Kavanaugh Complete Car Care Review While driving across the…read morecountry, my car developed broken stabilizer bars, and I needed help fast. After checking reviews, I found Kavanaugh Complete Car Care, and I'm so glad I did! From the first call, Karen was incredibly kind and helpful -- she quickly sent a repair quote, scheduled our service, and even arranged for a rental car to pick us up directly from the shop. The pricing was fair, the work was done efficiently, and the customer service was exceptional. It's rare to find a shop that treats travelers with such honesty and care. I highly recommend Kavanaugh Complete Car Care to anyone needing reliable auto repair and genuine customer service!

These people charged over FIVE-HUNDRED DOLLARS to install a lousy gear selector cable on my truck,…read more. . and that was PRE-covid price increases! And then, as an added insult to injury, my truck wouldn't turn over in their parking lot after I paid them. I walked back in to tell them about it, so they sent someone out to check it out. The guy made an adjustment and got the truck to turn over in park, so I left, . . . only to later discover, the transmission selector then wouldn't go in low gear. He pushed the adjustment too far in the other direction. Terrible work! I'm not going back Kavanaugh's and give them any reasons to rip me off again. I can live without low gear. This work should have cost about $200. Today, I got my truck back from Shuffitt's Auto Repair down on Preston Hwy. It needed a new starter solenoid. They installed both the new solenoid AND a new starter for about $380, ( said they come together). Good work at a fair price. Kavanaugh's is history with me .

Man oh man, if it wasn't for this shop I would have been in a horrible place…read more Spent good money at another certain shop that is "Toyota specific" in Middletown. And they destroyed the studs on my exhaust manifold from a simple bolt on magnaflow exhaust that should have been no more than 2 hours and a few hundred dollars. It left that shop leaking and loose, right rear cat failed and magnaflow honored the warranty and shipped me a replacement. Brought it back to have them swap the part and fix the leak. It leaked even worse and the owner told me straight to my face that it was not leaking and it didn't fit perfect cause it wasn't OEM. I finally find Eric with performance automotive and come To find out he even used to work at ams, so he knows what he's doing for sure. After spending 3 hours removing the old stripped studs and putting in new hardware, the magnaflow exhaust all went into place perfect like an OEM part . Had some other parts that needed to go on before a trip back to California and when I went to drop off truck my alternator was showing signs it was going out. Got all the parts together and he managed to swap that, installed my traction bars, do my carrier bearing on my driveshaft, and airbag cradles. Truck drives perfect now and while his shop rate may be "high" to some people, he actually is working that full hour and doesn't just sit around. I'd rather pay more per hour and less hours and ensure it gets done than some of these other shops in the area that charge less per hour but bill you more hours and mess things up like what I experienced that he had to fix. Overall you get what you pay for and simply put, He's the only shop I would ever go to out there.
