The pretzel bun was surprisingly soft and not stale or dry. The hot dog was a really large beef dog! I did get a taste of the hot dog because the kids seemed more interested in the mac and cheese on top than the hot dog itself, not surprising. This particular coffee shop caught my attention because their website indicated, "Every purchase creates job opportunities for local teens and supports schools, nonprofits, and community organizations." I stopped by on a Saturday at 8 am. There were several patrons at the small tables and several people came in after me. It looks like they are popular among locals. I had the iced latte with house-made lavender syrup. I told the waitstaff that I prefer less sweet and she asked if they should lessen the amount of lavender syrup. I declined but I probably should've taken her suggestion because the drink was a teeny bit too sweet for me. But otherwise, the coffee was strong and it kept me running for hours!
