    Thank you, Abe and Gemma!…read more I've been a customer of PostalAnnx through PostScanMail for over a year, and every time I come into this place, I'm always greeted with a warm and welcoming hello! The employees here are so friendly and upbeat and always willing to help out! I remember one time I came in, and one of my envelopes that contained some VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATION came up missing from my pick up request. Abe must have spent about 20 minutes looking up and down and around for my envelope. He ended up finding it in the similarly numbered box then mine, whomever put it away must have just jumbled the numbers around but I was SO RELIEVED that not only did he find it but he was so empathic even after. I'm a happy and satisfied customer after being in business with them for over a year, and I don't plan on stopping any time soon! 5/5, highly recommended!

I entered with a teenager ahead of me and wasn't greeted. The employee might have thought I was with the teen, not sure. He opened the door to the back and didn't return for about five minutes. He looked in and then came back inside. A few more minutes went by before he and another person, who I now assume was a father and son, came out from the back talking about gas specifically about overfilling and not to worry about reimbursement. After they left, the store clerk finally noticed me, even though I had been standing in the same area the entire time. His look was a mix of annoyance and surprise. I asked if there was a notary; he simply shook his head no and continued to look down at his computer.

    Yesterday I encountered the WORST customer service experience at A1 Mail in Mission Viejo. On…read moreWednesday I need to ship a very important item to my son who has moved out of state. I went to A1 mail to see what the best/quickest options were to get it to him by the weekend. A nice woman helped me and showed me all the options and we agreed on a FedEx option that would arrive on Friday. Late yesterday (Friday) I pulled up the tracking information expecting to see item delivered or out for delivery but the tracking showed the item had not moved from Mission Viejo and was showing "shipment information sent to Fedex" and "we''ll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package". I immediately called A1 mail to see what happened. I explained what happened and the young man who answered the phone abruptly said "yes, it shipped" without even asking for any information from me. I asked him how he knew since he hadn't asked for a tracking number, my name or any details. He then told me that "Fedex picks everything up every day" and that it was gone. I asked him to at least take my tracking info and look up the item which he did (hesitantly). After seeing what I was seeing that the package had not moved, he explained that Fedex takes "2-3 days" to update their website. I explained to him that I was "stressed out" because this was a bank card and my son needed it for his rent this weekend. He asked if the card had been activated and when I said it had not in a very snarky/sarcastic tone he said "if it hasn't been activitated then why are you stressed out". Not liking his attitude, I asked to speak with the woman who helped me or a manager. He said describe the woman who helped you. I gave him some specifics and he said we have two women who work here that look like that. I could hear another worker in the background and I again asked to speak with her or a manager and he told me he was a manager and had been there longer than anyone. Since I could see he wasn't going to help me any further I decided to drive over to see if I could speak to someone who wanted to help me figure out what happened. When I got to the store I asked the man if I could speak to the woman (her name waqs Diana) who had helped me ship the item. She came out and we pulled up the tracking info which CLEARLY showed the item had not shipped. They both tried to convince me that Fedex had not updated their system. I have experience with Fedex and I could CLEARLY see that the item had never moved from A1 Mail. They were of absolutelty no help at all, so I went out to my car and did a customer service chat with Fedex customer support. They told me unequivacably that Fedex never received my item. I went back into A1 and showed them the reponse from Fedex. They still argued with me that the item had shipped and that Fedex just had not updated their system. They said their Fedex driver would be there in a half hour and they would discuss with him and call me back. I went home and called this time called Fedex and spoke with a representative and they too told me the item was never received and there was no way their system just wasn't showing an update. I received a call back from Diana shortly before they were closing for the evening and she said their "regular" Fedex driver did not come. Diana said I could call his supervisor on Monday and see if I could get an answer as to what happened. I told her I had just gotten off the phone with Fedex and they confirmed the item had never been picked up. Her response was "and you beleive them over us". I told her this whole situation was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund for my shipping fees ($22). She said she couldn't do that and I will have to come back in on Monday when the owner is there. This was a total inconvenience for my son who doesn't have his bank card. The two people who work at A1 seemed to be blaming me for everything and not wanting 1) do their job, 2) assist with a problem for the service I paid for and 3) were completely rude and unapologetic about the fact that they lost my item. I have used A1 mail for over a decade but after this experience I will never use them again and will definitely be sharing what happened to me with anyone who asks for a recommendation for a local mailing establishment.

There were NO OTHER trucks available in Orange County. He assured me on the phone that he would help me find a resolution. He DID! After deliberately strategizing with me, in wisdom and empathy, he suggested I drop off all my boxes and he would freight them for me. This he said, would give me enough room for my other belongings. IT DID!!! A GENIUS solution that I would have never thought of. I was able to unload two pallets of boxes and reload the rest of my belongings before leaving town. His Cast Global Shipping business is one of dedication to his customers. He went above expectations by securing my boxes for me with additional stuffing and foam before shrink wrapping them onto their pallets for transportation. Everything arrived within a week, and NOTHING was damaged! Paul was a Guardian Angel for me that day and for my belongings. He was a calm voice within my stormy day. I will be ever grateful for his ability to see past my distraught demeanor and with patience exceed any "customer service" experience I've ever known! Trust this business with anything and everything that you hold dear! Paul Aliman will treat you (your college student, your mom, your Oma or Opa) and your belongings with the same value.     I called this FedEx location today to inquire about assistance with a large project, and my…read moreinteraction with Chris was incredibly disappointing. Before I could fully explain the details, he repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and made incorrect assumptions about what I was asking for. Instead of listening and trying to understand the project, he became extremely flustered and raised his voice during the call. The entire conversation felt rushed, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Customer service starts with listening, and unfortunately that never happened here. By the end of the call, it was very clear my business was not valued, so I politely ended the conversation, wished him a great day, and assured him I would not be doing business with this location moving forward! As soon as we hung up, I received a call from the regional manager. I made him fully aware of my interaction with Chris, including the interruptions, raised voice, and overall unprofessional conduct. What was most surprising was that he never once addressed or acknowledged Chris's behavior during the conversation. That alone told me everything I needed to know about the level of accountability and customer service in the South Orange County market. Based on both my experience and the volume of negative Yelp reviews across multiple South OC FedEx locations, it's becoming very clear that customer service is not a priority.
