    Big ass slice with anchovies
    Sue F.

When we walked into Fat Sully's, there was no host on duty so we seated ourselves at the only table available. The very first issue was that it was so dark that I needed my flashlight to read the menu. Things just went downhill from there. We each ordered a "big ass slice". I ordered mine just with cheese, my husband ordered anchovies (yuck). The pizza was obviously premade and then just reheated and that's exactly what it tasted like. The sauce tasted like a packet of seasoning was added to a can of tomato sauce. The bottom of our slices were burned. We both ordered a beer. Both beers were flat. I could have told our server but we didn't see him again until he handed us our check. Maybe this is drunk pizza, it's definitely not sober pizza. Whatever it is, it sure was lousy.

I had the most disheartening experience this evening at Fat Sully's/Atomic Cowboy. I generally visit for their late night special of a slice and pint and will commend them for this inviting offer. I am personally not much of a drinker and not particularly craving pizza this evening, explored their menu for an alternate late night satiating bite. I resolved myself to their Chicken Sandwich for $11, which arrived sparsely dressed with pickles and mayo on a brioche bun. (Not being a fan of mayo, I had requested this on the side.) When it arrived, I politely requested any condiments to dress it up and was offered lettuce and tomato and "stone ground mustard" upon request. My server did not deliver my sandwich, so I repeated this request when she checked in with a squeeze bottle of yellow mustard. She returned after some time and a stop at her register with a small cup of shredded iceburg lettuce, without tomato, and a significantly overfilled cup of stone ground mustard. Registering this I resolved I would not inconvenience her again, even considering, maybe they did not have any sliced tomatoes and I would not want them to waste a whole tomato at this hour for a slice or two, though it would have greatly improved my sandwich. As for the mustard, I considered the waste, as they could have provide one quarter the amount to generously spread on my sandwich. While tasty, I considered I could have spent half the price for an equivalent sandwich at any of several fast food restaurants, or less at Denver's moat popular chicken sandwich restaurant, but attempted to convince myself it was fresher and relieved my late night hunger. Upon receiving the check, I had the overwhelming feeling there was an attempted theft on the part of the restaurant. I was charged $1.00 for "lettuce and tomato" - the bit of shredded lettuce delivered without any tomato, and $0.50 for "stone ground mustard." The lack of concern by the server was escalated to a manager with the whole experience escalating in overwhelming disappointment. I was offered "a credit for the lettuce as it did not include tomato, but the 'restaurant policy' was to charge for the stone ground mustard, along with anything that did not come on the sandwich." Evidently, the yellow mustard, in a squeeze bottle was not charged for, but my preference for stone ground mustard, which "cost more and came from the kitchen" still had to be charged for. The manager's representation of the restaurant's policy was that, "If they included these condiments, they would have to charge more for the sandwich." Suffice it to say our positions remained irreconcilable. I considered I have been culturally biased by the "Have it your way," programing that probably few can presently identify to, while trying to respect the restaurant's position to make a profit and "cover expenses." I remain resolved that you do not charge for traditional condiments that compliment and should be included on a sandwich! To do so, in my perspective is a theft and utter disrespect to any customer in an attempt to profit exponentially off of a penny's worth of these complimentary items. Keep your ketchup and mayo, which I do not consume, and please have the courtesy to substitute a small portion of mustard, without additional charge, to make my dining experience and provide the bare minimal of consideration for customer satisfaction. Compounding this negative experience is the mere fact that neither of two servers who fielded my trivial condiment request suggested or offered that there would be an upcharge for this. If you are resolved to charge for condiments or anything which the average customer would expect to be included, Please disclose this, as there is a right to know and make an informed decision. Personally, it remains my intent to respectfully patronize, on occasion, this Fat Sully's/Atomic Cowboy for their late night slice and pint special, but I am left with such distaste for their flagrant upcharging policy, I would not consider any other menu options until this practice/theft is reviewed and eliminated by the owner(s) and upper management.

Came here with a free 26" pizza coupon and had a great time! I got a strawberry rhubarb mule at the recommendation of the server, and really enjoyed the drink! Just the right amount of alcohol and non-alcohol parts. The pizza took a while to come out, but the service made up for it and they acknowledged and apologized for the wait. They ran out of white sauce but the regular red sauce was yummy (from someone who doesn't love red sauce). I was also really wowed by the size of the pizza! We have plenty of leftovers....haha We also lucked out on getting seating at the last open booth and really enjoyed a casual date night dinner!

