I ordered the shrimp scampi with a salad and a take home ziti for $6 or $8 i forget which one. The scampi was fine, but i've noticed SOOO many restaurants, in particular CHAIN RESTAURANTS like OG prepare asparagus like they've never frickin ate it themselves or never learned how to prepare it. It had little diced asparagus in the scampi, which were all woody and fibrous and tough. Why not the tips, the actual edible part of the vegetable? The world may never know , but i know ill never eat there again at least nothing with asparagus
