I went through the drive thru and the window person was really nice. I'll make my way that again soon. It wasn't for me so I don't really have a review for the food.

Should really be tasting the food they serve. The Mac and cheese lobster tasted like salt. I couldn't even eat it. Salty as hell. Didn't even taste lobster, it was salt. Completely ruined my appetite.

This specific site is amazing because they are always clean and sharp and the staff is friendly. Fazoli's is always very affordable I'm able to feed a family of four for only $20. they have specials everyday of the week. On Tuesday's children eat free and on Thursday that you can get a sampler plate for only 5.99. when it comes to the food the food is very delicious not very authentic to Italian food but you get exactly what you paid for and is very filling. The kids meals are only $3.99 and brings a large amount of sauce and pasta with a side drink you cannot beat that price. Also is free refills on your drink and they have that very fancy Coca-Cola soda machine that you can make hundreds of combination of drinks so the kids truly enjoy tasting you Coca-Cola products.

Do not order from here unless you want old pizza, hard breadsticks, and bake spaghetti without the cheese. Worst experience ever

We went on a Monday night and it was pretty crowded but we were seated quickly. They give each table a big plate of bread with butter, which was delicious and a nice treat. I ordered the arancini to start with. I love arancini, and so many restaurants in Atlanta put meat in them. These were SO good, maybe my favorite arancini that I've had recently. Good ratio of risotto to cheese and nice and crispy. The sauce that came with them was really good too. I wish you got more for the cost, but it was comparable to every restaurant. I ordered the Pomodoro al Vegetariana but subbed penne for the spaghetti (just not a fan lol). The pasta was really good and perfectly cooked. The sauce was maybe a little too garlicky? There was a good ratio of pasta to veggies. I don't like mushrooms but they blended in enough that I could eat them. My gf got the Penne Toscana because she's allergic to garlic, so this was one of the few things she could eat. (Side note, one of the other local Italian restaurants we called basically said there was nothing she'd be able to eat there.) Some of the artichoke pieces were really chewy and the dish was very oily, otherwise she enjoyed it. The inside is very nice, cozy and not stuffy. Our waitress was super sweet.

The wine was good, the food was tasty, the staff were friendly and attentive, the setting was comfortable and enjoyable. Really enjoyed co-owner Jake stopping by for a discourse on wine and music and the correlation between the two. The guy is knowledgeable and welcoming. He must be swamped but takes a few minutes to talk vino with guests. The wife and I appreciated that. I definitely recommend this place for a classy Italian meal.

Showed up about 8:30 PM, had to wait for a table because the place was so incredibly dirty. The whole place looks "worn out"and little remains of its once elegant demeanor. The wait staff was young and more interested in horsing around with each other than taking care of diners. Paid $12 for 4 ounces of a very sour (!) Prosecco with a squirt of blackberry syrup at the bottom, but no straw to get to it. The fried raviolis were just cheese-filled and tasted of old oil. The salad contest consisted of whole leaves of iceberg lettuce, four slices of beets and six garbanzos. (This is for two people.) the salad dressing tasted of nothing but oil. The garlic rolls, for which I had raved to my wife, came out hard cold and stale. I ate a couple anyway thinking that the next batch would be fresh, but was told when I asked for more that they were "out." Since this was formerly a highlight of the Provino's experience this hit hard. My wife's entrée tasted burnt as as the only flavor and she refused to eat it. My eggplant Parmesan was cold inside and gelatinous, although the plate was warm. I suppose this Restaurant has suffered the same fate as Portofinos and the Acropolis; started by a family who is no longer involved and is now run by people who don't particularly care. Anyway there are other options for Italian in this town; heck, I would've done better going to Olive Garden. Won't be back - not ever.

Our waitress was dancing for the 4 top behind us,while ignoring us. Passed by my nearly empty tea many times. I had to tell her I needed more. 2 Star -- My Lawyer Friend and I Are Considering This a Chargeable Offense…read moreIn the legal world, there's a concept called "misrepresentation." My attorney dining companion will tell you it applies here. I've eaten lasagna on three continents. I've never once feared it. Until now. What arrived at our table was, generously speaking, a flat pancake wearing a cheese disguise -- topped with shredded beef that seemed just as confused about its life choices as the chef who plated it. Green? Green. I didn't order a lawn clipping casserole. I ordered lasagna -- the cornerstone dish, the anchor of any Italian menu worth its salt (of which this dish also needed more). Lasagna is not a canvas for creativity. It is a covenant. A sacred agreement between a restaurant and its guests that says: we know what we're doing here. This dish broke that covenant, shredded it, and apparently used it as a garnish. My recommendation? Locate the nearest Italian grandmother. Apologize to her. Take notes. Start over.
