And after 3 sessions with Lily of Pilates Center of Winter Garden, I can see that this is going to be different from any other workouts I've done. I go to the gym weekly for cardio, weight and flexibility training. Lily's focus on proper body shape, alignment and movement has me using my body in strategic ways to counterbalance my other workouts. She took time to diagnosis my current body posture in order to create a customized Pilates workout: We are strengthening weaker areas and stretching less flexible muscle groups. I'm already feeling a difference. In addition to the in-studio Pilates time, Lily has given me new stretches to do for when I'm weight training on my own. These stretches are helping to maintain the progress we've made through Pilates in correcting my muscle imbalances. The studio is clean, bright and fresh.
