I ordered full Brake parts for my GLS for pick up Saturday 9/13. The order system would not take my credit card but only PayPal. Whatever that's a story for another time. I drove from Hartford after getting the pickup notification close to their closing time. I got there 4:01pm and they had closed. Ok, no problem, I can have them ship it to me because I am over 45mins away. Called Monday to have them ship it. Called back on Thursday because I had not received a tracking number. They tell me they had not shipped it and will be shipping it that day and the other half on Friday (why not ship it together on the same day? It was a pickup order that should have all the parts together). Whatever, I received the front and rear rotor sets on Friday. Waited for the front and rear pads to arrive on Saturday along with the wear sensor and the rotor bolts. Package came in two boxes. I am puzzled. It should only be one box that contains pads and accessories and should not need two boxes. I opened the package and to my surprise ITS ANOTHER SET OF FRONT AND REAR ROTORS. What the fuck FCP Euro. Mind you, I have taking off the rear brakes and already replaced the rotors and waiting on pads to complete the install but I get another set of rotors? Is it that hard to grab an order that was already set for pickup and ship that content to the same address at the same time? Who works here? High school freshman's? Now I have to order another set for pickup on Sunday so that I have a car to use on Monday. Nobody is in the FCP Euro office on weekends. You get an AI that's completely useless when you call. You can only pick up orders once you get an email confirmation and no phone to contact anyone on weekends. Now I need to process a refund for the pad sets that never arrived. I ordered an EGR Valve for my old Mercedes early this morning at 7:30 am on 10/27 (Monday). The order was confirmed and the parts was immediately shipped out, ETA 10/30 (Thursday) - super fast ! However, my mechanic called and said he can clean and reuse the existing EGR Valve without the need for a new one. I immediately called FCP Euro at noon time today (10/27) after 5 hours of completing the order. The agent apologized that the parts has already been shipped - wow ! A friend recommended FCP Euro last year, so I decided to test it out by purchasing wiper blades to see how the warranty replacement process worked before committing to a larger purchase for my Audi or Porsche. I received a replacement set for my Audi and attempted to return the old ones. However, the shipping cost to send them back in the same box provided was $56 via both USPS and UPS. This entire return process feels flawed--I'm responsible for the return shipping costs, and in the end, I only receive store credit for a future purchase? At that price, I could simply buy a new set of wipers instead of returning these just to prove I received a replacement. It seems wasteful and like a poor business practice. Unfortunately, this will be my last purchase from FCP Euro. While the concept may seem beneficial for customers, in reality, it falls short. They send you the wrong part, give you a return label, receive the item, and then claim the part arrived "defective" or "used" just to avoid giving you a refund. This happened to me twice in a row with two different orders. They send random photos saying the part was used, which is completely false, and they keep both the so-called "defective" item and your money. When you call to resolve the issue, they avoid the call or simply say there's nothing they can do. Do not fall for their trap. Ordered on June 28. Was informed order would ship July 5. Did not ship and/or provide any tracking information until July 11, and that was only after being asked repeatedly for information. Furthermore, items were not packaged well, and tossed loosely into a large box. Not ideal because cans, fluid bottles, and small items such as spark plugs were in this order, but when I received it the box was badly damaged from shipping and due to how it was packaged, there was no support to either keep the items in the box or keep the items protected. Pictures worth a thousand words. The ONLY reason this has a 2 instead of 1 star is because the Customer Service Representative, Patrick C., was patient, responsive, and endeavored to get the information I asked for, and I do not fault his workplace's ineptitude as his own, given the diligence he exhibited in doing his on work as a CSR. Despite all the problems, I have given them an extra chance, and placed one more smaller order with them. We will see if there is any chance at a more positive revised review this time, or if it will have to go down to that 1 star permanently. read more

I needed a heat control valve but instead called it heat exchanger over the phone. They sent me an 'engine oil cooler' which was not the part I needed. Upon opening the box, we realized it was the wrong part. We immediately called for the right part which was delivered. We put the engine oil cooler back in the box and sent it back. To our surprise, FCP Euro sent an email rejecting the $222 part saying it had been installed and 'used', citing some rings on the bottom part which we had never paid attention to when we received it from them. They kept our money and sent the part back to us. We've been ordering parts from them for a while now. This was completly insulting to us. I showed the part to my mechanic and he said that if the unit was used you would see visible use inside the rings in the Engine oil cooler. Very shady way to do business. read more

Not one email for a proper refund for returned items, it took more than 10 email exchanges and still they are refunding $25 less than what I paid for. These people make it painful process as they delay in the reply once they agree to refund your items returned and then try to fool you with less pricing for refund than what you paid. Why European companies try to charge you more than what's agreed, are they acting like they can't do math or are they conspiring to rob money from their customers? I guess it is more of a common practice in the European countries in general, they promise you one price then charge you at higher price or send you less than what you paid for the agreed unused returns. The return was due to their fault as well, the parts recommended by indicating that it fits the car were not the fitting parts. My trust level is low with this company. read more
