An easy walk from my parents house. It only took us 15 minutes to get to the store. It saved us from parking. They have a private lot, but it gets kind of busy at times. They have a parking structure above Safeway so there is always a spot somewhere to park. When we arrived there was another customer in line before us. They were having a good conversation with the staff member. Soon as we got in line another staff member came to the front and checked us in. We came with an Amazon return. The staff member took our product, scanned it into the computer and gave us a receipt. I wish she would have bagged it up on the spot like they do in Sacramento and put the label on it. instead she put it on the counter with the label on it for later packaging. We were in and out in minutes. I'd come back again if I have another amazon return. read more

I had to get my LiveScans done and came to this UPS store. The first time I got them done, the person helping me had a terrible attitude and was not very helpful in the scan process. To no surprise, my scans got rejected. However, I came back today to get them redone and LACIE WAS AMAZING!!! Best customer service I've gotten at UPS and she was also very friendly and professional. I greatly appreciate her redoing my scans for me. If I ever have any scanning or shipping needs, I will definitely go back to Lacie if I need help! read more

I want to give the young man working here on Monday, August 7th a million stars. It's been a rough 6 weeks since my father-in-law choosing to end things out of state with nothing in place. We are exhausted as a family and my husband especially is at another level of burnt out. The kindness this gentleman showed my husband as he was signing paperwork for the bank to close my father-in-laws account is exponential. These forms are necessary to get to the money pay for his burial services here in CA. After insane treatment at DMV last week, my husband was wary of any interactions with anyone regarding anything at this point. Had my LiveScan done here, and they were quick, efficient and I had no issues getting this done. The absolute only thing that stops me from coming to this location more often is the absolutely awful parking that exists in this entire shopping center, but this time I actually got lucky and found a stop near the UPS entrance. So all in all a great experience! read more

Dropped off a return to Amazon and it was never seen again. No tracking record. Not received by Amazon. Never scanned by ups. Not found in the back. Just poof. Mia. No one knows anything. No answers, no response. No one cares. I'm only out $80 read more

I've been to this UPS location a number of times and frankly, it's never been a pleasant experience. The staff here is very condescending and they strongly lack basic customer service skills. Each time I've been here, I am met with sighs and an irritated expression, as if my presence is bothersome. Went today to drop a package off for return and I was not even met with a hello, just a smug "what do you want" facial expression. I was told my package was not "packaged correctly" and I could purchase their specific packaging which I've never had to do before. They refused to scan my return QR code, while once again, appearing annoyed by my presence the entire time I was there. I went to a different UPS location near my house and they took my package no issue and even told me that the packaging was fine and that the other store should have been able to accept it no problem. I won't be returning and the staff here could really use a lesson in customer service. read more

Excellent service but this store is very small and they didn't bother to put signage on the floor like other ups stores do to indicate where to stand so there were 10 dumb people crammed in line a couple of feet from each other absolutely ridiculous door doesn't prop open either so no fresh air -fail read more

We visited this store to have some documents notarized. Laccie was the person at the store who helped us out. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell that she really enjoys her job and enjoys helping customers. Made an appointment in advance to notarize a document. Had two emails confirming the appointment. Showed up at exactly 9:00am and was told the notary was there but was "clocked in" and I needed to come back in an hour. I specifically made the appointment and carved time out of my work day to get this done. Ridiculous service. Why bother having people make appointments if you're not honoring them? read more

I scheduled the fingerprint appt for job related docs a day ahead. I arrived the store the day after at 9am on time. The store associate said the authorized officer/party won't be here til 10am!!!! I sticked around. The authorized officer/party showed up at 10am. Then their system/device stopped working in the middle of the scanning/fingerprinting process. She asked me to come back at 1pm saying that Joe, whom I made the assumption is the store manager. may help me with that. So I sticked around. Joe arrived at 1pm. Joe tried and experienced the same technical issues blaming my employer/employing firm/the recruiting company and asked me to contact the counterpart. I was annoyed and told Joe I had the fingerprint at another UPS store/location weeks ago with no issues. Joe expressed helpless. Complaint: My time is valuable. I've wasted my whole morning/time and didn't accomplish what needed to be taken care of; Don't give me the time/date scheduled if you can't show up timely; The staffs, while they are nice, seem clueless dealing with my situation. I will file the official complaint to UPS headquarter and consumer affairs if said event/delay results financial loss due to my job nature, which is money management. read more

Amazon has free returns at UPS with out the need for the label or box. This store scanned the QR code and said I needed additional packaging either a box or a bag. They did this to me for one other small return before so I just paid the $5. This return was a lot larger. I ended up just taking the Amazon return item to the other local UPS store on Bancroft and Treat and they took the package as-is with no issues. Not very honest if you ask me! read more

Yet another grumpy, rude owner who doesn't like it when you bring Amazon returns. Doesn't say hello or anything friendly. The door is not automatic and hard to open while carrying boxes or packages. Tiny space and very Covid unfriendly as no fresh air or space between customers. read more

Wow! I've never had a good experience in a UPS store. The owners and employees are usually sour types that would clearly rather be elsewhere. But not at this UPS Store! Joe provides upbeat, capable, and personal service. His store is a bit out of our way but he has won my business. I highly recommend you try this store! read more

Under new management and moved to a new location in the Safeway shopping center. I dropped off two letters for the post office that never arrived. When dropping off the owner assured me the mailman would be coming that day even though they were painting and clearly not set up to do business after the move. I suspect my letters were never handed to the mailman. When dropping off he said the mailman would come in the afternoon and on the phone a week later he said mailman comes at 9:30.??? I also watched while leaving he placed my letters and package on the sidewalk!!!Don't have much confidence in this place unfortunately even though I was really looking forward to this place having a new owner after the rude previous owner. read more

This new location has excellent customer service. I've used them numerous times for business printing; I.e. meeting collaterals, post cards, leave behinds. Quality is wonderful and quick turn around. I've been really happy and as a remote sales person; am glad to have these high quality services near by. Oh! And they are so much cheaper then FedEx and quicker turnaround. read more
