What can I say ? I wish that the process of buying this car was as easy as selling it to FC Auto.com Great people, great experience, all pros yet engaging. Business was completed quickly and everything such as paperwork and payoffs were conducted in a professional manner. We stayed longer than necessary due to some good conversation. Also, the sales lot had some great cars. Best of class automobiles. Thanks to all at FC Auto. John L.

I never felt there were any shenanigans occurring. Thanks to the finance guy (apologies for not getting your name) for walking me through a question I had. The service around that buying experience was great, particularly with the salesman (Less Morgan). I came in half an hour before closing and the team stayed late to complete the purchase without time pressure. We agreed the dealer would owe body work. The manager (Robert?) provided a loaner vehicle during the duration of that repair, which was appreciated. Less was great at communicating throughout the repair, and got Service to quickly address a concern I had the same day the vehicle was back from the body work despite a packed appointment schedule.

Most recently, I had a warning light and message come on for a particular function. They couldn't get me in for a month. I asked if it was safe to drive for that long. They told me they'd have someone call me back to let me know. Maybe they could get me in sooner. No call back, so I tried again. This time I called sales and the rep walked over to service to check. He told me he'd leave a note for them to call by the end of the day. No call. Pretty standard experience at Beyer now. I never heard back. I went to Dulles Kia - they got me in same day with a covered rental. They told me I shouldn't really wait on the situation and I had my car back in two days. The required part was covered under warranty. Save yourself the trouble. Try somewhere else.

But, before leaving, we saw one more vehicle we were interested in and got put with another salesman who happened to be great. So, if you really want a car at this dealership, ask to speak with one of their top salesperson or someone who knows what they're talking about for a good experience.

Took it in, they told me both Catalytic converters needed replaced for over $4,000!!!. I know those typically don't need replaced until around 80-100,000 miles if at all. I asked if my extended warranty would cover it. NO, sorry they said. I asked if the warranty under FEDERAL law would take care of it. NO, sorry they said. I called B. S. and said I wanted my car back. They tried to convince me that I would not pass emissions, that is wasn't safe, etc etc etc. SO, I took it to another GMC dealership and guess what, it WAS/IS COVERED under my warranties!!!! THIS IS CRIMINAL. WHO was going to pocket my $4,000! I have all the paperwork proof and I'm willing to share it! I didn't trust them because I also went to them the year before for an oil change and inspection and the guy said your front brakes are really low and you should replace them for $900. I said gee that's funny because I just had new brakes put on last month at another shop! Liars. Frauds. Scammers. They think women are dumb and will just do whatever they say. But some women know better. Don't trust them and go elsewhere!!!!

I would strongly recommend avoiding Koons Tyson's Toyota's used car department based on my…read moreexperience today. I arrived with a specific vehicle already picked out, yet somehow it took them 35 minutes just to locate the car on their own lot. That should have been the first warning sign. Once they finally found it, I took it for a test drive and noticed a few issues. We discussed those concerns, negotiated the price, and ultimately agreed on a deal. From the very beginning, I was completely clear that I already had a pre-approved check from my bank and that I would not be financing through the dealership or discussing my APR. Despite that, the salesperson repeatedly pressured me to disclose my interest rate. I told him multiple times that my financing was already handled and that my APR was none of his concern. We finally settled on the numbers, they brought me the deal, and I signed it. Then, after all of that, the salesperson tells me I need to fill out a finance/credit application, claiming it was "company policy." Absolutely not. I had already told them repeatedly that I was using my own financing and had no intention of applying for credit through them. I was not going to hand over additional personal and financial information simply because they suddenly claimed it was required. So I got up and walked out. That's when things became even more ridiculous. The salesperson and the sales manager followed me outside and suddenly told me, "Oh, we can bypass that." Interesting. If it was truly mandatory "company policy" five minutes earlier, why did it suddenly become optional when I walked away from the deal? That interaction completely destroyed any trust I had in this dealership. Whether this was an attempt to run financing, collect financial information, or simply push me into their financing process, I found the entire experience shady, high-pressure, and completely unnecessary. And one final piece of advice if you're considering one of their used vehicles: bring an independent mechanic or get a pre-purchase inspection. A vehicle not having a check-engine light does not mean there aren't mechanical problems. The vehicle I drove had issues that deserved further investigation. Koons Toyota had a customer standing there ready to buy a vehicle with financing already secured, and they managed to turn a completed negotiation into a walkout because they wouldn't respect a very simple boundary. Terrible customer service. High-pressure tactics. A complete lack of transparency. I would take my business elsewhere.

The staff here are friendly, and service is quick and efficient. I dropped off my car for a tire replacement, state inspections, and emissions testing around 8:30 AM and it was all done by lunchtime. The shuttle took me to and from my office. Kelvin was a friendly and helpful service advisor, and the shuttle driver was nice too. I like how on the report of services you need, they distinguish between things you urgently need and work that you should have done but isn't urgent. It's all very convenient, with availability by text, phone, and online. Very helpful for people who work during the day and can't stand by a phone waiting for a call that may not come for a while. And they're open Saturdays, with good long hours. That's very helpful too for those who work Monday-Friday. It may be more crowded on Saturdays, I can't say since I didn't go on a Saturday. The website to set up an appointment is a bit clunky as not all types of appointments are listed (they don't have tire replacement/repair, which I'd think is pretty common) but there's a box to explain in detail what your issue is, and the staff listen to you and talk to you when you arrive. As is typical of dealerships in this area, where space is at a premium and very expensive, the procedure to get in and out can be kind of tight, but it's better and more efficient than most around here so I can't really complain about that.
