When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. An update: September 2026…read more It has now been over two months since my move in early July, and I am once again having issues with All Service Moving. This morning I received three back-to-back calls (9:16, 9:17, 9:19) from the company while I was in a meeting. The first call went to voicemail, but they continued calling. I have not been given any explanation for why they are suddenly contacting me months later. This is especially frustrating because after my move, the movers repeatedly contacted my personal phone pressuring me for a tip and a five-star review. I eventually had to block the number. The move itself also went poorly. The truck they brought could not access my loading area despite the information and photos I provided beforehand, resulting in additional trips and delays. A move estimated at 3-4.5 hours took around 6.5 hours and cost over $1,000. When I submitted a claim, Operations Manager Donald Stansbury essentially dismissed it with a very short, poorly written email stating they could not provide any reimbursement or refund. I had hoped the matter was over. Now, two months later, I am receiving repeated calls about the claim with no clear explanation. I would recommend keeping all communication with this company documented and in writing.

He insisted on a video walkthrough so he could give the most accurate estimate he could, explained everything and answered packing questions and more along the way. However, they all seemed sketchy. I used Easy Company Moving back in 2020 when I moved from Tacoma to Bellingham, so I decided to hire them again because I knew they'd do a great job and it would give me peace of mind. Kyle Carson, owner, was very response, gave me a quote, there were not "hidden" fees or gotcha pricing when they arrived. Sean and Miguel were the two team members that did the move and they were so kind, communicative and really went above and beyond, in my opinion. Everything went smoothly and I'm so pleased. One important note, because my storage unit was in Seattle, I was unable to be there in person. I arranged with Extra Space storage to give them access to clear it out and I had ZERO worries. Please avoid at all costs, they are AWFUL! Hired them for full-service moving…read more Where do I begin with the issues? 1. They did not listen to instructions. We asked them not to pack the kitchen or bathroom, but they packed them both anyway. This means both time we paid for, and the expense of tons of supplies AND more work post move (since we now had to rewash everything). 2. They were wasteful so they could upcharge for supplies. Found a number of empty boxes. They used a wardrobe box to move a bunch of bubble wrap - nothing else inside. They emptied the contents a plastic bin filled with clothes into another box and then wrapped the empty bin in plastic - it truly made no sense. Found 5 barely used rolls of tape in one room after they left as an example...clearly just trying to charge for supplies. 3. Some flat out dangerous packing - they packed a bleach cleaning spray (didn't even move the nozzle to "off" in a box with cosmetics...could have ruined the items or gotten bleach on items that go on my face. (And again, I asked them not to touch my bathroom in the first place). 3. When signing the paperwork, they skipped over the part that asked for reimbursement coverage. I caught this and asked them to go back and give me pricing so I could decide what made the most sense. They asked me to sign and would follow up with pricing and then no one followed up. 4. I still haven't located a suitcase from the move (guessing it got left in the truck) and also had broken items (including a chip in my $10k dresser). They didn't reassemble a bed properly and then hid the pieces under the bed which means there's a risk of the bed breaking now and shows they were just cutting corners. 5. And after all of this, they have been non-responsive to my attempts to file a claim. Next steps are to take this to the BBB, try and do a chargeback from my credit card company, and post on social media so hopefully no one else falls for these scammers.

I never spoke to them and yet they keep sending me things trying to get my business. I will never work with any business that lies at the outset. Update: I called the number from the text and they confirmed they were Adam's moving. I confirmed the address in Seattle that was registered with the Department of revenue in Washington state. Checking with the Department of revenue in Washington state there is only one Adams moving registered with the state. I am attaching a screenshot of the text. There are far too many scams out there that try to start off by saying I have reached out to them. It's a way to get your foot in the door and get you to call back. I find it dishonest, and I would never do business with someone who started out a conversation by claiming I asked them to call me. Update 09/24/2026 They have messaged me several times. They claim they called the phone number in the screenshot and it belongs to an Adam's moving company in Texas despite having a 509 area code, which is eastern Washington. I explained to them again that I called the number and confirmed multiple times that they were in Washington State with locations in Seattle and Tacoma. I suggested that if they feel someone is impersonating their company they contact them. I stand by my review based on my personal interactions with the people I spoke to at the number shown in the screen capture. The fact that they're trying to tell me the 509 area code is in Texas makes me feel even more strongly that they are not being honest. The JVA moving crew were meticulous in packing our belongings- it was dumping rain and they wrapped just about everything we owned to ensure it did not get wet; we didn't even have to ask, they just did their thing!
