    Blueberry and Lemmon 7-10-2026
    Jason G.

My youngest daughter and I were making our way up and down the aisles at Grand Central Market when a bright sign and a warm waft of cinnamon and sugar stopped us right away. I had never heard of Cinnies before, but the smell alone pulled us in. Cinnamon buns are my weakness, so this was an easy choice. The woman at the counter was incredibly kind and engaging. She struck up a conversation with my daughter about her bracelets and she was warm, friendly, and inviting. That kind of energy makes you want to support a place, so we grabbed a couple buns. We went with the OG and the limited flavor of the day, a blueberry lemon combo. The pricing is definitely on the higher side. Ten dollars for the OG and twelve for the limited flavor. But if you are already shopping at Grand Central Market, you are not there to worry about the budget. You are there for good food, good vibes, and fun finds. Cinnies fits right in. We took the buns home and tossed them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for three minutes. That was the move. The texture, the frosting, the cinnamon, the blueberry lemon swirl. Everything came together perfectly. Total tastebud explosion. We had some last night and the four of us finished the rest this morning for breakfast. Absolutely awesome. Cinnies is officially on our must stop list whenever we are at Grand Central Market.

This is the only picture I had. I loved the fluffy texture of this bread! There was excessive cream cheese frosting for me, but I think most people would be happy with this. The cashier gave me a lip gloss as part of a promotion. I guess that's neat. The whole area was interesting but loud and crowded- but it's nice to see businesses thriving! Would come back again.

I bought two Cinnies for $25 during the summer Fridays collab. I didn't wince because one summer Friday lip butter was already $25. But if there wasn't a collab I'd probably question my decisions cause $25 for two cinnamon rolls is kinda cray. Until I took a bite and immediately i understood the craziness. I love an ooey gooey soft cinnamon roll and cinnies absolutely delivered. It's moist, heavy, soft, loaded on the cream cheese frosting. I was also so blown away by the lemon blueberry cinnie. The girl working at the front was super nice. She was probably slammed by all the summer Fridays folks but she still was a good sport about it all. I will be back with my big back LOL. I want to try all the flavors I was a little sad because they sold out of strawberry but I have a feeling there will be more delicious flavors to try.

Thirteen dollars for a cinnamon roll had me raising an eyebrow. Then I tried the Blueberry Lemon Cinnamon Roll and that eyebrow went right back down. Best cinnamon roll I've ever had, no debate. Fresh, moist, and packed with flavor from the first bite to the last. The price makes complete sense once you taste it. Cinnies has a customer for life

Warning! Eat Cinnies at your own risk. One bite will ruin you for all other cinnamon rolls. I was only going to buy one cinnamon roll to try and was debating between $10 for the original and $12 for the blueberry lemon. (Yes, the prices did cause me pause.) However, when I saw the cinnamon rolls being lifted out of the tray and being placed into boxes, something in my brain overrode my frugal sensibilities and I knew I had to get them both. There was only one person at the counter, who would take several orders and then fulfill them all at one go. This was their second day of business in Grand Central Market and they were only selling two cinnamon rolls per person. On opening day, people were buying 10 at once and they had sold out way too fast. The rolls were warm and gooey. The dough incredibly soft, light and fluffy. The frosting was luscious. Best of all, the rolls were not too sweet. This is what love tastes like. I can see why Phil Rosenthal and Nancy Silverton chose to serve Cinnies at Max and Helen's. These are one of the best bites in LA.

New bag!!! Love these so much.

OMGz!!!! I mean the BEST cinnamon roll I have had! I have had many, and these are so good. That isn't even talking about each special's that are so tasty, my fav on those is the lemon berry. Also they last for a little over a week with a little Microwave or oven touch it's like a brand new one. Just the best dough and fillings are just the right amount. Now lets talk about all the people who are a part of this company. I meet them first at a farmers market, and just so kind, a little silly and just great attitudes. Now that they have a bric and mortar you can easily find them here. No matter where you go farmers market or downtown, you MUST get one... dozen LOL. No, I always get 1 & 1, then a share box for friends... at least.

