On 02/17 I had medication sent to me overnight priority on ice. The delivery status changed from 2/18 to 2/19 after it had already arrived at the Issaquah location the morning of the 18th. The status also said that I could not pick it up. I called and waited for over an hour just that be told that the delivery status changed because the driver had to many packages and "forgot" mine. After explaining that I needed the delivery today and that medication could not set at room temperature, they continued to tell me there was nothing they could do. Once I was finally able to get ahold of a higher level supervisor, the solution was "I guess you can pick it up." The whole ordeal was very unprofessional and the lack of disregard for their mistake left me very concerned. Not to mention The fee paid was about $100 for overnight priority not 2 day delivery. The driver got out of the truck without my package and put a could not deliver sticker on my door. He didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Then a second driver returned 3 hours later but delivered my neighbors package to my house. read more

This place is a trip, like something out of the Twilight Zone. The place is poorly stocked, one of the clerks moves at the pace of a lost turtle, and the only service that is available is contempt. I walked in and there was one person in front of me and one at the counter. After 15 minutes the person at the counter who was mailing something simple was done, I ask for a box which should be stocked, but they are not keeping their cases stocked, and was told to wait. While I wait another 10 minutes for the clerk to check out the person in front of me seven more people stack up behind me. I get to the counter 25 minutes after walking in only to have the turtle clerk tell me I needed to go to the back of the line and package the contents by flopping two self-sticking tabs down. Then I get the contemptuous clerk who check me out at a brisk pace. This place is really weird. read more

A few months ago I ordered some wine online. I was at home, ready to sign for it, when I received a notice from FedEx stating the package had been delivered. I went to the door but it wasn't there. The driver had left it in some concierge lockers, which are accessible to my underage son. I immediately called FedEx to file a complaint. The customer support representative said they had a signature on file for the delivery. I asked for proof but they said they couldn't give me that. So I called the wine store and explained what had happened. When they pursued it with FedEx they said there was no signature on file for the delivery. So, last week I decided to order again. I planned yo be at home for the delivery but work asked me to come in for an hour so I was out for a total of 1.5 hours. Of course, that's when I get the notification that the package was delivered and signed for. So, my first stop was the lockers. Not there. I head home and there is the box. Outside my door. We drove from Redmond after a long day at work through traffic just to find out pur package was not there. The FedEx rep helping me was extremely rude and unprofessional, his name was Alex. My fiance came inside after several minutes of my time waisted and called them idiots for having a communication problem, Alex then told us to leave and so my fiance called him a name then the FedEx employee straight out called my fiance a B*tch and was trying to provoke my fiance to fight. I had a package that failed a delivery attempt of a computer I needed quickly for work. There was an option on the card they left at my house to pick it up at this delivery center, so I called the number to ensure it was there. Customer service over the phone was great, they said my package was at the delivery center, so off I went! The location was easy to find. I went in, handed them my ID and the package slip they left me. Customer service was great here as well and I left with my computer in no time. Great experience, no complaints here. It's contradictory when you leave an attempt to deliver notice that says something to the extent of unable to access building...when in fact it was posted inside the main door entrance of my building. I guess it was too difficult...or rather pure laziness to take the elevator up several floors to deliver a hand-held package at my front door. I don't think anybody would particularly enjoy driving dark winding, skinny back roads from Bellevue/Redmond to Issaquah at night, because people couldn't do their job in the first place. read more

What a horrible experience. Never again. I went an hour after they opened. I stood in the customer center for 10 minutes. Alone. I called out. I knocked on the employee door. Yep employees walked by outside, locked eyes with and kept on walking. I called FedEx but they were inept as usual. Finally a surly woman came out and I explained I had been standing there 10 minutes. Her retail see was she was busy. Fine. It's also 5 days to Christmas. Maybe have two people working the counter. After all, you forced me to come here. I wanted my package delivered to my FedEx store in redmond. But FedEx would not do that despite me offering to pay. I was asked for my ID. I have them a US passport card. They wanted something with an address on it. I told that I did not have one, I am new to the state. I also points our that the FedEx website and die tag state I have to present a government issued photo ID. Nothing says it has to have an address. I finally had to wait for the manager to give me the package. He told me to "bring a bill or something with an address" next time. Seriously? There really should be a zero star rating. I've never had a worse experience than dealing with this FedEx location. I had a one of kind item shipped via FedEx's 2 Day Express service and even upgraded to Direct Signature delivery confirmation. Fast forward 2 days to that moment of excitement when I received notification of confirmation of delivery. That excitement turned to stomach turning anxiety as I realized I was at home and had not just signed for a delivery. Don't panic, I thought. There must be some mistake. I ran to the front office of my apartment thinking an error was made. But wait, it was Monday! The office is closed on Monday. I called customer service and their only advice was to check my front office. After confirming for them that I had direct signature required and that my front office was closed, FedEx still had nothing to say - this must have gone too far off of their call scripts. So where is my package FedEx and how could you leave that box in anyone's hands but my own? This location lost a one of kind item that I paid a premium price for to ensure its safe arrival. You had one job FedEx and you should take accountability. I guess this level of service is considered "good enough" for you. read more

They HATE the new apartment complexes, just moved into one and they do not knock on our doors. I was in the living room all day on my 2 days off heard nothing on the third day got a final notice on my door. When I called they were not helpful, no customer service without $$$. They checked both the boxes on the final notice stating they would deliver again. They spammed my phone with their 1800 number and when I requested it be delivered they said they couldn't do that. Sent my fiance to pick it up on my 12hr shift, wouldn't give it to him with me on the phone with the manager facetiming the pickup. They are holding my package hostage because the shipper has a contract with fedex, hopefully they will change soon if their customers don't get their packages delivered. read more

