Anyway, Hardee's restaurants in general look dated as this one does, but this one was very clean in and out. The staff was nice and courteous. Restroom were very clean. Plus breakfast served til 11am(it was 10:45am when I popped in). Anyway, they had a biscuit special, 2 Country Ham biscuits for $3. BOOYAH! Added a large black coffee....best $5 I spent that day. My husband saw a poster for the Fried Bologna Biscuit (which is supposed to have Oscar Mayer bologna, a folded egg, and Velveeta cheese) and decided to try it. After waiting 5 minutes just to order, we had to listen to the cook in the back literally yelling, "I don't know how to make the bologna sandwich!" After several more minutes of other employees trying to explain it to him, the cook loudly shouted, "I don't know why the f*ck anyone would pay $5 for a sandwich they can make at home. "It took more than 10 minutes just to get our food, and when we finally got it, the bologna sandwich was missing both the egg and the cheese. At that point, we were completely done dealing with the unprofessional staff. We left, threw it away, and will never return to this location. Save your time and money.

However, we were refused service and told the dining room had already closed at 9 PM, and that the 10 PM closing time only applied to drive-thru service. There was absolutely no indication of this distinction on the app. Because of this inaccurate or misleading information, a large group of students was left without dinner plans. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern shown when we explained the situation. If dine-in closes earlier than drive-thru, that information should be clearly stated on the official app and website.