A new and welcome addition to the Grand Central Market! You only have three bun selections from which to choose. My Saturday selection is the blue berry lemon cinnamon roll: a balance of sweet sour lemon. I like balance, but sweet may take me to the dark side of the force. Your greeting begins and ends with a smile. I didn't ask for a recommendation or pleasant surprise this time. Needless to say my craving for something sweet was satisfied. Lively ambience, with music playing courtesy of the baker. Cinnamon rolls, I am coming for you!

So good, I had to come back. I'm so glad they have this location because it's so convenient for me. Went and got the OG, love that it's served warm. It's a HUGE cinnamon roll. This time I went, there was no line so it was in and out. Can't wait to come back

The rolls are one of the best. I tried the lemon blueberry roll. The bread is light. The topping is sweet (duh) but not overly sweet. The lemon and blueberry flavor was balanced. And, this thing is huge. It was enough for two sittings. I gave it four stars because it was a bit expensive for a cinnamon roll.

$11 & worth every bite. Warm, soft, enough cinnamon & not overly sweet. Good dough & frosting ratio. I tried the OG. The staff is very friendly. Located inside grand central market.

Service here is amazing. They are super nice and friendly. Cinnamon rolls come warm. They are just opening, so no coffee yet. I tried the OG. It was pretty good but had a huge rock sized chunk of cinnamon in the middle that was really hard inedible.

Tried Cinnies during their special collab with Summer Fridays. We tried the strawberry and an original. Cinnamon roll was warm and soft. Really enjoyed it.

It's relatively busy but the line moved swiftly. The Larchmont store was pretty lively with the crowded and colorful wall deco! It's pretty fun to see that they came up with more seasonal items lately and most of them nailed it well when they came to cookies. Previously the lemon one and the most recent was the Raspberry Pistachio which I was impressed by as I just fancied sweet and refreshing combo of white chocolate and raspberry. The pistachio added more texture to it for sure. Same as any Levain cookies, best enjoyed warm and fresh out of oven. The Cookie Milk Latte was actually the main reason bringing me here, yet I was bit let down by it as I was expecting more malty cookie flavor in the drink. I felt it tasted not much different to regular cream top latte with some cookie crumbles in it.

Delicious drinks and creative pastries!…read more Tried Fondry LA and the matcha vanilla pistachio drink was definitely the highlight--so delicious and perfectly sweet without needing any sweetness adjustment. Easily my favorite thing I tried! The tofu cream croissant toast was airy and light, with a creamy topping that wasn't overly sweet. The mushroom béchamel was savory and good. I only got it because my brother suggested it. Normally I would not seek mushroom pastries even though I like mushrooms. The yuzu meringue croiffin was good, but I am not used to tart flavors in croissant/pastry combination. The cafe is very tiny, with only one table for seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. There are seats outside. I also wanted to try the black sesame pastry, but didn't see it available when I visited. I'd definitely go back to try it. The drink was the standout for me!

The key is to go on a weekday to avoid the line, as the weekend can definitely get busy. This last time I finally got to try the tofu cream topped croissant, which was ~to die for~. It was a little bit savory with the miso but still (not too) sweet. This felt super original and I would definitely recommend. I also tried the pistachio croissant and asparagus danish this time round and both were extremely good as well. I would have no qualms with re-ordering either. The only note is the pistachio cream is pretty runny, so it's hard to cut and share, as the cream just oozes out. The workers there are super friendly and kind. The drinks are also very good if you're looking to get a little extra treat as well.

Recently, they even started selling butter tteok, and I heard it was one of the first places to have it in K-town. I highly recommend the salted bread. Honestly, I think it's even better than the famous spot everyone talks about. My favorite is the corn cheese, it's especially delicious when it's warm. I also tried the Korean chamoe (melon) smoothie, and it was very refreshing. It tasted like they used real melon, since there was a slight natural tanginess that made it even better.
