Get in and out relatively quick most days. I've never had a problem with any of the employees and I've been using this fedex for years.

The Manager at this store is one of the worst. I've tried mightily to be pleasant to him, but he's quite the robot. He talks into his computer screen in a monotone voice, and when I ask him what did he say, he mumbles again into his screen. The final thing is when the label was printed, he just put it on top of the long box I was shipping, and I asked him to put it on the box before I left, he looked at me like I was stealing his car, and reluctantly slapped it on the box. If I could zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever by the manager JOE and other employee. Walked in to ship back a very expensive package. First he charged me to box it when I could've easily placed it in a box myself when I asked him for the size box I needed. I let that go. Then I handed him 2 boxes containing almost $5000 worth of items. He took the boxes and set them to the side and proceeded to work on something else. I refused to leave until I saw my package packed and securely sealed. Another customer came after to me to which he did the same thing. Set his open box next to mind and left it there. The customer also asked him to seal the box in front of him to which he replied "I will in a min I'm doing something right now" and walked to the back leaving both packages laying on the counter. It wasn't until another employee walked in the building and he told him to pack my box because he was "on a call". The second employee packed my box without listen to specific instructions needed to mail my package. He had both my label and the other customers label in the same hand. I asked to see my box when he was done so I can confirm he put the correct label on it. He almost threw it on the counter in front of me and proceeded to do something else. I grabbed my packaged and walked out. Don't go here. They obviously had terrible reviews and I'm almost positive they would've lost my package. read more

Don't waste your time going into the store not only do they not have large boxes to ship your bigger products. The agent that was not assisting me almost hit me in my head with the box that I brought in, he told me to go to another location.. total waste of my time. I see why they have all the bad reviews.. I'm not sure why this store even exist if it cannot help me with my shipping request. read more

Been delivering packages for years with fed ex. Had to drop off one of my packages at a different location today and no wonder this place only had 2 star review. They need to hire people that are customer friendly and not snap at the moment something is asked of them. David needs to find another job if he can't handle the request of customers that are so simple. I simply asked for tape on my package and I did not hear him he would place it because he was wearing a mask . When I asked again he snaps and screams "I'm getting the tape!" There is absolutely no need for this. I genuinely did not hear him the first time and all he had to say was that he'd take care of it . Dude, has some issue. I hope he was just having a bad day and not his usual self. Otherwise, maybe fedEx needs to reconsider this employee. read more

Bad customer service. I went in there today to make some copies and send a package. I asked for help a few times and I clearly looked like I was having trouble with their machine.. the manager did not seem to care about it, he was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Horrible customer service. FedEx sent me a prepaid label over email. The email said bring it in to the store, they scan the barcode and they will print out the label. I get there and the guy says that's not how it works and I need to contact the person who sent that to me. I told him fedex sent it to me and he told me to go ask another branch. read more
