Gotta start with the breadsticks! OMGosh they are still crazy good! Soft and buttery and garlicky.  Gone are the old days of employees with baskets offering breadsticks throughout your meal. They plop down a pile of them when you sit down instead. It's insane! Our baked ziti had good sauce and terrific melty cheese. It was a good portion too. The double slice of cheese pizza, however, was not as appetizing.  It didn't look fresh and hot. In fact it looked rather over cooked.  The taste wasn't too bad, but certainly nothing to write great comments about. The pepperoni cheese sticks were the perfect size and came fresh and hot. It was wonderful pulling apart sticks and seeing the cheese stretch and pull. Our last visit we had extra special service. Amber, after bringing us breadsticks, asked if we needed anything and I realized I had no napkins. She grabbed them and asked if I needed a fork or knife and brought those too. There was a full on lizard inside of my pasta So I walk inside excited to go to one of my favorite childhood restaurants and it looks like they were closed. There was no one there so I walk in completely and I go to the counter and ring a bell. They put out in this old crusty man who looks like he's like 450 walks up very slowly, took him like two minutes I ordered my food, and then he slowly started typing it in and then, after that, he very very slowly gave me my number and I go sit down, so then it takes like a full hour to get my food and I was getting ready to leave from anger, but then the old man came on the thing and said that my order was ready so I grabbed my food and I felt something moving on the plate but I was walking back to my ripped and stained table. I thought that was why but it wasn't. I sit down and then I poke my fork into my pasta and it was hard so that I use my work to move the pasta around to see what it was and there was a full on green lizard in there So in conclusion never go there read more

Food is not bad for what it is, service at the drive thru is always good, nice people. They raised their prices, I was eating there at least 2 times per week . My order has been 10.80 w/ tax for the past 2 years. Went there today to get my regular order and total was 12.99 w/tax. I asked why the young lady just laughed at me and said "we upped our prices " told her to forget it! Corporate greed. The food was ready when I arrived! When I went in close to closing restraint looked wonderfully clean. Order was correct, hot, and tasty! Everything including breadstick were tasty. Know too the staff. Friendly and still smiling at the end of the day. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. I loved that you can purchase extra sauce. The orange creamsicle drink made a dessert. food was pretty amazing. got a pepperoni pizza, alfredo, breadsticks, mozzarella bites, and pumpkin cheesecake. the pizza was great, hot and the pepperoni was crispy. alfredo was good but in my opinion needed more seasoning. mozzarella bites were so good and the cheese was hot and stretchy and it had great flavor and perfect seasoning. the pumpkin cheesecake was to die for!! had a caramel drizzle and thick creamy whipped cream and the perfect crust, it was so good. service is pretty good there, everything is pretty quick and smooth for how busy they get. would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal without breaking the bank! read more

While looking for an Italian eatery we could sit down and eat in to relax, we decided to try Olive Garden. Social distancing has caused 45 minute wait times for all patrons, so we left. A thought popped in my head about a place we could go. I had gotten Italian food without leaving the vehicle on numerous occasions when coming to Springfield for doctor's visits. My son and I were able to order our food, get our fountain drinks, and sit outside the building on their comfortable concrete outdoor eating patio. They gave us tons of bread sticks and told us that we could still get refills for our fountain drinks by coming inside and getting new cups. It was a fantastic experience even through all the precautions for COVID 19! read more

Well here we are back at it again. It was alright. I got a sampler so I could try a handful of different items. None were great, tasted like something you would pick up out of the Walmart freezer section. The only redeeming thing about their food was the breadsticks, which were wonderful. Then when you went to throw away all your stuff the trash cans were full and the dishes were stocked really high. Overall it's kinda like watching The Never Ending Story (1984 movie) scene where Artex gets pulled into the swamp of sadness. You expect the movie to be a happy kids movie but things just continue downhill. read more

People were very friendly. Breadsticks awesome. It had been a while since I have dined at a Fazoli's. I am afraid it will be quite a while before I dine there again. A smallish size plate of spaghetti with two meatballs, two slices of already made pizza, two small soft drinks, and the aforementioned breadsticks- almost $18.00 after tax. In addition to the cost, the spaghetti noodles were dry and from the texture appeared to have been prepared not too recently. Ah well. Live and learn. OMG I LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH. This past summer I drove across the country, alone, from Philadelphia to Los Angeles. On my second day, I stayed overnight in Springfield, Missouri. After a long day of driving I was pretty hungry. Like, duh, right? I got into Springfield kinda early and wasn't totally burnt out so I decided to drive around a little bit, see Amurrica etc. I drove past this place and I'm pretty sure I actually real life did a double take - Italian Fast Food!??!! It's like every dream I have ever had manifest in Fast Food form. I went in kind of expecting the worst, I'm not even sure what that would be, but was blown away! The menu was well designed. It had all the dumb boring / simultaneously delicious Italian-ish food I craved. And it was cheap! I got Lasagna, which came with a salad, breadsticks and soda, and was less then $10. What! It was made really quickly, the cashier girl was super friendly, and I was back at my hotel in no time stuffing myself with an ambiguous sauce/cheese/pasta combination. A+! read more

