Do not come here, horrible customer service and no employee wants to be there. Steve worked with us to do TSA pre check and was very impatient and let us know he was supposed to be on his lunch -"and made it feel like and inconvenience. Then when checking out Bob was so rude and had no desire to help any of the customers. I waited in line for 10 mins to the point other customers were asking if there were more workers to help as we all were waiting for help. This review addresses both Staples corporate and this location. What a disaster. I ordered my laptop from them since it was so cheap, but in hindsight I would have much rather paid $50-$100 extra to avoid this mess that they call customer service. Long story short, the laptop took an additional ten days to be shipped because they lost my order. Yep, that's right, LOST it. And after a week and a half of checking back with this location to see if it had arrived yet, when I finally go to the store I get attitude from the clerk who has to fetch it for me from the backroom. They have a great selection of office supplies, they don't seem to have much knowledge of the electronics that they sell but I wouldn't expect it since it's not their primary business. The lines are usually short and the service has always been good. Their prices are competitive and this is a convenient location. read more

This morning is what caused me to write this review, but I've been in this store before and generally they seem to be staffed well enough, but nobody ever says hello, asks if they can help or acknowledges my presence. I've gone in with my wife too, same treatment. You have to flag someone down even if they're passing right by you, and most of the time they aren't helpful. I've stopped going here for purchases, but this morning I used the UPS drop off service for the second time in a year. Last time it took forever to get someone to come to the UPS desk, and today, a young man with the worst communication and customer skills sauntered over after I entered the store and waited by the desk. It didn't take long, but he looked totally bored and put out. I said, "Hello, How's it going today?" Not sure what he said, it was a mumble, something or other, never looked at me. I told him I was just dropping off a pre-addressed package. He tossed it on a pile of boxes (it was a medical sample I was sending to a lab). When I had received the original package, it had a tear off label addressed to me, under which the return label was located. I had removed the label with my address, put what I needed to in the box, and took it to the closest pick up place, Staples. Mr. Excitement asked me "Do you want a receipt?" and I replied yes, please, so I'll have the tracking number. He said "You got a tracking number when you made the label." I told him the box was pre-addressed and I hadn't written the number down anywhere. A printed receipt is a nice neat way to make sure I have a legibly written tracking number. He just printed it and tossed it on the counter, and sauntered away, no "Thank you," no "Have a nice day." Nothing. I didn't get his name, but if anyone from that location sees this, he was a tall lanky kid with dark hair and a totally disinterested attitude. The service there was never good, but this was just the worst. I'm surprised a great company like UPS uses Staples. If I need to do this again, I'll go out of my way to go right to a UPS location, not a drop off place. I use UPS at work on occasion, not a regular stop, otherwise I would have taken the box with me there, and I like their employees who in my experience have been dependable and courteous. They are a sharp contrast to this awful customer service I received at Staples. I won't set foot in that store again. read more

Went there because they are suppose to have scanning services, only to find they do not have the capability at all. Or at least not until later in the year. Waste of my time. You are better off going down the road to the FedEx office. read more

Theila that works in the copy center is always rude, and not helpful. As soon as I walked in I knew I made a mistake by coming here. The manager Lloyd was about on the same level, he didn't even want to get out of his chair to come assist. Never again will I come here. Following the website instructions, I drove 20 minutes to the store to return a defective tablet I had purchased online. After waiting around for someone to help me, I was finally "assisted" and after about a half hour in the store was told to call the 800 number. I could have done that in the first place. Horrible experience. They would not accept a sealed laptop back, 20 days old with receipt. The store manager was an arrogant sub-human. I would suggest not shopping here. I wont ever again. read more
