I went on a Wednesday at opening and there was no one else trying to dresses for majority of the time I was there. She was kind enough to spend so much time with my mom and I, I never felt rushed. Krystle also does wedding planning outside of working there, so she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Honestly I would go back just because of her, she was that awesome! Overall, my experience at Wedding and Dreams was a good one. I found my dress off the rack (which was around $1000), and it worked out since my wedding is only a month away.

Immediately when we arrived I loved how secure the place was, they only do one appointment at a time, not too much going on you pretty much have the whole place to yourself which made it seem so personal and that important to me. Our wedding dress designer consultant was Virginia and she totally knew what she was doing!!! I loved the dress she picked, initially she picked 2 dresses and one of them ended up being THE dress. I picked out about 3 different ones and tried them on but nothing compared to the first one I tried on. The tears were flowing and it was such a special moment for all of us. The quality of the dress and the way it sparkled was what caught everyone's attention. The transaction was smooth and seamless, everything is final sale of course and they do offer aftercare packages and have recommendations for alterations. I would recommend going here even if you're not from the area bc trust me when I say, it's is worth visiting.

I honestly had a really good time and found the dresses to be very beautiful. I ended buying a dress I had an eye on elsewhere but dresses here were favorites and very close to be chosen as well. She has detachable sleeves for if you prefer an off-the-shoulder look. The owner is very accommodating. She also has veils and accessories so if you want a whole package at an affordable price, I would recommend. If you are a short girl like me, try to find dresses that are short so you don't waste time on the longer dresses (unless you plan to buy and alter). The dresses pictured are around $550-680 for rental if I remember correctly. Lastly, Email communications were prompt and clear.

We ended up with our final outfit and additionally got a qipao for my mother-in-law. The outfits were nice and clean. My husband decided to get his tuxedo here and it was tailored well enough he only needed one fitting appointment. Eva included a tea set and cushions for us. All of the rentals were ready for pick up a few days prior to our wedding and we returned it a few days after. Eva was easy to talk to and made our process simple. Though the selection is more limited, it made it much more of a relaxing experience. They cycle styles once every year. They have recently relocated to Coleman from Fremont. It is a bit harder to get to their lot depending on traffic.

This rental wedding dress fitted well on me w/o alterations. I am petite, around 5 feet 1.5 inches tall, and around 105 pounds.

Her inability to properly schedule appointments and have projects completed on time disqualifies "Said with Threads, LLC" as a viable option for having clothing alterations performed. If you are an East Bay resident and need alterations performed, please read the rest of this review before scheduling an appointment with this establishment. I've been going to Eileen since December 2024. Online reviews looked good, and her shop was near my house, which made it convenient for me. I encountered an odd issue with her during my first visit. She had informed me my pants were ready for pickup, and I specified the day/time I would be coming in. When I went to her shop for pickup, I called, and she informed me she had gone to deliver an order for someone else because she didn't think I would appear on time. I was completely baffled as to why she reached this conclusion and why she admitted it verbally. Between September and October 2025, I had requested that she perform alterations on some pants. On this occasion I was charged the day I left the articles with her and was assured they'd be ready on the date she had specified. Prior to picking them up, I called Eileen and informed her I was on my way. When she answered, she told me my pants were not ready and that she hadn't even started working on them. I was quite upset over this since more than a week had passed since I'd left the pants with her. About a month later, I brought in a blazer she had worked on previously and asked her to reattach the buttons, as some of them had come loose. Although she did not charge me for this, she assured me the blazer would be ready on time. She failed to have the blazer ready on time when I went to her shop. I went to go run some errands for about an hour, and when I came back, she had finished working on my blazer. This indicated that she did not need more than a week to work on my blazer and had procrastinated or otherwise failed to make good use of her time. What frustrated me, however, was the condition in which she returned my blazer. It was covered in lint/hair/debris and had a strange odor to it. I had dry-cleaned it prior to leaving it with Eileen, and her utter lack of regard for keeping it clean really upset me. Most recently, during December 2025, I requested an appointment two days in advance. I wanted her to hem some pants I needed for work. She had agreed to meet me at 11 am on a Wednesday. On the day of the appointment, I called her to let her know I had arrived. When she answered, she told me she had mistakenly marked my appointment for a different time/day and had left to attend to another client.

Unfortunately for me, I did not get the experience I was hoping for and did not feel like my stylist was able to interpret my vision. This was my 4th time trying on dresses. I previously went to Kleinfeld NYC, Anthropologie Palo Alto, and Kinsley Couture Walnut Creek. I had wonderful experiences at my previous appointments. I decided to come here because one of my friends had recommended them. My budget was $5k so I had a flexible price range. My stylist didn't really explain to me their process at this store so I was a bit confused. I knew it was a one hour time limit and the estimated dresses to try on was 5, but I didn't know it was a hard limit. She ended my appt early at 45 minutes. Had I known I could only try on 5 dresses exactly, it would have been nice if she was transparent about that so I could at least maybe select the dresses I gravitated toward out of her selection. I felt like I was giving feedback after each dress, but kept getting another variation of what I didn't like. The first dress I tried was probably the best out of 5, but from there we kept getting further and further away from what I wanted. There were some dresses I put on and wasn't comfortable to walk out on the podium, but she never asked me if I wanted to show my guests or not. She would just immediately open the curtains and I just felt very exposed and not handled with care. It just didn't feel like a hospitable environment for me or my 3 guests. We were never even offered water. I'm hoping my experience was an outlier and I wish all the brides coming here success in their bridal journey.

