It was our first time at this location. The Chile rellano was not as good here as it is at the other 2 locations that I've to. My family enjoyed their entrees with consisted of Al pastor tacos, rolled chicken tacos and carnitas tacos. I'm sure we'll be back since it's really close to the Heritage soccer parks but I'll just remember not to order the Chile rellano and opt for something else. I had the California Burrito here. (LOL they call it the Nevada but..whatever-CULTURAL APPROPRIATION BOI) It's pretty damn close to what you get in San Diego (if memory serves me right, its been 10 years). The carne asada was juicy. I also loved their salsas. My only complaint is that I wish there were more fries in my burrito. The churro is a crack stick. Addictive af, creamy inside. Tamale was good, and I asked for extra tamale sauce and they didn't charge me and gave me a healthy amount. I wish I was in town longer to try all their other stuff. This was awesome. read more

After a disappointing trip to Rivas yesterday I was still craving good mexican food so I went to Fausto's on college and horizon. I've been going here for years. The place was clean, people were nice and the food was fire . Nevada burrito was on point, love the green sauce and the chips with cheese and Guacamole was huge and filling. I just wished they had a drive thru but worth Getting out of the car. I will be back!! read more

This is a good, not great, hole in the wall place. Good value for the money. Enchiladas are good. Taco salad is good. Their hot sauce could be better. Their fish taco only has a single fish stick, but there's lots of tomato and lettuce to fill it out. The single fish stick is embarrassing. Do better on that. First time checking out this Mexican hole in the wall place today. Its a haul for me in Henderson, but it was good. I got 2 $1 Taco Tuesday chicken tacos a tamale and fries. Total $8/$9. Didn't need the dries tho-for once u get a pretty decent size portion & I didnt even finish 1/2! Shredded chicken taco was pretty good but def crunchy-Im always worries @ chipping my teeth so I ate it slowly lol. I wish they had more salsa flavors-I asked the girl who worked there what the sauces were and she just smiled and nodded her head. Ugh never mind. A nice lady behind me in line told me which one was "hot" and spicy. Thr tamale wasn't temperature hot snd the shredded cheese wasn't "melted" it was sprinkled on top. If it was melted We would have liked it more. Overall it had a lot of people dining inside and that's always a good sign. If I am in the area & seeking cheap but good food I'd go back. read more

Be sure to have them repeat your order. The heavy set lady will argue with you even though she is wrong. I ordered a bean tostada and California burrito and show up to a Nevada burrito and California burrito. She is so busy stuffing her face in the corner and speaks Spanish but little does she know I can understand more than she thinks lol. I've been going to this place for 15 years never have I had such horrible, rude service. I take both burritos and my tostada and they still charge me for everything. Because they would have just thrown the Nevada burrito out. I don't care because I love their food but his is how you lose business. Maybe I'll check out don tortaco. read more

Sometimes some quick and fast Mexican food always hits the spot. I remember coming to Fausto's as a kid whenever I came up to Vegas. And now that I'm here it just brings back a ton of nostalgic memories coming with my cousins. The menu is pretty extensive with a ton of items but I got something I remembered getting as a child: shrimp burrito. I wanted to see whether or not it tasted as good as I remembered from before. I ordered the burrito and took it home. And then I took the first bite and it was as good as I remembered. The rice, bell peppers and onions are sauteed together with a generous amount of juicy shrimp. It melds together so well. The Mexican cheese blend on the tortilla adds a hint of salty cheesiness which is just perfect. Spicy, savory, sweet, salty, umami bomb of carby and meaty goodness. Oh yum I definitely will be back if I'm ever craving some quick delicious Mexican food, thanks Fausto's! read more

Muchos Mahalos to LL and Big Trouble for the intro!!! This place was JUMPIN' when we arrived....Big portions, reasonably priced, Fausto's definitely delivers. Lots of selections-from tacos, nachos, and burritos, to cocktails and combo plates.....I narrowed it down to the Chile Relleno/Enchilada Combo Plate and the Camarones a la Diablo plate but I couldn't narrow it down any further, so I had to get 'em both(heh heh) The FRESH Flour Tortillas are the BOMB DIGGITS!!! we usually get corn tortillas, but these are too good to pass up! The Menudo here is very good too. The Super Nachos are super huge and tasty, and so is the Al Pastor...Now they need to open one up in our side of town...ALOHA!!! read more

