    Super convenient...better than the other location in my opinion. Never had issues with my packages dropped off here.

When I asked for a key to my own PO Box the owner told me "most clients don't need a key, they just ask me for their mail." That alone should have been a red flag. Package drop offs sometimes take several days to show as scanned by the carrier -- not ideal if you're time sensitive. The worst experience was a missing package. Staff told me it was delivered on a Sunday when they're closed. I checked -- it was actually delivered on a Wednesday morning when they were open. After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. Their prices are low for the POBox but not worth the headache. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

    If I could give negative stars I would…read more I contacted this U-Haul location today because our refrigerator broke unexpectedly and I needed quick, basic guidance on which vehicle in their fleet would be suitable to move it. The employee who answered the phone demonstrated zero knowledge of the services or vehicles this business provides. Even more concerning, he abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. When I attempted to call back to clarify or resolve the issue, my calls were repeatedly answered and immediately disconnected. This was not a dropped call--it was intentional. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a business that people rely on during stressful, time-sensitive situations like unexpected appliance failures or moves. If you work for a company, you should at minimum understand what it offers and how to treat customers with basic respect. Hanging up on customers is not a mistake--it's a choice. Management should be aware that this location reflects poorly on the U-Haul brand. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is astounding. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to think twice before relying on this location for anything time-sensitive or important.

Not at Staples in Concord, tho: Michelle, manager Dayna, and staff make this Staples an oasis of easy in a hard world. I needed flyers for a tenant organization finished - I did what I could on my own, but needed an expert to get my project over the finish line. Michelle was super patient and kind when I told her I was paying for everything myself and generously created an order I could afford. The flyers look awesome, and I left Staples with a huge smile and the knowledge that there are a whole lot of good people still in the world, humans who share their power rather than steal yours. Despite our appts at 2:10, 2:20 and 2:30 pm, we did not get seen until 3:25 and done by 4 pm. We arrived at 2 pm. Signed in and 1 person ahead of us and 1 person already getting signed up. While we waited, another party arrived. The person in front of us was assisted and then at 230, we were told that he (it's one person) would be breaking for lunch for 45 min. Say what now????? The signs in the store and website say lunch/closed- 1-130 pm! Smh We left and came back by 3:10 pm. To our frustration, we were not even the next one assisted. It was the people arrived after us. Hooowww? This made no sense. Needless to say, we were not happy. Anyhow, we were finally helped and though the representative was friendly and did a good job, we will not be utilizing this service here again. My future preference would be to arrive earlier at the airport and do it there. Unless you have time to waste, feel free to do it here. In my opinion, this was not a pleasant wait especially when you have an appt. 1 star for plenty of parking 1 star friendly service by actual staples employees who greeted us when we arrived and left.
