I got the lemon lavender cookie and it was alright. Supposedly this is an offshoot of another place elsewhere, but maybe the main place tastes better? Cookie prices were fair but nothing really stood out. Even though my cookie had no chocolate on it it was covered with chocolate so could do better with utensils. It's in a busy grand central market but when I went it was quiet. It was easy and quick to get my cookie

I liked their chocolate chess pie which in my opinion tasted like a brownie in pie form. This pie had an interesting and rich chocolate flavor that you could really start detecting towards the end of each bite, and I really loved its crust which I thought had a brownie-like texture. The key lime pie was decent and not too sweet. The texture in this was also decent. Though I wasn't necessarily amazed by this pie by any means.

Drinks are fine (but seriously, you're surrounded by other places like GGET and Bastion that are over the top, so it's here for convenience. F&F is on the charts because of French butter and pulling no stops on luxurious recipes. The cookies are chewy and flat because the butter content is super high and not refrigerated before baking. The Chess pie is the Southern traditional version with cornmeal based dark chocolate pudding (not the plain egg custard version), a solid 6% whipped cream and the whisper of white vinegar is there. I'm happy with the laid back service especially after this near 12 hour shift in Photo Booth sized box. They were doing a demo kitchen at the Pie Fest over at the Autry for PiDay so shift relief was tough but he pulled through (with a near sold out day.) it's a stand and go stand near the NE corner of GCM near the Agua Fresca places.

My bf and I come to the Grand Central Market every now and then but this was our first time trying this vendor! There was a line which seemed like they were regular customers based on how they spoke and chatted about the cookie flavors. We only picked up some cookies to enjoy but definitely want to try their coffee and pies next time! Great quality cookies, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A bit on the sweeter side for my taste but if you're into the sweet stuff, this spot is for you! My bf got some Reese's and peanut butter ones along with a bourbon pecan choco chip. We also got a butterscotch one that I thought was a bit sweet but the flavor was spot on! The place is busy for sure and doesn't actually have seating or tables but you can find them all over the market! It does get busy in here so finding a place to sit is a bit of a challenge but at least you can take home to enjoy! IG: @ammysalamii

Wow... the service here is HORRIBLE. Came here last week with my friend on our lunch break and I was appalled by the disrespect of the worker. She basically tossed our food on the counter and walked away. She was nothing but disrespectful and cold. The pie and cookies are good but the service is NOT it... do better

This pie is just not it. For a place famous for its key lime pie, I can almost guarantee people haven't had a genuine key lime pie. The crust is just a mushy mess. It's like someone took brown sugar and just pressed it into the pan. The pie is way too bitter and the weak whipped cream doesn't hold up like a merengue or genuine cream to balance out what a key lime pie should be. The only positive here is the texture of the pie which is really nice.

Fat and Flour Cookie heaven All my favorite cookies and more to enjoy, anything with Oatmeal has me at first bite, Snickeldoodle is a big winner and the Peanut Butter are excellent. But my favorite is Chocolate Chip Oatmeal, so good! At $4 a cookie, choose wisely, but for gourmet cookies, you pay for what you get and these are good size cookies.

This place is called Fat + Flour, so you kind of know what you are getting into when you walk up to a place like this. Located inside of the Grand Central Market, Fat + Flour is a small dessert shop that has pie, cake, brownies, and cookies. After enjoying some lunch, it was time for dessert and my wife picked this place for the occasion. I didn't need much time to think, so a piece of Chocolate Chess pie and a double chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chess pie was solid, though I'm not really a pie guy. The chocolate was solid, the frosting was solid, and it was overall a decent dessert. The double chocolate cookie was very, very, very good and as chocolatey as a cookie could possibly be. Overall, Fat + Flour is a Grand Central staple and a dang good little bake shop. I enjoyed both the things I ordered and the staff was friendly and quick to give our oder as well. Got a sweet tooth? Fat + Flour will take care of you!

Man do I hate giving low reviews and rarely do I give them, but the customer service here is seriously lacking. Visited on Friday in the afternoon after being invited by Grand Central and there was a single employee working at the time. This employee was not friendly at all and gave attitude from the very beginning of our interaction all the way to the end. Not sure if she was having a bad day? We didn't appreciate the dirty looks or negative remarks she said under her breath, so much so that we actually called her out on it but she was defensive, didn't apologize, and took no accountability. I'm sure this spot is good, but we were so turned off by this experience that we didn't even try the key lime pie and cookie that we ordered. Such a bummer when something or someone negative ruins an entire experience.

The key lie pie was delicious, but the customer service was atrocious! The only person working there was a lady with dark hair and bangs. She was extremely rude! It started when I attempted to ask a question a few minutes prior to opening. She was ignoring me, I said "excuse me" around 8 times. She turns around, takes out her earphone and stares at me. I asked "Will you have key lime pie today?" Her response was "...we have key lime pie everyday" so I go eat a meal and come back. There was a "Be right back" sign on the register. I wait, she comes back and stands there, doesn't say a word to me. I ask how much a slice of key lime pie is. She said "it's right there" points and says "$7" I don't have my glasses on and it was pretty small. So I order and then leave. She made my experience there awful! I was recommended to that bakery and unfortunately the experience I had with that specific staff member makes me not want to return.

Chess pie was delicious!! super rich in chocolatey flavor, great texture and crust. Would def get it again next time I'm at grand central market! Service was very quick. Grand central market is always pretty packed, so just found a nearby table to enjoy.

I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. I understand times are hard, but charging more for products that clearly had corners cut doesn't sit right with me. It just comes across like there's no integrity. Clearly the quality and portions are going downhill. I wasn't even planning on writing this review. I was going to stay quiet, but the chocopie really ticked me off.
