Visited again in 2025 and sat down this time. Service was quick and friendly and food was good! It was very busy, but it was a Sunday afternoon.

Delicious food, friendly staff, free ice cream for kids. What more can you ask for? Loved my country fried steak. Husband's fried catfish was delicious. Hush puppies were just what I wanted.

Stopped in this restaurant for lunch today. It was okay but nothing great and disappointed in the service. Order 3 cheeseburgers and only 2 had cheese on them. Asked for condiments and the waitress assured they were added but NO! Milkshake was okay but again nothing to go here for. It was expensive and bad service. It looks good but I won't go out of may way to return.

This place is a fave and a classic.

Always love coming to Favas! It's a great hometown place and we've always bed. Warmly greeted and very nicely taken care of! Today was no exception! We stopped in for an early brekkie and Emily too excellent care of us. The coffee was always there, fresh, and hot. Zoey got the fried egg sandwich with sausage and hash browns (her fave potato type) and the egg was perfect cooked and served on a toasted croissant. You know how when you get the egg and it's hot just a little if that goo left? That's how this was done. It looked amazing and Zoey seemed thrilled. I got the breakfast burrito and it can with all kinds of goodness inside. Veggies, egg and cheese along with BOTH sausage and bacon! Whoa! And the tortilla was golden crisp. Served with home fries, it was perfect. Just love coming here. Thanks to Emily and the whole team for another great experience!

What a wonderful, small diner in the charming town of Georgetown! Delicious food, wonderful hospitality, super friendly staff, and owner, what a great time we had... And the pie was amazing! What a gem! Will be back!

Fava's definitely exudes hometown diner. From the historic building to the displays of the local high school banner. We had lunch there and the service was phenomenal for how busy it was. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food is definitely Americana and very good. The grilled tuna melt was delicious.

Parked directly in front and walk right in on a Saturday around 130pm. Started with a bowl of fried banana peppers. They were crispy and hot. Got a lunch sized hot brown. Came out with plenty of cheese sauce and a good seeing of ham and turkey on Texas toast. Ended the meal with a slice of butterscotch pie which was awesome

What an amazing little diner, the best fried pickles I've ever had in that ranch. I could drink by the gallon, so well balanced and just taste of depth the fried pickles and fried green tomatoes were fried lightly. They weren't stopping in grease and they had just enough flavor just send them over the top. The sink was a little under season to say the least there was hardly any flavor on it but the hashbrowns southern potatoes in French toast and eggs were all cooked to perfection. I think they need to use a thicker French toast just to add a little more depth to their dishes. The gravy is outstanding. It had good flavor very wholesome vibes seating with a little crunch, but it goes with the vibes. Our waitress was really busy so I'm not gonna complain about the lack of service cause it was slammed and Wright police slow, but our waitress were still very nice and got our order in as soon as she could we would love to come back here

Great, local, greasy spoon. Nothing fancy, but cheap prices-beats going to a fast food chain.

The place is so dirty! And I had a rock in my hashbrowns! Did they fall on the floor and scoop them back onto my plate?? Scary place!

If you're looking for a dessert option, this is a great place. Highlights - lots of chocolate treats and fancy desserts. We tried the Oreo Raspberry Cake. It was super moist, decadent, and heavy. Great cake slice, we really enjoyed it. The annoying part was that I ordered bourbon balls and I instead got some sort of vanilla truffle. I'm not a local but I'm pretty sure I didn't get bourbon balls. Didn't taste anything like bourbon at all. I was very disappointed since that is what I initially came in for and we didn't realize the mistake until much further in the day. The cake slice saves the review from being any lower but paying $12 for something I didn't want is annoying and ruins the experience somewhat. That is why quality counts from beginning to end. I still recommend trying this place out but make sure you check what you order so that you get the right thing.

First, only a couple items in the case even had labels or prices, so I literally had to ask what an item was. The store associate seemed to get annoyed at telling me what the items in the case were but how do you expect me to know if you don't label your items? and i only even asked what 3-4 items were out of 15+ in the case. even though she told me what a couple of the items were, I have no idea how much they were. I asked the price on the viral fruit thing and she responded "they range from $10-$20". There were three choices of those and I guess it was too much trouble to say the price of each one I wanted to try one of the viral fruit moose things, but after the way the store associate acted I decided to pass. There were definitely some things that looked really good, but I'm not going to purchase if they're rolling their eyes at me and acting like I'm bothering them asking about the things they are selling. I'll give it another shot in the future. We'll see what happens Summary: 1. Make sure items in the case are labeled with a product name, short description, and price. 2. Train the people who represent your store what customer service is and how to really sell the product when someone's asking about it I didn't even get to try anything yet so this review is 100% based on customer service interaction and store display information. I know there has been dreams with this business in the past about low reviews - so I'm a real person and I've been elite on Yelp for 6 years. First, it's just so cute! As you approach, you can't help but notice the beautiful mural on the windows. Then you step inside of the most charming little bakery. There are tables for in-store dining and tasty treats everywhere. Cookies, pies, croissants, refrigerated salads and sweets, candied nuts and even Rice Krispie treats. These are just some of the items available. I've never been to a bakery with that many different offerings. Everything looked amazing and everyone in line lets us know that everything is delicious!!! Honestly I wanted a bit of everything, but I had to have some self control. In the end I walked away with muffins, bars, a Bundt cake, a cake pop and tiramisu (this was all shared with another person). Just like the other patrons said, I quickly learned that everything was in fact delicious! It was fresh and so, so good!!! The staff was very kind and I think that Rebecca herself came out and chatted with us briefly. This was my first visit, but definitely won't be my last. Absolutely worth the drive from Lexington.

We have been lucky enough to have tried it at the Crave Food Festival and at our city's Summer Concert Series. Super excited seeing the owners opened a physical location. We were thrilled to see their theme from their cute polka dotted ice cream trucks into their new place. Bright pink with polka dots all over the walls. Amazing twine globes used as pendulum lighting. Beth and Phillip have created a fun, bright place in Georgetown. Speaking of... all of their gelato is created at their farm in Scott County! My husband tried their Affogato. He's a coffee fan! It's a scoop of gelato in a cup of coffee. Yes, you may spy a Keriug on the counter. In the spirit of staying green, they grind coffee from Twin Engine Coffee & place it in a reusable k-cup pod. He loved the coffee! I tried the peanut butter. It was rich and creamy just like granny's peanut butter candy at Christmas. In the past, we have always had the Banana pudding gelato. I cannot write about Spotz without mentioning how much we like that flavor! If you love ice cream, please give gelato a try. Creamier, richer, and carries more flavor! (P.S. Phillip was the Crave Festival Angel who rescued me with a drink a few years ago when spicy Indian Food was making my throat close. We have often wondered if we'd ever find that man again!)

And it's definitely not like this in Italy or Greece! It was so NASTY I couldn't finish my food. Plus it was 18$ without a drink! The owner made my shawarma platter. She had a hard time figuring out what that was!?! I was confused on that because it's usually a staple at any Mediterranean restaurant. The chicken was maybe a table spoon full and tons of fat. The little bit of chicken was all held together with stringy fat. I've never seen chicken like this. And not to mention the VERY SMALL portions! The rice is Mexican rice. Definitely not the original rice you get. Changes the flavor. Not good!!!!! If you like Sahara, Nefertiti and Mr. kabob please don't come here!! The drive to Lexington to a local REAL Mediterranean restaurant IS WORTH IT!! You'll get 2 meals for the price of your one there and mouth watering flavored food!!!
