If you're still reading this then here's the deal: - Responsiveness: Leo responded to my message in under two minutes and was willing to come out 6pm that same evening to mount my TV. - Prices: Unbeatable. - Work: Rock solid. - Personality: Polite, friendly and courteous. He even taped a trash bag to the wall in order to catch the dust caused by drilling holes. - Above & Beyond: When I realized the screws were missing to mount the bracket to the wall, Leo offered to drive to Home Depot to get them and didn't expect anything extra to do that. (He ended up finding screws in his van which was a big help). He also tried his best to conceal my TV and Apple TV wires, but a firewall both above and below the TV made this impossible. Not his fault at all; it's just the way the wall is. He mentioned that he likes a challenge and spent around 45 minutes working on this. Again, he didn't expect anything for his time and effort.