Tables and floor were clean and I like the fact they have big pictures of the menu items you can see. You can see the cashier and cook behind the counter, via COVID barrier. Paid cash but card was accepted as well. There weren't any sauces available, but the Nevada burrito was still good and decently sized. read more

This is Fausto's, the original. I feel like I shouldn't even review it because it is such a staple in my and many of my friends' diets. Everything is good here, just try it, love it, and go back constantly. There is no point reviewing specific food items because if I did, I would end up typing out the whole menu. By far the worst mexican food in Vegas, this place was good 15 yrs ago. I ordered carnitas and it was literally a pork chop cut until pieces...the beans were flavorless. This place is not authentic Mexican food. I get that because of the area its in most people that come here are non Latinos but they are fooling people calling this Mexican food. read more

Been going here for 15 years. But I'm done with them. Always dealt with their rudeness at the counter because I liked the food. Just had shoulder surgery and I asked if they wouldn't mind throwing 2 salsa in bag because of my arm is in a sling. The response," how? We are busy we don't have time." Been going here for about 12 years or so. Most of the original staff is still their which has helped build a real fun bond every time you go pick up food or decide to dine in. The atmosphere has always been lively, especially if you dare to go immediately after school gets out! Over the years they've also upgraded the inside decor of the restaurant which has been nice if your a long time customer. Goes to show they care about us feeling comfortable and enjoying our short stay while there. Another thing I'm quite pleased about is a simple thing, the TV! Im a long time soccer fan so coming in to watch the game or to have my food which was to go become a stay in lunch is always awesome when I can watch the games! Now for the food, what can I say? It's good, it's consistent and the portions are unreal. I've tried numerous things from Chicken Tacos, Carne Asda Fries, Henderson burrito, Toritos, breakfast burritos and so on. All; absolutely delicious. If your a fan of hard shell tacos then this is your spot; I highly recommend their pulled chicken tacos! Today I decided to go for the carne asada fries and the portion was MASSIVE (which lead me to write this review). Every time I go their I leave satisfied and stuffed. Not once have I had a bad experience, like literally; in 12 years, NOT ONCE. You can't beat that! So take a stroll down here and check t out yourself. Always been a fan of faustos but unfortunately this will be my LAST TIME supporting them. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. This morning I ordered a breakfast burrito with Chorizo & Sausage and asked for a LARGE drink. I sat down and waited for my food. Once my order was ready I asked the guy at the counter could he give me Jamiaca. His response was "that's extra" at first I'm like okay whatever no big deal... how much? He says "$2.50" I said it's $2.50 even though I Just paid you $2.50 for a large drink? He says "yeah" and keeps doing what he's doing behind the counter. I've been to other Mexican food establishments that all have Agua frescas. None of which I've ever been told I'd have to pay $5 for a drink of Jamaica, Piña or horchata. As a customer that's extremely unacceptable and a complete rip off. I'm so disappointed in you guys. I'm not sure if that really is their policy or maybe he just felt like being an A-hole. I've been coming to Fausto's for many years and eating their Carne Asada Fries, Adobada Fries, Tacos, and even Burritos! I have always enjoyed their meal whenever I have it. There have been plenty of times that they have forgotten to give me something to go or I had to call the restaurant to fix something though. Other than that, the food was always superb whenever we needed a quick hispanic fix. I find that there are a lot of great people ordering from here to eat and I think that I really love the Carne Asada Fries because there is just so much flavor going on whenever you eat it and it is fresh! I came here for lunch around 12:45 and there was a long line. We waited about 15 minutes to put in our order and sit. I was not in a hurry so I decided to wait, but I did alder people leaving to go eat and the Panda Express next door. I think the food was worth the wait. I had a chile relleno and my hubby had a chimichanga. The portions were big! When I visit again I will just order one dish and share it. There is also a 'salad bar' that has lime, salsa and cucumbers. I think this was a nice addition for building tacos. I would consider this not to be super authentic Mexican food but it does have good quality ingredients and good flavor. I would visit again. read more
