I recently learned about the "Impossible Burger. It's a plant based burger for non-meat eaters like me. I am always looking for new vegan / vegetarian things to try so I made my way over to Fatburger. I browsed the menu but I didn't see the burger listed, so I asked if they had it, which they did. We ordered two impossible burgers, one order of onion rings, one order of fat fries, and one drink. The total was $45.00. I thought I heard the cashier wrong, it was rather noisy, dinner for two at Fatburger can't be that much? I gave him my card and got my receipt. Confirmed, the total was 45.00! The impossible burger was 15.00 each!! The food came out soon after ordering. Moment of truth, to try this hyped up, $15.00, Impossible Burger. The Impossible Burger was amazing. Being completely honest, this was the closest thing to real meat that I have tried. The texture and flavor was just like a burger. Topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, relish and everything else, it passed as the real thing. I was super excited that the Impossible Burger was amazing. I have tried so many vegan or vegetarian dishes at different restaurants and have been disappointed at times. Just because it's vegan or vegetarian doesn't mean that it should lack flavor or that wow factor. This review is 4 stars because the price. 15.00 is a bit pricey in my opinion. read more

Their ingredients are of a higher quality than most quick service burger joints, they have Coke Zero on tap at their all you can drink soda fountain, they are open 24 hours and I like my meat well done. It's a win-win situation for me. This location is inside the Sunset Station casino, making it a great place for a late night snack or a quick dinner before catching a movie. The prices are higher than other spots (it's in a casino with a captive audience, people!) but I think the value is still there. What other burger places do you know that have Grey Poupon mustard, swiss cheese, chili, fried egg and relish as toppings? You'll pay extra for the premium add-ons but it's worth it (bonus tip: order a side BOWL of chili for a few extra bucks; you'll get 10 times the amount you'd get if you just order a scoop on top of your burger). Visited fat burger on Christmas day. I have visited other fat burgers because the burgers are juicy. These burgers were dry and so was the buns to the point they fell apart. Upon ordering our food, another patron was horrified at paying for a regular fat burger and getting a burger the same size as the baby fat she also ordered. The cashier agreed they were the same size and the cook disagreed. It turned into a yelling match between patron and cook. Wow what a horrific sight to see. I've been to several Fatburger's and they were just ok but I love the Sunset Station location!! The staff is always nice but nothing special. The place is clean but nothing special. But what IS special is what counts, the food! Its fresh, greasy, delicious, perfect! The burgers are good every time. And not just good but like one of the best burgers I've ever had! I recommend a Double Fatburger with an over medium Fried Egg (cooked whites, runny yolk) and Cheese. Yum! It's SO good!! It's rarely crowded so we order and get served quick! Went to the Fat Burgers at Sunset Casino in Henderson NV. Worse experience ever!!! The milkshake was nothing but sugar my sister and I spent $50 on the worse meal ever!!! But the most disgusting part of our experience was witnessing the worker drop the to go bag on the floor then picked it up off the nasty floor and put someone's order in that nasty bag! We went on February 11,2021 and will never return. The food was horrible we are now suffering from food poisoning!!! The onion rings was full of grease under cooked the burgers was so over done you couldn't tell if there was cheese on the meat the buns were old and falling apart. We are now sick with diarrhea I can't believe we paid $50 dollars for our meal. My opinion is to stay away from this unclean unsanitary place during a pandemic.
