I had a frustrating experience with Faucets and Fixtures. The owner Joel was very helpful during the "sales" phase of things. However, as soon as my sale was secured, I was cast off to an employee whose personality best matches that of Eeyore. From that moment on, the owner did not return my emails, calls or look up when I was in the store. Very strange behavior. The employee I dealt with didn't get back to me when promised and on several occasions wasn't aware of what was ordered. Not a good experience at all. read more

I bought quite a few items and received some good advice for products. The price was competitive for a high end product. My issue is with the unprofessional of a lady co-owner of the store. I had problems figuring out how to use the door lock and wasn't sure we received the right item. I called on the phone for advice and talked to a salesman who was not good at explaining how to lock the door (the doors are different than the typical Kwik set or Schlage). Instead of letting me talk to another sales person like I asked, he became frustrated and stated he would just re-order them. I also needed a different kind of lock for different doors. The co-owner called me on the phone very accusatory that I was the one who messed up on the order for the door locks and that it wasn't her salesperson who said to re-order the locks. I was really offended by her tone and her unprofessionalism. I was made to feel like a bad child who was trying to lie to her mother. I would not buy at this store again because if you have a problem you want someone to kindly work with you not accuse you of deception. I was really quite shocked that someone could get so upset over something so silly and her willingness to lose me (and others who read this review) as a customer. read more

Selection is great. Joel was great. Ordered a kitchen faucet, was told it would be about 2 weeks to get in. Didn't get a call so i called in and was told it was delayed but shouldn't be too much longer. Called again about 2 weeks later and was told there is a note in the file from the previous week that it was delayed as the manufacturer was waiting on a part. Never got a call regarding that. Finally got it about a week later, about a month and a half after I originally ordered it. Any updates I had to call on my own. Just dissapointing. read more

I have been using this store off and on for a couple of years, but slowly the customer service has been getting worse and worse. Basically they have become extremely lazy at any type of follow-ups or trying to provide information. I recently went their to buy a sink which had to be special ordered, they quote 3-4 weeks, 4 weeks later no sink, 5 week nothing. So each time I called, the response was "we don't know what is going on, let us find out" 3 days later, they are still working on the order. Time and again they failed to do anything about the order. Finally the sink was made and it was made wrong. Long story short, when I expressed dissatisfaction rather than try to fix the problem, they said maybe its better you just cancel your order. The options are dwindling for place to buy items, I would only recommend this place if it is the only distributor for a particular item, then just hold your breadth and hope nothing goes wrong because their customer service is attrocious. Their customer agents are flat out lazy and unmotivated. read more

A few years ago I purchased all my fixtures and sinks for our bathroom remodel from Faucets N Fixtures. The job came out beautiful . But to no fault of this store , I was having problems with my shower control . I did my research and found the manufacture had gone out of business and I was out of luck. So I contacted my local plumber to fix the problem and $850.00 later it seemed to work . One year later it stopped again . I again called my plumber and he said I need a new unit which would probably cost at least $1800-2000 installed. Being a little frustrated , I went back to Faucets N Fixtures to talk about buying new shower fixtures and they were very helpful in finding what I needed but gave me an alternative to try,disassemble the valve and clean the filter. I have gone to Faucets N' Fixtures at least a dozen times for everything from questions about brands, installation best practices, potential pitfalls, beginner mistakes, etc. to remodeling my bathroom floor to ceiling. I worked specifically with Keith my first few times and ever since I try to seek out his guidance. His knowledge and experience in both inventory and price put all my worries to rest. Faucets N Fixtures' showroom though not as big as other department stores, is a more intimate and interactive experience, their assortment of catalogs really make choosing the right styles a breeze. Absolutely terrible service!!! Real attitude when I brought parts back that didn't fit. Said I wouldn't get my money back. We had the fixtures installed, turned on, and taken out right away because they didn't fit snugly. So, now there is no refunds! Even though had all the receipts and product was unused. What a sham! Purchased lav and kitchen faucets and sinks here. Wally was extremely knowledgeable fair and helpful, and when the mfr failed to include all the parts to the faucet sets I got help, not attitude. Everyone is nice, the sales folks, the warehouse guys, and I enjoyed doing business with them. Nice shop with informative displays so you can touch and see before you buy. Visited Fauctes N' Fixtures via word-of-mouth recommendation. Was impressed with their showroom - we're remodeling two bathrooms, so it was nice to see so many different styles on the floor, to be able to lay hands on the merchandise, rather than just looking at catalogues. I was assisted by a gentleman named Keith who seemed to know his stuff and was very patient with my wanderings, indecision, and special requirements for a smaller-than-average bath. My wife and I walked into FnF and were starting from scratch. Joel was very helpful and mindful of our budget. He made suggestions that were extremely useful and also allowed us to avoid making some mistakes that would have caused delays and been costly. Once everything was ordered, the items arrived within the time frame we were given and some things came even sooner. Everything in the store is high quality, but we really like the products and service we got there. Let me just say this is the best place in Orange County and surrounding areas to come if you want to remodel or redesign your kitchen and bath. The sales people here are very experienced and knowledgeable. I worked with one sales person in particular, Keith, who was very helpful. He was very patient with me as I browsed the beautiful show room, answering any questions that I had and going over all the pricing as I narrowed down my choices. After working with Keith twice, I finally decided on the perfect pieces for my bathroom. While the room is not quite complete yet, I am very confident in my choices. I look forward to enjoying my completed bathroom, and I am very thankful to have a wonderful place to go when I decide to redesign my next room. I am remodeling a few bathrooms in my house and went to Faucets & Fixtures to purchase new sinks, faucets and toilets. The gentleman was very nice and helpful and also put a rush on the items so we could get them sooner than 3 weeks. From my experience all of the employees are welcoming and ready to help. We purchased our bathroom fixtures her for our bathroom remodel. We were helped by Tammy Mead. I had a list of parts as we had previously picked out our style and Tammy quickly helped me with my list and all needed parts etc They beat pricing on two other places we had looked at. Ordered all fixtures they were in the same week. We changed our mind on a few things but returned the unneeded parts. We ordered a few other items, I also returned a valve my plumber and husband said we didn't need. A few days later as my tile installers are working on my shower Tammy calls me and said I had returned a valve that I needed, called my plumber and he assured me no it wasn't needed. Called Tammy back told her and she assured me my water wouldn't shut off without the part. I had the tile installers stop working until we figured it out. She called my plumber and explained about the part, needless to say I went and picked up the missing part. She saved us time and labor we would have had to tear out tile to install the missing part. She definitely knows her stuff and saved us time and money. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She helped us make some important changes to our order that worked better and saved us money.
