The food selection was fairly good, with a nice mix of Chinese staples such as dim sum, sesame chicken, Chinese BBQ pork, etc.; American classics such as roast beef, pizza, etc; a Mongolian barbecue station; a soup noodle station; a large sushi bar; and a large dessert bar. The restaurant was generally well kept, with the food service station being fairly clean and organized with refills being done frequently. There were quite a lot of shoe smudges near the entrance that could have been better maintained, but otherwise, the restaurant was clean and neat. The 5-star rating comes mainly from the service. The lobby staff were very friendly and accommodating. We initially paid for a party of 20 people, but the staff were very accommodating regarding providing a refund when several guests ended up no-showing to the event. They had plenty of staff circulating the main floor and party room to take empty plates and check on guests. Went back to Feast on a weekday. There aren't a lot of buffets anymore, so it's a nice refresher to sit down and pig out. It's cheaper on a weekday, and a lot less busy too. It can't be helped by the restaurant, but the area is a tad sketchy with tons of warning not to leave stuff in your car and extra security in the nearby stores. It's easy to forget all about that once inside through with all the glorious food before you. The Mongolian line was lacking because you can't put your own sauce on (outside of extra stuff in other areas like sweet n sour), and hardly anyone was touching the cold salad area, so I do wonder how long some things have been sitting there. That's mostly just the price of going to a buffet though. Speaking of price, it was all reasonable and even included the soda fountain, so big thumbs up to that. Lots of sushi, a noodle bar with all the fixings, a lot of different seafood like baked salmon, shrimp alfredo, panko fried fish, and so much more. I was even shocked there were some dishes I had never heard of and I did a little walk through before grabbing a plate just to look and read everything. I was able to try a lot of food that I normally wouldn't order a whole dish of, like chickens feet. It was hard to not grab everything but I came with an appetite and tried as much as I could. Came here because Sis saw an Insta reel about it and she's easy to influence. Once there I was pretty impressed because this place is a cut above the rest in that it's large and they have legit seafood every night. The ambience is really open there's a lot of seating the hot and food table booths are wide enough for people. There's two banquet rooms if you want to do big parties. A lot of the selections are open for people to get what they want. They did a good job with adding a utensil area and the sauce areas being spread out. The food was delicious! For a $24 buffet (the current adult lunch price on M-F), I have to rate highly because everything was at least OK, if not better than OK, and the selection was impressive. I would have rated a 5 except that nothing was outstanding. Feast used to be so good when it first opened - food was hot and fresh, never lukewarm, and the desserts weren't stale. However, in recent times, this is definitely no longer the case; this is a recurring problem. Today (8/14/25) I arrived about 45 minutes after opening, expecting fresh food and at least decent service - nothing. Many of the food items were barely warm, and tasted like they had been sitting for a while even before opening. The cookies were stale, the mousse cake was dry, and the panna cotta was sour and loose. Plus, the plates hadn't been properly washed; still wet and having crumbs on them, and their cups always taste like soap, especially if you get water. The staff just stood around and talked instead of clearing tables or minding the customers, which was interesting considering there were quite a few customers even an hour after opening. I'm not complaining about that what I'm complaining about is waiting in line 15 to get the crab and lobster and then only to be limited to a half of a crab and half of a lobster and that's a half a lobster tail. Right now. I don't think I'll be going back again. I must say the prime rib, what they present is prime rib, is not prime rib or it's a very low quality prime rib. It is very chewy. Our first visit to The Feast! It was about 11:30 AM when we entered and there weren't that many customers seated. Within the next hour, the place was inundated with hungry customers. Prior to driving to the restaurant, I called to see if they were going to be open due to the bad (cold) weather. We were seated and I immediately headed towards all the food stations to see what was being offered. No matter how hard I looked, I couldn't find any lobster or crab! I asked our waiter and he said crab & lobster is only served during the dinner session. Shucks, we came to the wrong session. I was really anxious to try the crawfish, but was disappointed as they weren't spicy enough and cold. Inari & Tobiko sushi were pretty good, but the cooked clams not as good as the ones on ice over by the ramen area. The cold clams tasty fresher. The deep fried battered Sole was pretty tasty and cooked great, as were the chicken wings. My wife had a variety of sushi and said they were all good. She especially like the fried chicken wings. Her desert consisted of an Egg tart, a mini chocolate pudding (very cute tiny little cups), and a miniature piece of a vanilla cake. She enjoyed the fare, but agreed with me that we should take in the dinner session in order to indulge in crab and lobster. I'm a stickler when it comes to cleanliness, and the salt & pepper shakers were really grimy and covered with fingerprints. I took a Handi-Wipe to them and wiped 'em clean.
