We tried the chocolate cake and it was pretty good but you could tell that it was a day or two old. The inside was decently moist but the outside edges were pretty dry and crunchy.

This review of of the cafe only. My daughter and I treated ourselves to Feast for meeting our weekly work goals. This place is indeed a whole vibe! The decor gets you ready for a relaxing time. Our objective was the chai flight which includes a small sample of four chais. My favorite was the pink Kashmiri chai- sweet and delicious. We also tried the fig and Brie toast. Great flavor, but a disappointing portion with one piece of toast for $8. I would definitely return for chai and would love to order one of their platters!

Tucked away on the north side of downtown, it's a cozy place that is more of a health food store than a soda fountain. Herbal tea, honey blends, handmade soap, kombucha, etc., but there is a bar and you can have a root beer, ginger ale, or other flavored pop made up right in front of you with simple syrup and seltzer. Service was very good, and it is clearly a family venture. They have an herb farm and have been going to farm markets. The space is relaxing and comfy. Some chairs and tables, some barstools. The root beer tasted homemade, which it is. Sassafras, honey, a bit of ginger, some other nicely balanced flavors. It's a bit steep at $3.50 for a small glass, but a nice splurge. I also got some soap for Sweetie, and it smells nice and is hefty for its size, so looks to be good quality. I'm sure I'll be back for some ginger ale or another root beer.