I received a package and although I didn't recognize the sender, I decided to open the box to check out its' contents. The contents of the package was odd - something we definitely did not purchase. No packaging slip either. It was most likely a scam. I called up Fedex customer service who was nice and cordial to let me know that I can just return by drop it off at any FEDEX location for no charge at all. I did what I was told to do. Went to FEDEX Issaquah to return the package. The person on-duty at the front desk was April. I explained the conversation I had with the FEDEX customer service. Did she listen well? Nope. She was very mean, rude, loud - demanding that I had to pay the shipping cost (just because I opened the box). Even if I told her that this may be a possible scam, she even suggested that I call the sender - Why would I call the sender if this is a possible scam? Ridiculous! To the management of FEDEX Issaquah: Please do something about your front-end customer service - esp. April. My visit to your office was not pleasant. The unnecessary rudeness I got from her was uncalled for. If she is truly a "customer representative", she needs to serve with patience and graciousness. Even if she has her own personal issues/struggles, she still has to be mindful not to vent it to innocent customers. read more

This FedEx World Service Center is one of the better FedEx locations in the area. Mainly because the staff are very helpful and it is the main distribution center for the eastside area (meaning that if your package is delayed or you miss it's delivery you go here to pick it up). I drop off several packages here a week and appreciate their later than average operating hours and, again, their friendly service. Please don't confuse this good review with FedEx in general because I think FedEx has really gone downhill over the last few years and their service (call center) is horrible. Not to mention that packages are often delayed due to "external conditions" when there are none. It really irritates me that they "guarantee" delivery when they might as well guarantee that "they will deliver the package whenever they feel like it" because their packages get delayed ALL THE TIME! read more

I received 8 boxes internationally in one day and it has been sitting in the FedEx Issaquah location for a week. They seemed to attempt delivery on 2/7 and no one was home and they were supposed to bring it the next day. I called numerous times and once they gave me the excuse of bad weather which I understand but roads have been clear for the last 3 days and I have seen tons of FedEx and UPS trucks all over the place. I have wasted hours calling without getting any update and there is nothing on the App either. Because there are no updates, we have been making sure there is always one person staying home for no reason. Today is the 14th and I still have no idea where my boxes are and when they will be delivered. Please avoid this location and FedEx overall if you can. read more

Fedex needs to come up with a streamlined way to verify identity. Currently if you go in to pick up your package and your shipping address does not match up with what is on your ID but your billing address does they will tell you you cannot have your property. If your billing address and name both match they should be able to verify this ... because I am the person who purchased this item. Get your house in order Fedex and come up with a solution to this issue as not everyone is going to have the address of the place they are shipping something to on their drivers license. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. The drivers and customer service! They attempted to deliver a package on Wednesday and no one was at my office so they left a door tag that I seen Thursday morning saying that they would attempt to deliver it again the next business day (which would have been Thursday). I removed the tag since I was in the office all day. They didn't come. It's Friday now and we are open, we have a bunch of people here and they "attempted" to deliver it but didn't open the front door, didn't come in and we notice another door tag saying that they it was their final attempt and that we would have to pick it up! I called the 800 number and the lady was basically arguing with me saying that there's nothing they can do that I'd have to go and pick it up when they DIDN'T EVEN OPEN THE DOOR TO DELIVER IT! AND, they said that they attempted to deliver it on Thursday and left a door tag, but um HELLO! I was there ALL DAY and no one came and there was no door tag and customer service was trying to say that maybe someone took the door tag off?! Really? Why would they? Stupid! This is Bull crap! I came here midday on a Saturday wanting to send a packet of papers to a location in Washington as soon as possible. Sounds easy, right? Two different staff helped me. The first one had me fill out the wrong form and gave me the wrong envelope. In addition, when I asked for help deciding which form/envelope he seemed annoyed that I couldn't figure it out on my own. Continued to stumble over his words, and generally seemed to lack knowledge in this area. The second person who helped me was friendly and helpful, but again didn't even seem sure of herself. It took her almost a minute to just think in her head what time I could check my package. This whole experience took me almost a half hour. I went to fed ex hoping to skip the long lines at USPS even if it cost me a bit more. Next time I will just go to USPS since at least they know what they are talking about. read more

I work for a medical office around this location and wanted to call out Tonette who went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me rectify a problem (caused by us, not by FedEx). I previously have had similar issues with major parcel carriers and honestly was resigned walking in that it was almost impossible to get the package back that had been sent out accidently. The office was pretty empty when I stopped in, Tonette heard the situation with a medical device we needed preferably ASAP, and rather than take the easy way out and tell me I just had to wait, Tonette went to the back and searched for my package and found it! I then changed the address to my work location and it took 2 days to confirm the new address then another day to ship. The staff, Lisa was her name I think, went the extra miles and located the package for me. I was literally just in time to pick it up! Fast service, needed to get some important papers out overnight and with there express late shipping till 7pm I was able to make it happen thanks to Fed Ex and this location. Where the price of picking up a package is dealing with their horrid customer service!! They are really the worst!

I sent out a package Friday, it was passed their pickup hours. I was told that it will be shipped out on Monday and arrive at the destination Friday. The employee was helpful and friendly. However, when I checked the tracking online, it says estimated delivery date is Tuesday, 4 days later than what I was promised. After 3 frustrating phone calls to FedEx, all I got was "Sorry! We can't do anything for you." The customer service of FedEx sucks, the employee at the Issaquah store either didn't know what she was talking about, or the company didn't train their employees well. I got inconsistent answers when I called FedEx phone line. FedEx lost a customer today. Think twice before you use FedEx. read more
