I went here today to return some Amazon items. Super simple and painless. The guy who processed my return was thorough telling me to look out for a message from Amazon and letting me know I could take a picture of the labels of my returns so I had proof or a receipt. I didn't feel the need to do so, but I thought it was above and beyond of him to offer. The staff seem friendly, the space is cool with a/c. They have a variety of boxes for shipping and other items for your shipping and printing needs. read more

Probably because their owner's care about customer service more than their bottom line. It's like this all the time. This place is an embarrassment that wastes your time and money. They were told to hold the package days prior due to a shipping error. They said it won't be sent out, they sent it out. Then they were asked to hold it locally for one day which they couldn't do and sent it back to a processing plant where it'll be returned across the country. How utterly incompetent and annoying. If you want to mail prepaid packages it's pointless to come here. you will not save any time or money. They now charge a dollar additional per package just to drop it off for the mailman to pick up. The UPS site allows you to send items to be printed at this location. However, be aware once you arrive to the location. They will let you know that they don't actually have access to the website where you uploaded and paid for your prints. I would recommend not sending anything you need printed to this location. Maybe try the location on Euclid instead or the fedex across the street. The associate asked me to email the items needed to be printed which was a nice gesture however she had to spend time scaling them to size which was already done when they were uploaded to the website. A very long line formed behind me while she was attempting to size them to scale so that they fit the paper size only to let me know that she was unable to size them and that I needed to come back tomorrow for a refund. I'd stay clear of this location. The other reviews also speak for themselves. read more

Worse customer service. I was coming in with a couple of packages, I nearly dropped one because it was so heavy ( I'm pretty small and the package was huge) and the clerk just stared me. I didn't expect him to run over but at least fake some concern. Also, didn't offer much help regarding how to handle returns from Amazon. All he told me was that the outer box of one of the packages looks messed up and so I might not get a refund for it. I stopped in this location today to take a new passport photo and the two individuals working behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. They got right to business to take my photo and gave me two copies of it (as opposed to another location who only gave me one). It is $15 plus tax for a passport photo and they know all of the guidelines. They offer a ton of other services for all your shipping needs. This location is in the Smart & Final, Chipotle, Planet Fitness, etc. shopping center in the northeast corner. read more

The guy working there on a Saturday is a lazy bum. He took ages to do anything and a line of 5-6 people formed. He looked at the line and shook his head in disgust while mumbling "all these people just decide to come in at the same time." He has a horrible tone, no customer service skills, and clearly didn't want to be working there. No other UPS store locations has as poor ratings as this one and I'm sure this horrible employee singlehandedly contributed to getting a majority of the negative reviews. He told a customer they should've gone to a UPS store closer to their home. He tossed a customer's package aside and yelled at another customer. Having the worst experience dealing with this company. I paid $20.93 for two day shipping. They end up loosing my package and somehow it's my fault for trusting the service they provide. I have yet to hear back from them. It's very unprofessional that they take your money for a service they provide and when they loose your package it's taken lightly by them like oh well we don't guarantee anything. I get it we are In rough times and things going on in the world but don't take someone's money for a service you provide if you can't meet the customers needs. If you are fortunately living around LA, this is the place you get help of shipping service. I never thought I would review a UPS store, but their service is really the best I have ever experienced. The two ladies did a wonderful work and saves me $100 of shipping fee! I have a big item over 70lb to ship. USPS won't take it because of weight limit. The first UPS I visited asking for $70 to pack it. I paid. And with that package, all UPS and FedEx charges for at least $230 shipping fee. United Airline charges for $400 Thank god I found this UPS store. On 1/17/17, there were two ladies working on site. They volunteered to look into how to save me money! They discovered how ridiculous large the package was compared to the original item, and took half hour to rebuild package smaller. With the efforts they put in, my shipping fee is down to $130! And they charged me nothing for their repackaging. Really Appreciate it! read more

Eric is AWESOME!! we've been here twice in the last week, First time was to pick up boxes for Thomas Jefferson to ship his sctuff back down to Mexico and Eric was very helpful then and then today to get measurements and weight estimate for shipping DHL. Eric was very helpful after 2 strapping gentleman spoke outside the doors while I struggled with 2 DAYUM boxes... Eric heaved them onto the counter and took them back out to my car as well. I saw the manager act very rudely to a customer, because she had a face shield and not a face mask on. I used to manage a business and the way I saw the manager look at the customer in disgust made me feel disgusted myself with how the manager treated the customer. Also, the manager was working with a puppy in her clothes, literally hanging inside her clothes and I happen to be very allergic to dogs. I don't understand how she can be so hypocritical. The lady had a 1/2 face shield on And not a mask, but you are walking around working with a puppy inside your clothes. So rude. We have had a mailbox at this UPS/Mailbox Etc. location for 25 years plus. Since the new ownership in 2018/19 the service has went down substantially! This has been ongoing and continues to decline. This is our business mailing address and we have relied on the service provided. Since the new ownership the business has replaced all of the original staff with new employees. The new staff are overworked and understaffed. They are not really customer service orientated. To access packages sent to the address, mailbox customers can no longer go to the counter if other customers are in line for mailings, etc. Therefore, it is often days before I can get my packages as I am not able to wait for lengthy times to get my packages. Mail to the actual mailboxes to be deposited often and daily are not deposited in a timely manner. I am unable to get my mail because mail is not deposited regularly by mid to late afternoon. I have stated my dissatisfaction of these problems to employees on multiple occasions. I am reluctant to change my patronage to another business as I have had this address for business purposes only for more than 2 decades. I sincerely hope the owners will take steps to move back to a customer service based business. If you pay a monthly fee to recieve your mail at the location you should be able to get your mailings daily without waiting in a line. read more

Ive had a mailbox at this UPS store for 16 years and they were outstanding up until about a year or year and a half ago. I used to go in to get my packages and it would take 5 minutes or less. I was in there the other day and it took 25 minutes as they only have 1 person working at a time. Long lines are now the new normal here! There might only be 5 or 6 people ahead of you but one of them has a big order and we all just have to wait because of the lack of employees. I think there was a change of ownership over a year ago and thats when this place went to hell. They hiked prices. It's not that the new employees are bad, It's just that there are NEVER enough people working, usually only one. read more
