come pick it up after my shift at work. I was led to believe the screen replacement was, in their exact words, "OEM quality". However I noticed immediately there were touch and fitment issues that made it apparent this was not comparable to an OEM screen. Perhaps upfront honesty to manage my expectations would have allowed me to make a better decision on whether to spend a little more to send my phone to Apple for the screen replacement. Ultimately I felt misled and was so unsatisfied with the replacement screen, I traded the phone in instead of holding out for another year or 2 like I initially intended when I decided to repair. Any business should always be honest with the cost vs quality of their product and allow the customer to make their own decision based on their value proposition. I will not be returning due to this reason. In fact, this business has reaffirmed why I now have AppleCare+. I've added a star since they offered to refund me, but will not accept it since they did perform the replacement and I have since traded the phone in. read more

As I noted I WAS discounted (not fully refunded as you claim) due to me pushing the issue to a level of confrontation and because Alex was embarrassed- as he should have been! I trust FACTS you see. And why would he offer CASH as the discount , I think it ended up being zelled to me - that's shady! His shouting at this or any customer is inappropriate.. he got caught and should have apologised and corrected the situation- after all it was by me being vigilant and savvy I found the IOS setting confirming the FACTS. The fact you continue to push the issue confirms I was cheated- and now I read of others adding similar complaints! I've asked nothing from you, I'm not a grifter- I simply wanted to warn others that simply because you have Apple Corporate type logos and Apple Service posts - Doesn't make you a qualified Apple Service Center (with whom I have excellent Customer Service and support for 25+ years) and which Apple confirmed after I took the laptop to the real Apple (Bear Street) Service Center! My error was believing the appearance on your business as an Apple Service Center was wrong, you're an apple allusion! My review I fully stand by and eagerly under Oath for its accuracy and integrity - with FACTS! Why would I go through this ordeal as a disabled Veteran- I had no grudge, Alex was pleasant until busted after I returned having been cheated. FACTs Sir, FACTs! I'm satisfied with the Apple.Corporate Service report Center to which I immediately drove, where Apple Corporation (a real life true Apple Certified Service Provider) noted - in writing- a used battery WAS installed (having been told "New from Factory") and the speakers for which you also charged me were in fact the Originals (there had been nothing wrong with the speakers as the unit was rarely used but was left plugged in and which is why the battery was over cycled (as Alex correctly noted)) as the Apple Manager found the original 'sealed Screws' still installed- screws with a coloured seal intact! Alex didn't change the speakers according to the real Apple Service Center 9999 Bear Street, Costa Mesa and the fact I had to push your UN-authorised apple repair shack for an invoice was suspicious.
