My neighbor & I stopped here for lunch. Lunch special is $6.99 & you pick 2 items plus a soft drink & unlimited garlic breadsticks. The cashier took our order immediately. She was friendly & helpful which we appreciated. The ambiance was typical Fazoli's - find your table, get your drink & grab your silverware. In less than 10 minutes, our food was delivered to us & it looked wonderful. My neighbor & I both noticed that the food was lukewarm & not piping hot as it should have been. Still, it was delicious & we scarfed it down quickly. We shared a piece of Ghirardelli's chocolate cheesecake & it was heavenly. Would definitely return here for lunch - the price is right & the service is great! read more

She told me to wait for her other boss Tim Miracle this just happened today and offered me his number very angrily she completely ignored my questions and cut me off.Wy would you keep bosses here that can not do there job. She also acts like she was way to busy to deal with my problem and then yelled at her staff right in front of me ordering them around like servants !!! If you like fairly priced Italian food that offers rewards via app that can make for a super cheap meal from time to time, enjoy fast and courteous service, and enjoy super soft bread sticks that are high in sodium, carbs, and garlic, this generic Italian joint is for you! Fazoli's is a restaurant my family and I frequent often, and really the only complaint I have as an average American is menu items are super hit or miss. They can sound like the meal was made from the hands of a Sicilian goddess, but taste like they are made by the hands of a teenager saving up for their first A to B lemon. Every new menu item is a gamble, and each time you order just like each time you say "hit me" at the black jack table, you never know what you are going to get when it comes to the table. If you want the best experience, I suggest ordering the simpler known items such as the baked spaghetti, pizza, or ravioli as these seem the most consistent and my wife and kids never complain as some of the world's pickiest eaters. It's mostly the more exotic items that tend to disappoint, especially the ones that never seem to stay on the menu for very long. The bone-in wings are okay, but honestly they always seem overly baked and dry, and the salads are always hit or miss as they are either filled with nice and crisp lettuce, or overly wet lettuce that has sat in the fridge for too long. Recently, they changed their dressing distributor and it has been a disappointment, so ordering salad for me personally is a no-go. I'd also like to point out that unlimited bread sticks seem to be a thing in the past, and although they always bring at least two per person seated, you won't see much more which is a shame because they rarely disappoint when it comes to softness and flavor. Service is excellent when dining in! It is prompt, they do the whole freshly grated parmesan cheese, refills are free, and they are prompt when you ask for to-go containers. I've never met anybody grouchy working there, which is a surprise given how often and long we have frequented the restaurant. I have no complaints about any of the service! For a quick recap, don't get your hopes up high for an authentic Italian experience. It is mediocre Americanized food that in my opinion is good if you stick to the classics, but nowhere near as expensive as the experience at Olive Garden, which is just a more expensive mediocre Americanized food with a larger menu and unlimited salad and bread sticks. You'll get in and be seated quick, you'll get your food quick, and be out the door as quick as you want to be. Their rewards program via app pays off as you can feed a family of 4 for super cheap after enough points are accumulated. Honestly, if they offered unlimited bread sticks and salad, they could easily overtake Olive Garden on frequency of returns, but again they are like the McDonald's of Italian. Stick to the classics, enjoy the bread sticks, and be in and out at your own time. read more

Wing On??? NOPE... Just Don't. I did 2 different sauces on 10 boneless and Mild Buffalo on 20 bone-in wings. The Good.. The honey bbq was enjoyable, it was a shame that was covering 5 boneless wings that were literally the size of a quarter and at a $1 per piece.... what a let down. The Wings, for some odd reason were EXTREMELY salty?? didnt taste old and tasted fresh, but salty? I even called and spoke with "Elaine" who was playing Manager. She was very nice, but not very helpful. "Yes, We were surprised at the size ( of the boneless) as well" Unfortunately, you ordered from DoorDash so i cant help?? LOL. Well, No Problem... This is a fast Italian restaurant. I will say that it is much better then I thought Fazoli's ever could be. This is one of their concept stores and it is a huge hit around the Dayton Mall area. The place is always pretty busy around lunch time but you never wait overly long for your food. My husband loves the Baked Spaghetti and I typically get the Four Cheese Ravioli which is really good. The unlimited bread sticks are another huge hit for my husband. I think they are a little too garlicky but not bad. The price is right for lunch and you get pretty decent portion sizes. They also offer a rewards card, which they stamp every time you purchase an entree that gets you a free entree. read more

Warning: If you think this food will taste like your Sicilian grandmothers home-made cooking you might be disappointed. This review is for the 741 at Cobblegate drive location. I have to say I was very surprised just how tasty the food was at Fazoli's, It's quick served, but not super fast, I did wait about 10 minutes during my first trip to this place. I had the Ultimate Meatball Smasher (1100 Calories) and a side salad. This sandwich was only 5.99 and well worth the price, a nice size, and boy was it a tasty knife and fork sandwich. The spicy tomato garlic sauce is very tasty, much better than I expected, the meat was plentiful and typical of a hoagy style meat in taste. So good I went back 3 days later for another. The side salad is over priced at 1.99. Micky D's has a better side salad honestly. but I won't judge a place on a side salad. As mentioned, I went back 3 days later, this time I sampled the Small portion baked spaghetti and it was also very good, "Its the sauce". If you have good tasting sauce you got a chance at something good Italian restaurant wise For the price, Fazoli's in underrated, it's not as good as mom made, but MY mom didn't make a meatball peperoni sub like this either. Great little 'fast food Italian joint.' I love the cheese ravioli with meat sauce, but it's only offered on the kids menu now (this is a true reflection of my immaturity:)). Food is decent for the price and the breadsticks are usually fantastic (we always eat too many!). The side salads contain lettuce, red onion a few grape tomatoes, and a few slivers of cheese. Overall, I can't complain. It's good when I'm craving pasta and in a hurry! Bonus points for my 10-year old loving this place, too. read more

A few days ago I had an issue with one of your employees!My son was playing in the lobby towards the back of the store and (this young lady/employee was cleaning a table)and my son climbed up on one of the tables I didn't see at first and then I turned around due to the voice of this young lady telling my son to get the fuck down off of the table!!!!I asked her what her name was very angry and pissed off and she angrily told me Dora motherfucker and walked away!!!!!!Thats unacceptable!!!! I love running through the drive thru for a quick pre workout carb load meal is great. Going in is a little weird. They're trying to hard to be a Italian restaurant and not a fast food place. Getting handed a untossable ceaser salad with separate sides and a 2 foot number stick for my order to be brought to was a little unusual and having specials regurgitated by the manager while over talking me on my order was frustrating. I have been through the Fazoli's drive thru for lunch multiple times and every time I go through my pasta is never soft or fully cooked, it is always crunchy and has very minimal sauce. Not to mention the packaged Parmesan tastes and looks as if it's 5 years past it's expiration date. Dine in is the best option if you want a mediocre meal at best. read more