I am in LOVE with both my dress and the experience I had at Bo Lee!!…read more I was recommended Bo Lee by a friend who knew of them when they were located in Sunnyvale; they're now located in Campbell. Parking is super easy; for my Sunday 3:00 PM appointment, the street parking spots were empty and the nearby parking garage had tons of space. Entrance is a little bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but they put a sign above their entrance, and directions are easy to follow to their front door (store is located on the second floor). My absolute love of this place includes: - the space is huge!! I had a dual fitting with my friend, but we weren't bumping into each other or in each other's pictures or anything at all. I saw that there was another person doing a fitting, but she was practically on the other side of the building, so we weren't encroaching in each other's space. - the dual fitting was a special request, and Jackie made sure to put us in rooms next to each other, which made the process that much more seamless - kitchen: one of my girls set up camp and poured us our teas, mimosas, and champagne in the Bo Lee kitchen. Also a beautiful space! - natural lighting: big and tall windows plus second floor venue equals viewing yourself in true colors instead of only bulb-lighting. The dresses I tried on were beautiful, but in the natural light, I could see how dynamic they were as well! Subtle sparkles, sheer tulle... it all came out differently in the natural light. - stylist chooses the dresses based on conversations and preference. Jackie, my stylist, knew the entire inventory. I just described what I thought I wanted, and she delivered!! I was relieved that I didn't have to go through dress after dress on the floor and hum and haw about whether I wanted to try it on or not. (Some people might not like this, but I feel like I had a curated try-on collection from an expert who saw the bigger picture.) - I also love how Jackie had me try on a dress I didn't think was the style I wanted, and she dotted her Is and crossed her Ts so I could for sure say with confidence that that particular dress style was a "no" from me. - both Jackie and Bo Lee took my measurements to make sure there wasn't an error, and it's the little things like that that make you feel confident in choosing them as your bridal boutique. I'm happy, I saw and tried on so many styles, and I had such a fun time! I also went under-budget for what I wanted for my dress, which is a win!

After sitting us down, she asked me some questions to get a better feel for the type of dress that I was looking for. Honestly, I had a wide range of silhouettes and designs that I was interested in and she never once judged me for it. I showed her photos of dresses that I found on their website and she was able to pull almost all of them, which was great! She practically knew exactly where each one was on the rack and immediately went to collect all the dresses to try on. Eventually after trying on all the dresses (anything from a simple and classy organza gown to a full princess ball gown), she pulled out a dress that she thought I might like. We shared a laugh over the fact that I had just tried the same dress on at the store I went to earlier that morning. Honestly became my fav out of all the dresses I tried on that day. She helped to put on a veil and handed me a bouquet so that I could get a better idea of how it would look on the big day. With all the hustle and bustle, I ended up going overtime on my appointment, but Jenn continued to help and never rushed me. In total, I think we tried on around 16 gowns that day. Although I didn't end up saying yes to a dress at J'aime, I'm so glad I went there. Jenn was truly such a joy to work with. Even though I'd never met her before, she felt like a best friend throughout the entire appointment. Literally your own personal hype girl that'll fill your appointment with smiles, laughs, and giggles. Honorable mentions: ~ After trying on all the inspo gowns, Jenn let me walk through the rest of the dresses on the rack to see if there was anything that interested me. ~ Taylor Swift was playing in the background during my appointment, which I loved, but she said that if you have a specific song in mind for your "say yes to the dress" moment, you can request it. ~ Appointments are free on the weekdays

They like to have a grand wedding with lots of guests. We start looking at dresses and plan for all the other details for the wedding. My family booked the appointment on line . She honestly put done 2028 as the future wedding date. A $25 fee was required to come look at the wedding gowns . Then an older lady staff called her back . She sounded very upset that she wedding would be in 2028 and not this year . She told her that " if you don't have money to pay for the dress , you could bring cash to tip your stylist! You are not buying a wedding gown now , I don't know what to do with you ! " She was so rude over the phone . My family member is a licensed health care professional. She was just in shock. Since she has paid the $25 on line for the 1.5 hour appointment, we showed up at Janine bridal today at 10 am on a Saturday morning . We arrived 3 minutes before 10 am . Two Caucasian ladies walked in ahead of us. There were two older female staffs inside . One with blonde hair and the other taller lady staff has dark brown hair . The blonde hair lady looked at us , did not smile, did not say welcome to Jaime bridal , or good morning. They helped the two Caucasian ladies ahead of us . The front counter was left with a younger Asian female staff . Her name is Christina. She worked part time there and she was our stylist for this appointment . Christina is very sweet , patient and helpful. After she knew that was our first time looking at the wedding gowns, she gave us a 5 minutes introduction of the gowns and the basis set up of the bridal shop . Then we looked around and pulled 6 dresses to try . Christian helped to fix each gown and made suggestions like how to tailor it to make it look nicer on the bride -to- be . After one hour of try and error , we narrowed down to two wedding gowns that we love . Christina wrote done all the details , gave us a small card for the information. Then she mentioned the trunk show coming up at the end of January 2026 . But we are obligated to buy a wedding gown if we attend the trunk show . Today is January 3, 2026 Saturday. We would have a bad experience about Jaime Bridal from the way the other lady talked to my family member with the bitchy attitudes. Thanks to Christian , these have all changed . Customer service is the primary focus on retailer business . I am not sure how this could have been misinterpreted.