I ordered a Fat Sully's pizza online at AtomicProvision.com; I selected the Broadway location near my house. It was easy to use their website to choose my pizza, veggie & protein toppings. I received an email with my receipt and a text msg indicating the time I can pick it up. I ordered a 10 inch gluten free cauliflower crust pizza with mushrooms, jalapeno, bacon and pepperoni. The pizza was made with red sauce and 1 cheese before additional toppings. The pizza was ready at the indicated time and was hot when I picked it up. I had no issues at the takeout window. I added Pex Peppers hot sauce to spice it up.

$6 beer and shot on a Sunday afternoon is a necessity. Their wings and smash burger are absolutely delicious as well. A great vibes pretty slow night. Their caesar salad is delicious as well. The pizza was perfectly done. Super crispy. Best location out of all of them imo.

Long time local, but never had been here before. I loved the taste of our biscuit sandwiches. Super delicious and super hearty, so plan to take a nap after eating here. But the best part was the fantastic service and vibe. Ryan was one of the friendliest servers I've ever experienced and was super attentive. We asked him to surprise and he definitely hit the mark.

Where else can you go in Denver and have three different restaurants /bar in one place? Start off in the morning at the Denver biscuit Company, slide into lunch and dinner, and Wala you turn into Fat Sullys! Slide the atomic cowboy in for drinks and You have pretty good concept. Since we're focusing on fat Solae's, let's just say you have to get the large pizza. When I say large were talking a 26 inch pizza. Unfortunately you can't get this to go but I don't think I would wanna eat this pizza anywhere else. Pair it with a salad and you're set to go.

Three slices. Great value for the price!

Delicious food. Fun ambience. Logan was amazing with suggestions, quick service, and had a great personality. I've found my new favorite place to eat in Denver.

I love this place. The 24" pizza is huge and 2 slices is more than enough to satisfy. I've never tried DBC and my understanding is the Atomic Cowboy is the bar but I'm not entirely sure. My uncle from out of town loved it too. They even have games to bide your time while waiting on food. It's reasonably priced and when we went was a slow period so the food didn't take long either. Their slices also reheat well. Parking at this location can be a pain too. This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint.

On Broadway delicious quick healthy pizza vegan options and full beer menu. Walk up window is helpful when you're running around town. They are located off the main drag and also in a residential area so bring the dog brings friends and split a pie! Walk run or bike accessible!

Online ordering was easy. Parking on Friday evening was difficult but was able to find a spot. The pizza was ready upon pickup. Order a variety of different pizzas and everyone agrees it taste just like a slice you'd grab if you were in NYC.

    Lights Out Burger
    Derrick B.

Ordered our 1/2 & 1/2 pizza and a burger to go. The service was quick, pizza was huge, food was good. There's a Walk up window with some outdoor seating, it's a vibe, though I personally would not hang out there long. The Lights Out Burger was very good, though I'd like to see more smash in the smash burger - seemed more like a regular thin patty. Absolutely will be back!

They looked at my receipt multiple times, which made it feel like they didn't quite believe me, and I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes while they sorted it out. I was also told that next time my company should call instead of ordering online, which was confusing since they offer an online preorder option in the first place. That said, the pizza itself was really good. The crust was thick, salty, and a bit oily in that satisfying way, and the ingredients tasted fresh. One thing to note is the portion size, don't underestimate it. Even a small Detroit-style pizza is dense and can easily feed 2-4 people. Overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because the food was great, but the online ordering experience could definitely use some improvement.

Actually, this spot is centrally located, on the edge of Uptown and Five Points, right between City Park and the Central Business District. There's also a nice parking lot. I ordered the Supreme with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and kalamata olives. I found it very average. I collected it promptly at the time specified, but the crust was very soggy and too droopy to pick up a slice. The toppings were OK, but nothing special. The amount of tomato sauce was a little light for my taste and it was very bland. The same with the cheese. I had heard good things about this place, but there is far superior pizza to be had in Denver these days. I was not impressed. The area is not well-lighted and it's kind of creepy at night. So is the building. The staff was friendly and they did bring me my takeout box promptly.