Was so in the mood for Italian this evening but didn't feel like dining in. Fortunately, I found Fazoli's. Fast Food Italian. You would think there were more fast Italians joints around, considering how easy it is to prepare. I ordered the Ultimate Sampler and two orders of meatballs (6). The meatballs are smaller than I had anticipated but sufficient in size. I was worried they would taste like dog food like so many pre-made ones do but I was impressed. The fettuccine Alfredo was the best in the box. The lasagna was made only with noodles and cheese and meat sauce. It was just ok. I also ordered an Italian salad which I was too full to eat after the entree. Looking forward to that tomorrow. Overall everything was overly salty but tasty. read more

It's just okay. But it depends what you get. I had to quit because I had just conquered my depression a couple years prior and working here gave me a relapse because most of the staff there isn't friendly (even when I came in there to eat with my fiancée) and the food isn't great either. You can literally taste the carbs and I would rather not. Personal preference. Their limited edition cinnamon bites aren't great and their prices break the bank. If you're looking for something affordable go to Walmart or Trader Joe's and make something yourself. It's pretty easy. I plan on making their breadsticks soon read more

Ok I was there for the first time yesterday and it was a issue for me to get into the restaurant and also the ladies room with my power wheelchair. The staff was friendly and all, but I was not pleased with the pasta as it was under cooked. The sidewalk was a bit too narrow and a bit dangerous to get on and off of. read more

My husband and I donate to Ozarks Public Broadcasting and EVERY year they send us a special discount card that allows us to buy-one-get-one free. This Fazoli's is listed, however, they have terms they don't disclose (like the rest of the businesses on this card) and those terms dictate that ONLY entrees (not combo meals) are covered by the discount. So, if you go in thinking that you will get BOGO... you are wrong. We ordered a spaghetti meal and penne meal and the drink/salad are not covered in the BOGO deal. Not that this has anything to do with the food, but truthfully service is usually just as important as the food and while the food was sub-par (I mean, come on, we can all make better pasta than this at home) I went because of our discount which was hastily degraded and dismissed. This isn't the first time that they have skipped over the details and won't be the last, I'm sure. I doubt I'd go there again even IF they had this deal again. I guess I just can't stand to be taken advantage of, whether or not I am using a discount. They offered it, so why don't they stand by it? As far as the quality of the food... the ONLY reason I go to Fazoil's is for the breadsticks. The pasta is cooked to the right temperature, the sauce is cliche and bland, the facility was clean and overall the employees were pleasant. Beyond the issue with the discount, I only liked the breadsticks. The salad is a joke. 18 leaves of lettuce, a shred of Parmesan and a few tomatoes. Oh, good grief, that's NOT worth $2. Inexpensive fast Italian food. They come around with delicious breadsticks that are buttery garlic.

We don't have Fazoli's near home so like to stop when we travel. Stopped here on way thru town. It wasn't busy since it was around 8pm. They were very nice at the counter and answered our questions. Unfortunately when the food came our Ultimate Sampler was cold...not cool but cold. We told the server and they made us a new one, but that one was about as cold. Food tasted good but it was disappointing that they didn't serve warm food. read more

i love this place so so much. let me tell you a story about how my pasta works got flipped, turned, upside down. i'd like to take a minute and just sit right there and i'll tell you about my experience. so i'm causally eating right, then this hyde looking dude (ya know from the 70's show?) he asks if we want more bread. my friend said no but i said yes. HE IGNORED ME AND WALKED AWAY. then 20 or so minutes later, he comes back around asks to take our plates and we said sure and i was putting my bread on my plate because i wasn't done but i was going to give him the plate i wasn't using BUT HE PICKS UP MY FRIENDS PLATE AND STRAIGHT WALKS AWAY. so we are dying of laughter and he comes back and i was finishing my last breadstick AND THIS BRO JUST STRAIGHT UP TAKES MY PLATE AND THROWS IT AWAY. i wasn't done with my breadstick. but anyway we found this experience extremely funny and we will see y'all soon! read more
