We took a 2014 Audi A4 to their St Helens location (all owned by the same person) for a routine oil change on 3/6/2026, and what should have been simple turned into a costly repair. Instead of doing the oil change properly, their technician chose to vacuum the oil out because removing the undercarriage cover would "take too long." We relied on their expertise and trusted they knew what they were doing. The car was driven a short distance after the service and seemed fine. The next morning, however, it started misfiring immediately and was clearly unsafe to drive. The vehicle remained parked until it could be evaluated, and was eventually towed to a certified mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed a missing camshaft seal and advised that this type of failure is consistent with improper oil extraction using suction equipment and would not occur during a standard oil change. We paid $613.79 in repairs, plus the original $97.95 oil change. We made multiple attempts to contact the shop (calls and email). Eventually, their claims manager called on 3/25/2026 and denied the claim solely because they didn't get to inspect the vehicle first ignoring the fact that the car was unsafe to drive and that we didn't even know they caused the issue until after a professional diagnosis and repair. At this point, it's not just about the damage, it's about accountability. Cutting corners for convenience caused real damage, and they've refused to take responsibility. We are now pursuing this through small claims court. Use caution. An oil change shouldn't result in engine damage. read more

Got my oil changed on a Tuesday evening. My car wasn't running right on my way home( I live in the Mountains about an hour from Scappoose, Oregon where the.Quick Lube is located) I just got new tires on my car , so I thought it could just be the adjustment of new tires , it was handling alot different. Two days later I needed to run to town amd my car would not take the hills. I called quick lube and explained the situation, the next day a tech showed up, very sweet fella, and worked on my car, in the rain for about an hour. There was a hose that was ajar from checking the air filter! He took it for a long test drive, and now I am so grateful for Quick Lube and how they handled my situation!!! Made sure I knew what was going on, what I needed, changed a really old cabin air filter other service centers couldn't find, and tracked down an issue with my wiper fluid line! Had been using for years for my company owned service truck, but the last time will be the last time! Had oil and fuel filter service, my company only allowed OEM fuel filters due to a issue with aftermarket fuel filters. I had bought filters from the dealership, and stopped by to get everything done, was told no discount for supplying the fuel filters, I said " not looking for discount,"and advised them on the company policy, well I was charged for "fuel filters " even though I supplied, $300+ for the service and to top it off, the fuel filter leaked and caused a big mess in my street and I had to fix the mistake! So I'm back to doing my own services, was nice wile it lasted, was a time saver, until it wasn't! read more

Alex was amazing, switched a light that I had previously taken to 5 other places. The headlight bulb holder which is usually able to be pulled off was horribly stuck. This guy came in and fixed it in a flash. Super happy with the service. Also went in for a trip check and got the most excellent service and advice that was amazing!! Awesome little place. Has a great and low pressure environment. Mostly friendly workers. While they get the job done you get to hang out in their cute and comfortable indoor area. Had my oil changed there on my Kia Sorento a couple of weeks ago. Have been daily driving it and didn't think to check the oil amount they put in. Husband noticed a burned oil smell and smoking coming from the hood which has never happened before, checked the oil level to see if it sprung a leak and was low- but no, it was over a quart OVERFILLED. Not too happy and will never return. Could have done a lot more than just blown my valve cover gasket if I were to have kept driving it like that. Two stars for the fairly quick service, free soda, air fresheners, and car wash token which was nice - up selling attempts aside. read more

Brought my truck in recently for an oil change. The owner was very friendly and took the time to speak to me while I waited. He checked in regularly. I would have given this review a 5 star but I didn't appreciate one of the techs smoking right next to me. I didn't really even mind the wait time so much but the smoking was disgusting. It was a hot day out but I had to leave my windows closed for the most part to keep the smoke out. Suggestion: have your employees smoke on the other end of your station, away from customers. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. They caused damage to my car and then made excuses to avoid responsibility and refused to speak to my mechanic about the damage to my car, because Milo- store owner- can tell from a photo that the damage was done elsewhere. I call BS. I came in for routine maintenance- Front and rear differential fluid flush and transmission flush. at first i thought, great! in and out in 18 minutes. but the lack of attention to detail came back to bite me later on. First off, they overtightened my rear differential and cracked the cover. (I have photos and sent to Milo- the owner of Fast Lube and Oil- he claimed he can tell from a photo without a hint of doubt in his mind that the stripping on the bolt on my rear differential cover is from trying to LOOSEN it- thus absolving him of responsibility- the bolt hasn't moved since being at fast lube an oil. it is literally fixed in place from overtightening- also his employees didn't put a tamperseal on- so he claimed no responsiblity there either. the bolt is fixed in place. Literally impossible to move- so how would i have moved the supposed tamperseal?) Because I only experienced seepage (and no leek) I didn't realize the problem immediately. he claims in this much time i've taken my car to other shops (didn't realize oil changes counted as 'shops' when I only do VALUE OIL CHANGE. ) Now I am facing a $300 fix because his employees manhandled my car. read more

I had them change my oil and asked them to check all other fluids since I recently bought the car and didn't know the service history. I also mentioned there was a bit of hydraulic pump whine when it was hot and asked the reservoirs be checked also. When they had finished, I began to ask if they had checked the hydraulic fluid on the radiator fan, since its not common on most cars. The service attendant interrupted me before I could ask my question and replied " I don't know, I'm not a mechanic" then recommended a repair shop down the road. They have my undying loyalty! Fast, Friendly, courteous, professional and best of all, they stand by the product and service. I was recently advised by another local service that I needed my A/C and Serpentine belts replaced before I made a 200 mile trip out of town. I knew Fast Lube was equipped to handle the job. They ordered the parts and did the job in little over an hour at a fraction of what the dealership would have charged. Unfortunately 30 minutes after I left their shop my car lost a bearing throwing the fan into the radiator and doing a good amount of damage. I had my car towed back to them and while they said they were not responsible, the bearing was bad to begin with ( I had no knowledge of that nor had I been told that) they took it to a local mechanic and completely fixed it, driving to the dealership to get the parts and had it complete and returned within 24hrs. No argument, No hassle. THAT'S SERVICE! I'm so grateful to not had to fight or argue, they just did the right thing and made it right. And gained a lifelong customer.
