I've been to several Fatburger's and they were just ok but I love the Sunset Station location!! The staff is always nice but nothing special. The place is clean but nothing special. But what IS special is what counts, the food! Its fresh, greasy, delicious, perfect! The burgers are good every time. And not just good but like one of the best burgers I've ever had! I recommend a Double Fatburger with an over medium Fried Egg (cooked whites, runny yolk) and Cheese. Yum! It's SO good!! It's rarely crowded so we order and get served quick! Went to the Fat Burgers at Sunset Casino in Henderson NV. Worse experience ever!!! The milkshake was nothing but sugar my sister and I spent $50 on the worse meal ever!!! But the most disgusting part of our experience was witnessing the worker drop the to go bag on the floor then picked it up off the nasty floor and put someone's order in that nasty bag! We went on February 11,2021 and will never return. The food was horrible we are now suffering from food poisoning!!! The onion rings was full of grease under cooked the burgers was so over done you couldn't tell if there was cheese on the meat the buns were old and falling apart. We are now sick with diarrhea I can't believe we paid $50 dollars for our meal. My opinion is to stay away from this unclean unsanitary place during a pandemic. Dirty tables and floors. Cashier had no clue what she was doing. Dumb basically and tried to overcharge me $2 for a salad. No water cups at the cashier counter so she said she couldn't give me a cut for water. Her boss had to tell her to go in the back and get some. Had no clue about military discount either. I order a grill chicken sandwich from here and what I got was a fat bun with paper thin chicken inside with lot's of lettuce and sauce. I see the worker took the chicken out and slice the breast in two three slices before cooking it. The fat burger my husband order was good but do not order the chicken sandwich here. One of the worst experience of our lives. We stopped in to the Sunset Coast on our way back from the Fiesta Bowl on New Years Day. There was approximately 20 customers with three employees so it was probably a little busier than normal and it showed. Our orders were lost and talk about slowwwwwwwwwww, probably union workers because even with a little run of customers they were stuck in one gear, slow. When a large portion of our group decided to give up in order to make our bus leaving,THEY didn't have any burgers on the grill with a back up of orders. The young man man taking orders disappeared with customers still in line without an explanation for a good fifteen minutes. There was no excuse for this from any of the employees. I was one of the lucky ones sort of since I got my burger and it wasn't at all exceptional for the extra price paid. I would skip Fatburger if you want food of value at a reasonable price. read more

I purposely sat at a table with a power outlet because I has to finish up some work on my laptop. Went in today with my sister for lunch , it was a little busy but the food was impeccable, the staff made our food just as we ordered. I should've just stuck with In N Out. They've never done me wrong. I decided to give Fatburger a try since I never had one. I didn't care for them. The patty was kind of crumbly and tasted a bit like the homemade ones I make. The bread was not good and I tossed one of them out. Also, they were too pricey, and I didn't like the fact that you had to pay extra for things such as cheese. This really jacks up the price. In & Out is just one low price for a delicious burger. Also, the staff were just standing around and yakking with each another. This was annoying when they were around me when I was eating. I had it two times and the first time it was good. This time the fries were great but the burger was cold and dry. Told them no pickles came with them piled on it. I didn't see them cook it on the grill fresh it was slapped together and passed out the drive through in less then three minutes. Last time it took about ten min but was hot and fresh.
