Came here with my wife because they had advertised a Groupon for 2 Fatburger meals. First off, love that they have a parking lot, particularly in this part of town. This is a solid Fatburger location. They took our order fast and we had our food within 5 minutes of ordering. There's plenty of seating inside should you want to dine in, and the place was clean when we were there. The burger was tasty and the fries were perfect and fresh. I might be going nuts, but I did feel like the burger was a little smaller than the mar vista location I've been to before. My fav Fat Burger. I went today and got FB with cheese and all the works no onions. The juice dripped all over my hands. It was so tasty. Their condiments are very fresh. I've always heard of fat burger, but never got a chance to try one because they don't have it in my area so when we were out west in LA I said I got a try fat burger. And it was really good. I walked in the guy was quick to wait on me I ordered the medium sized fat burger, no onion it was like six dollars and it was a couple minutes and then it came out and I ate it in the car and I thought it was really good. Burger was delicious! Young lady gave me the wrong drink; wanted lemonade got sprite. I was too lazy to go back, at least the sprite had some kick to it. I got the chunky fries, trying something new. Giving a two because the worker that was there was amazing and more than helpful in this situation. A couple months ago, my boyfriend and I bought two burgers and fries on a random night, and while on our way home he decided to eat his burger in the car, long story short he bit into a staple. We did not want to make a big deal but it completely threw us off our food and we both didn't finish eating ( I feel like this is justified). When we went back we spoke very quietly about our issue to not alarm other customers, and quietly requested a refund. I feel like the franchise owner was just worried about his money and not the fact that a customer just ate a staple filled burger. He tried to give a partial refund??? Which I mean if someone in my establishment found something in their food, I would give them a full freaking refund. He did eventually give it but after prodding and asking him why he was trying to give us a partial one he agreed with an attitude. We came here on our way home and we were not disappointed. My daughter had the Western BBQ Burger and Skinny Fries. I had the Large Kingburger and Onion Rings. The BBQ burger was tasty, even though they slathered it in BBQ sauce. Fries were nicely done and freshly crisp. The Large Kingburger was just that, large and fit for a King such as myself :) It was juicy with the double Pattie's and dripping just the right amount of fat and juices. Onion rings were crisp and nicely done. They were not soggy like you see sometimes where there is too much batter and the whole onion comes out when you bite into them. These allowed for a very clean bite, oh and did I mention the crunch. The staff was great and the food come out quickly as they were busy when we arrived. Before she went to the counter she stopped at the restroom since we had a 2 hour drive back home to San Diego. A female employee confronted her and accused her of not being a customer,while trying to use the bathroom. She questioned my daughter and didn't even apologize when she did in fact see that there was a paid order waiting for her. Very rude of the female employee.
