Very cute house-turned-coffee shop. Really shabby chic vibe. Chandeliers, stairs turned into bookshelves, farmhouse tables, little vintage tables. I had the creme brulee latte, which was AMAZING, and I'd totally get it again. Service was insufferably slow though, esp for a Thursday morning when there was only one other person in line in front of us. The wait was still more than 5 mins... the guy behind the counter was nice though, he refilled my friend's iced tea for free, and he was pleasant enough. He just wasn't hustling... at all. The other thing that really turned me off was that most of their food offerings are gluten free, which is fine, but I wish there were a few more options for the few gluten-lovers left in this world... like me. I could have totally gone for a bagel and lox plate, or a muffin... they have some pastries out, but gluten free pastries just sounds wrong. Very friendly barista and very accommodating! I got an iced dirty chai latte with almond milk that was perfectly sweetened and delicious, as well as their chocolate chia pudding and cheese danish. I usually use a latte to rate coffee shops, and the latte at 'feine is pretty good. It doesn't have the signature Starbucks burnt taste, but retains a mild bitterness that is both generic and pleasant. It won't bring back childhood memories or leave you longing like the latte at Arabica in Portland, ME, but it'll give you a reasonable caffeine high for $3.50. Important tip: if you like your latte hot, ask the staff to make it extra hot. Otherwise, they tend to make it lukewarm for some reason. The staff at 'feine is very friendly and accommodating. They'll remake a drink if necessary, and offer samples for tasting. The atmosphere and staff give 'feine a warm, hometown feel. Also, the free high-speed wifi and enough seating for about 10 people make this a worthwhile stop if you're within 15 minutes of the Conshohocken area. read more

I am completely obsessed with the chai here. I always get it iced and, since it already has vanilla in it, I get a shot of caramel in it as well. It's amazing. This is a good spot to sit outside and read or people watch on Fayette St. on a nice day. I work virtually, so this also makes a nice spot to come and work for a bit just to get out. It's usually pretty chill, but it's small and in an old house, so it can get a little loud if it's crowded. I took headphones and I was fine. My only complaint is that I wish they were open later during the week, but that's nothing major. read more

There is much to like about 'feine, which has been my first choice of coffeeshops for several years. The breakfast sandwiches, which use sliced hard-boiled eggs before going into the grill-press, are very good. But somewhere along the way recently, the old tables were replaced with a uniform set of little twosies that make it hard to do any work while having your coffee-and. Only two people can sit at these tables, and they are just big enough for reading a laptop; anything more, anything involving paperwork, cannot also fit. I was shocked at myself when I walked up to the door the other day with my briefcase and then turned around and left without even entering. I knew it was going to be impossible. So 'feine has dropped several notches down my list of places for taking a break and getting some work done at the same time. I'm sorry to see it go. read more

You really can't beat the coffee at 'feine. Best espresso in Philly, right here in Conshy. I get a few shots over ice with some vanilla or caramel syrup and it is amazing. Service is super friendly, which is a nice change from the snootiness you sometimes find at good coffee shops. It's a perfect place to hang out and do work for the day--plenty of space and large tables, bright and cheery atmosphere. The bagels and pastries are delish, and I love that they also have more substantial food like yogurt & granola, fruit cups, veggies & hummus. They use Intelligentsia beans, which you can also buy to take home--thank god, because it was almost impossible to find good espresso beans around here. read more

'feine is such a great cozy spot to stop in grab a quick cup of coffee to go or hang out. The employees are super attentive, helpful, kind and accommodating. Myra and Helen are our regular baristas and always welcome you with a smile. My husband and i have tried loads: Coco 'feine is delicious, sweet, but such a nice treat. Lattes are usually always piping hot and delicious. In the summer I like to grab an "Invigorator" kind like the refreshers at Starbucks, the kiwi lime is awesome. Service was amazing. The baristas were very kind and gave suggestions when I was indecisive. I got the honey lavender latte, ham and cheese crossiant and the apple crumple tart. I would def get the crossiant and latte again. If you like lavender, this latte has the proper amount of coffee and lavender. The crossiant was flaky and savory. The apple tart felt too dry and I didn't really taste much apple so I wouldn't get that again but overall very positive experience. read more

Fun little coffee shop in Conshy. There is a lot of great work space in the back and middle rooms along with out door space both in front and out back. It's deceivingly spacious. Limited on food options they have a wide variety of beverages available. Beautiful little cottage that house a fabulous coffee shop. I am a discerning coffee drinker from Seattle and this place passed the test. The coffee is so smooth , brewed to perfection by the owner/barista. There is just one person so sometimes there can be a little wait. The place seats about 10 people in the various rooms. She has a good array of sweeteners and milk options including soy. She also makes innovative drinks like a jalapeño mocha. There are some pastries and croissants to complement your coffee. Overall this is a great little shop with awesome coffee to compete with th best of the best. A must visit! read more

I was falling asleep watching the boyfriend change his tires and set out to find some liquid sunshine. Stumbled across 'feine and I am so happy I did. I got the chai latte with almond milk and it was hands down the BEST CHAI I HAVE EVER HAD. Smooth, creamy, not too sweet, and perfectly spiced. That cup did not leave my hand until it was empty. This is a nice place a few blocks from what is considered downtown Conchy. I didn't stay but it is a very nice atmosphere inside and the outside looks like a great place to hang when the weather is warm. My latte was very good and tasted well with the right spice, acidity and bitterness. read more

I love local businesses. I don't drink coffee, but I am obsessed with chai tea lattes and Feine makes a great one. I love that the baristas offer you different milk options too. I've tried both the almond milk and 1% milk version. My preference is the latter, but props to them for even offering almond milk as an option. I really really like Feine. We live just down the street, and stop in often for coffee. The space is super-cute and offers free wi-fi (when I just need to get out of the house to do some work), and they have cute tables set up. I like that they are pretty much pet friendly so when I stop by with my two big dogs, I can latch them up on the porch and run in to grab a drink. read more

I'm so happy that they open as early as 6. The smell of coffee hits you as soon as you walk into the door and it's enough to wake you right up. I've been here a few times now and I love their coffee. The staff is friendly and I've never had a bad experience here. The interior is somewhat dated but I see how it adds to the cuteness of the place. It is adorable. read more

Came here for the first time today and was not disappointed. My cousin and I both got the Coco Feine, their specialty drink and recommended by the barista. It was absolutely delicious. The coconut flavor really shined through and the flakes of toasted coconut were wonderful. The shop itself is absolutely adorable and it is very reasonably priced. I will definitely return to hang out. I'm looking forward to the spring and summer when I can sit outside with a nice cup of iced coffee. read more
