The person working said he couldn't help me, I had to come back another time or print other sized documents in the print center. As an in store customer I should be helped!!! I went to UPS ship and print on PCH in Manhattan beach and the lady working there helped me print multiple copies, adjusted my sizing etc. so much better. read more

I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful as they very often are but these two were very polite and helpful to me as now they have several options when you go to use the computers of which I'm not familiar. i will never use fedex again. my husband lost his wallet at the airport so i went into the office on a friday before noon, paid $76 for priority overnight delivery from ca-co that was guaranteed to be there by saturday noon. not only did it not get there. my husband missed his return flight had to rent a car to drive 16 hours back home. i called three times to redirect my package. again i was "guaranteed" a specific service. so what happens? monday morning i get a notification that my package was finally delivered to..you guessed it the hotel. so another false guarantee, another lie. i call "customer service" they want me to create a new label and pay for it to be sent back to me, and call the hotel to call fedex to pick up said package. then after all that i cannot get my money back on the return label....even though i basically did thier job and fixed thier mistakes. adding insult to injury...then get told that a supervisor doesnt know how to work the online site to get my money back for a service not rendered on filing a claim. ohhh and i have to still wait three days before i can file this claim thats going to take three weeks to get my money that i paid for "priority overnight" (3 day later service) for. they have no customer service skills. no accountably, and they make you do their job and fix thier mistakes. never again will i ever use this "shipping company" horrible company with no remorse. read more

Very pleasant experience at this FedEx location. JP was very friendly, accommodating and quickly understanding my needs. When I visited this location at 9 on Sat of the long weekend, he opened the door even a few minutes early for us and was engaging conversation with his beaming positive vibes around. I forgot to put the filler in a box to keep the item stay, and he quickly realized that and suggested the cheapest solution. David is terrible! If you're paying for a print out, he will tell you to go to the other room to pick it up from another staff member. If no one is there, go back to the main counter. Don't trust David is he tells you to wait in the print room! When I was ready to pick up my printout, David told me to go to the printing room. I did that and no one was there and I went back to the main room to tell David. David told me to go back there and that staff will be back there. Good thing I didn't wait back in the other room that David told me to. What I saw in the main room was another staff member helping two other customers who came after me. Turns out, that was the staff I was told to wait for, in the main room. This staff wasn't going to the printing room! When this staff member was done with the other customers, David then told him to retrieve my print out. This 10 min wait was avoidable. After all this, there was no apology! Make sure you let other staff know you're waiting because David mistreats people. read more

After they printed they told me about the same say charge of $35 but never gave me the option to pick up later to avoid this charge. Very rude staff, both the man and the woman who were working between 5 and 6 pm on Sunday, April 16, 2023. (I waited a while to post this, to see if I felt differently.) The woman clearly resented my asking for help with the computer, told me to do it myself, and then made a nasty remark about my not knowing how to do it. The man (JD, I think he said) actually hung up on me when I called earlier in the day to ask about the service I needed, passport photos. He gave me a curt answer and cut the line. Extraordinary behavior by an employee in a retail business. After that, if I have not been so pressed for time, would not have thought of going there. I hoped for the best, but he was as brusque and churlish in person. He seemed not to want anyone coming in. As he took the photo, he complained to me about people wanting passport photos. The entire visit was such an unpleasant experience. Even in the moments when they thought they were being helpful or professional, both employees exhibited terribly social skills. This is a review regarding packaging and shipping service: My wait time was under 10 minutes on a Wednesday at 1:45pm and the packages made it to their destination. It was my first time using FedEx for any service other than printing and I had no idea what I was doing. I needed a box large enough to fit a large canvas and two smaller flat items. Brian was extremely helpful and patient with me. He found a box large enough for all three of my items. The only issue with finding a box larger enough for all three items is the box was categorized as an 'oversized' box and cost over $200 to ship to Texas (from California). Shell overheard the price and came to my rescue. Shell recommended that Brian split the items into two different smaller boxes and that brought the charge down to under $100 for both packages. I appreciate them both for their kindness, patience and assistance. Highly recommend. Today at 12:20 pm i came in to use the self service printer. The first issue was when my fed ex money card wouldn't work or read the chip. I tried for a few minutes while waiting for my email with the code. I look up and see another customer getting the attention of a middle aged man employee and saying he was having the same issue. I told the employee i was as well and then asked if i sent the documents to the right email and he gave me a very snarky remark about helping one person at a time. A simple yes would have worked since it was less words than the snarky remark he made in the first place. He clearly hates his job and wasn't happy being there and getting asked questions. The young woman who answered the phone not only answered my questions, but gave me excellent directions how to get to the store. (I am new to the area) When I arrived, I asked for the paper using the wrong weight and the gentleman behind the counter rung me up. Then SeeChell appeared and asked me if I was the one who had called. Not only could she tell it was the wrong weight of the paper from the sound of it, but she helped me get the right weight and exactly what I needed to get the project done. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I've been around printing my entire career, and by far she is one of the best, most knowledgeable people I've ever come across. I've usually had good luck with all my printing/fax/copy/special order needs. The self service area has improved. The employees are helpful and attentive. Don't expect them to be always perky and happy, but they'll get your job done efficiently. Sometimes you need to wait if they're understaffed. Thank you for the help to the man with the goatee! I did not catch the nametag. It all happened so fast, and I didn't realize what repackaging meant until my box was 3/4 empty. I had originally hoped he would do a quick inspection and I could take it back home to fix if there were any problems. He listened to my concerns about the cost and made it work!
