I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures, since this is a very nice store, albeit a little small. There are only 2 self-serve printers, which is a bummer, and one was having a feed problem, but the staff was very, very nice, and when I was able to use the printer it was very quick and printed well. I had to make a quick wardrobe change in the bathroom and it was very big and very clean. I found this store very pleasant - and convenient to get to. read more

Dropped by this morning to send out a package that's been sitting in my car for a week due to dreading the lines. To my surprise this location was quick and efficient, the employee who assisted me in closing my package and printing the label was so kind and made my visit much more pleasant than any other time I have visited a FedEx location early morning. I ordered business cards to my elderly parents and the assistant manager that should never be allowed to say he is the manager even on duty was awful and make this experience an absolute disrespect towards the people that pay his salary! The customers! They need to have proper customer service training ASAP and this is on the DM because the manager obviously is not setting a good example. read more

I walked in to print and bind 2 page presentation. They guy with the mustache looked at me like I was crazy. Told me I really should order it ahead of time and he was too busy. I was very nice and asked to do it myself. He was reluctant to even let me use their self service. It was a total of 4 pages to print, 2 presentations. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. My wife and I entered the Fedex store on Glades near Starbucks. My wife is not very technically advanced. She asked this young gentleman with dreadlocks if he could help. She needed some help sending a label to Fedex on her Apple phone. He curtly said he didn't know how to use an Apple phone. Luckily, this young woman who worked there was very nice and helped her. My wife asked him another question. He responded with a loud "If you want technical help, go to Best Buy!". This guy obviously has a chip on his shoulder! I know that customer service in this post Covid Era seems to be lacking in many places. Fedex should reward their customer focused employees and get rid of the bad apples. People with bad attitudes should not be allowed to "help" the customer. It only leaves us angry and ready to look for another company to work with. The "gentleman " printed the label and my wife asked if we were done. He didn't answer. My wife thanked him profusely. Truthfully, I was wondering if he would seal the box and finish the shipping process or if he would try to punish is for his issues. "No Ticky, no laundry"... Went in to send a Fed Ex envelope. No biggy. Pretty routine or at least it used to be. Greeted slowly by an employee with "what do you need?" Well, that's not a terribly good start, explained i wanted to send an envelope and he then asked for my Fed Ex account number. I asked how to look that up and he treated me as though I was either ancient or perhaps a bit slow. Complete with repeating instructions, each time a bit slower and more loudly. Once I figured out that my account doesn't have shipping enabled any longer, he seemed edified and continued the process. Here's where it gets weird; rep asked for my driver's license's as part of the shipping procedure. I asked what he needed that for and the answer I got was "because". Again, why do you need my DL, considering it contains personal identification information? "We need it, everyone does it." after some back and forth the other worker interjects and says "No Ticky, no laundry" Uh first of all I haven't heard that phrase in over 30 years and even then, it was said by a guy in Canarsie. This is my go to FedEx office anytime I want to ship something off. Mostly because it is in a super convenient location, it's literally next to the Florida Turnpike North and Southbound entrance ramps. In the same plaza is a Starbucks two doors down from FedEx. Every time I go here it's never too busy where I feel like I am wasting my time. read more

Asked to borrow a sharpie then when I brought my box back over she assumed I wasn't going to return it? After that i knew what i was dealing with. Pretty simple in and out, social distancing is enforced, the staff is polite and knowledgeable. Went into mail a package and I was in an out in about 10 minutes. She advised and guided me to how to complete the needed information and assured me my package would be delivered. Today I had the best experience at a shipping store which is almost an oxymoron! Liz at this Glades location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me properly pack an important baby item for a safe transit. I can now say that I am confident the package will get there safely and securely. Yesterday I was at a different FedEx location and had an awful experience Liz really turned my experience with FedEx around. This is an email I sent to fedex corportate and the person who denied my claim. I recently brought in a package to a fedex store in boca raton, fl (7775 Glades Rd, Ste 100, Boca Raton) Inside the box was a Asus Laptop worth $2500 (ASUS ROG Strix Hero III Gaming Laptop, 17.3" 144Hz IPS Type Full HD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, Intel Core i7-9750H, 16GB DDR4, 512GB PCIe SSD + 1TB FireCuda, Per-Key RGB KB, Windows 10, G731GW-DB76 which was being sent to Asus for a repair of a bad screen pixel. Asus had supplied me with a pre-paid shipping label which was on my phone in my email. I walked up to the counter where the gentleman scanned the barcode from my phone and printed a shipping label. He then handed me a receipt and I left. Some 2 weeks later I received a call from Asus support saying they can not repair computers not made by Asus, I asked what he was talking about and he said the box they received had a Lenovo Tablet and not the Laptop I sent. They are setup to have Cameras for when shipments come in and watch as workers open the packages. So I, and them both submitted a lost/stolen complaint to fedex. I received a letter back from fedex saying my claim and Asus's was denied. I then contacted the fedex store directly and the manager there said he would look at the cameras and see what happened. He called me back in ten or so minutes and told me the day I came in and proceeded to describe the events thereafter. He said the worker had to tape my box (which is a lie it was done prior to me bringing it in) and then he printed a label and handed me a receipt and I left. He also claimed that his "4K Cameras" were able to see "inside the box" and saw it was not my laptop but a lenovo tablet. This is the most outrageous thing I have ever heard or been through and I refuse to lose my laptop to a thief working at one of your storefronts. The reason for my email is to allow you to investigate the claims made by this manager and get to the bottom of this event. I will be filing suit for damages as it is my work computer and due to the covid 19 pandemic I am forced to work from home for the company I work for as an IT specialist. I fully appreciate any and all help in this matter. And still haven't heard back yet, I will keep you guys updated as I get info. You're best bet is to avoid this fedex store as much as you can as they have a thief among them. You've been warned! read more

Service at this location is horrible. Avoid it at all costs. The people that work there are not friendly at all and have no customer service skills. They are not willing to help and make no pretense of ever wanting to. Even with three associates working, you can't get help. read more

Not a lot of computers, close early on weekends. Cashiers are hit or miss. Not standing at register majority of the time.

Great location! Every time I come in, there are at least 3 associates and they are very attentive even with 6 people waiting. Store is clean and stocked with supplies. Someone from the store was to get back to me within a half hour; 20 hours later, still waiting. Always a long wait too since they only seem to have a couple of people that work there. read more
