We live 20 mins away and would like a burger and shake before or after a movie. Been here numerous times and the first time was good. All other times we seem to get our shakes after we are done eating our burgers. Today was no different. The kid taking the orders did everything right. I Stopped at Fat Burger in the Riverside casino for a quick snack of chicken wings. They took my order and after a while I got my snack. As I was sitting waiting for my snack I saw a poster showing their breakfast combo. It looked good and the price seem right too. So the next morning i got up and when to have the breakfast combo. Came here around 11:00 pm on Jan. 1, 2023. Ordered an original burger and fries. The fries were fine but the burger meat was in about 7 broken up pieces on the bun and the meat was cold. The buns were also soggy. Upon bringing it to the counter, the employee stated that they ran out of the larger buns so they used the smaller ones (we weren't notified of this when we placed our order). He also stated that if they re-made the burger it would come out the same, therefore admitting that they were preparing burgers the same way. They refunded us the amount of the burger. I told the person who took our order and another employee that surely they could understand that we wouldn't want a burger served in 7 broken up pieces on a soggy bun. They replied that that's the way the manager wants it because they were busy and they wanted to keep the line going. (I noted that there was only one other person in line at the time). I asked to speak to the manager and was of course told that there wasn't a manager on duty. If there was no manager on duty, how were they told to serve broken up burger patties on soggy buns? Surly, corporate Fatburger doesn't agree with this philosophy??? We of course will no longer patronize Fatburger ever again. read more

The wife and I bypassed the In-N-Out after leaving the Hideout on football Sunday to try the Fat Burger inside of the Riverside as the last time I ate it I was pretty tanked and we could not remember if it was any good or not. The food was good! But the price sucked! 2 burgers, 2 medium drinks, 1 chili cheese fries - $26 bucks.....It was good, but who can afford that all the time. I have not eaten at a Fat Burger outside of this one, which is in a casino, so I know prices can vary and are usually higher. Once I check another one out which is NOT in a casino, I will post a price for the same thing to compare. The employees acted so bothered to have to do their jobs and argued in front of us who would have to take our order for about 5 minutes. They charged me per individual item instead of giving me the combo I asked for (no fries either). Burger was bland and unseasoned, fries (from my friend's order) were flavorless. Not worth the $17. We have always enjoyed Fat Burger and always eat at the Laughlin location when in town, until now. My burger was food but lacked the quality we are accustomed to at FB. My wife ordered a Turkey burger which was TERRIBLE and she could only eat a couple bites. Along with great food was great customer service in particular from Perris. She made sure to give great customer service and enhance our visit to this chain by being kind and understanding and I believe that's the most important part about going to a restaurant, is feeling welcomed and continuing to create experiences. read more

Unexpected surprise have never tried the burgers but it's hard to pass up a new wing stop. We were in laughlin NV and spotted a sign for new wings. The actual food was pretty good, except my husband got onions in his burger, which make him sick, so he couldn't finish his food. Hot wings were good. I ate at Fatburger years ago in Vegas but became a vegan and changed my eating habits 10 years ago. When I found out that they now carried the new 'Impossible Burger' we had to go and try it. It was as pricey as Carl's Jr. for their "beyond meat" burger but a totally different experience from that. The impossible burger was more like a well done beef patty and coupled with all the fixins offered on the fat burger, it was sloppy and drippy and delicious. I ordered sweet potato fries and skinny fries, and both were hot and freshly made. The staff were intrigued that they had someone trying it and we spend quite a bit of time giving them an instant review. We could have had it on a wheat or gluten-free bun but did not discover that until after we got it in front of us. read more
