I feel that based on the outstanding service, this company and their representative deserves all the praise entitled. Unfortunately, many variables (cost and multiple individual projects) led us to choose another company. In searching for a residential pool build with a design in mind for our new Las Vegas home, we cast a large net using Yelp and personal references to 'interview' for this project. On first contact, we informed Crystal of BYOP that we were shopping around for the best builder to make our dream come true. Without going into minute details, we only wish to say that from the initial contact, we were met with friendly professionalism and a desire to make our dreams come true. Crystal was able to take our conceptual design and come up with exactly what it was we wanted and answer any questions we had regarding any aspect of this proposal project. Her communication was always cordial and without delay. Ultimately, the one stop shop approach turned to a contractor/builder situation to save costs for another project. Had funds been unlimited, it would be another story. We know that Crystal did a good amount of work for us and we wanted everyone to know that they are an amazing representative for BYOP so for anyone reading this review, please do consider BYOP of Nevada for your pool project.

This is the advantage to working with someone who has been designing and building pools and back yards for decades. The design Tanr created included all the items on our wish list but was also what I would call "smart design" because it included materials and efficiencies that enhanced the project, while avoiding common mistakes made by other builders. We were included in all material selections and encouraged to ask any and all questions during the build process.   Poolscapes worked seamlessly with our landscaper and other contractors taking the pressure off of us. The budget was maintained and there were no surprises.  We have now enjoyed our pool for a full year, and I am so thankful we had none of the issues our friends have had working with other pool companies.

Xterior Creations have been nothing short of amazing! I…read moreinitially reached out to 5 pool builders to spec out a potential project I had roughly designed for our backyard. Although the other pool designers/builders did reply and some actually showed up to take photos, measurements and do a mock up design, Jason Jolfs of Xterior Creations took the cake on this one. Jason was very thorough and listened to everything I showed and explained to him about my backyard ideas. When I received the renderings back from Jason we had a winner. Out of all the designers I had met with, Jason nailed every single little detail I had shown and mentioned to him. He even included where our little chihuahua would be relaxing on the artificial turf in his rendering. Not to take anything away from the other designers since they all added their own design ideas/suggestions in the renderings but Jason just had every single thing we wanted in the design he created 1000%. The build process was swift and smooth thanks to our amazing project manager Marco. He was there with us every step of the way and walked us through everything we were to expect and encounter. The steps and time frame was quite accurate as well barring any weather delays. From the dig team to the truss to the concrete and plaster it was a very fun and interesting process to see happening. Marco always stopped by to check on the project and went above and beyond fixing/sorting a few things out himself when needed. For the cost of this pool project which was below the others bids, we definitely got our moneys worth and have been recommending Xterior Creations to friends and neighbors. He listened to what I needed and bid accd. to that. He had no problem running my project thru the HOA. The quote was very clear, detailed in project steps and payment schedule. And relative to the project scope the price was reasonable. Stayed in communication thru out the job, and made sure everything was completed as quoted. And all the office and LP&S workers were outstanding. Shannon responded to my questions and was always ready to help. Scott, Mike... the tilers- all of the support team were personable, responsible, respectful of property and a pleasure to interact with. I could not end my review without saying that Juan, the Waterfall remodeler was a true artisan. Wow! Really he rebuilt, sealed, painted and modeled the material to look like real rocks and so that the waterfall flow perform much better. It's beautiful. I could not be more pleased with this entire process. LP&S are the best. I would not hesitate to use them again.
