While the vibes are totally different from their first shop in West Village, this location transports you straight to Europe. The indoor environment looks warm and inviting. Very friendly barista. The pickup window is perfect for ordering and watching how your drink is being prepared. The kind barista, after numerous visits, suggested to come after work and have a cocktail. Well today I did half of that suggestion; I dined inside at the bar on a sweltering June afternoon. Due to working I did not drink their Aperol Spritz I was craving instead I ordered their lovely peach iced tea. I wanted a small bite for lunch and Fellini's menu offers Italian style "tapas" such as Margherita pizzette, croissants, ham and cheese croissant, egg sandwich and Cacio y Pepe arancini. I sat at the bar and devoured the spinach and cheese frittata; fresh, piping hot and scrumptious. Fellini's space is small but intimate, the bar is the top draw to savor your tapas and cocktails. Just sink into the leather stools and unwind.. The shimmering chandelier that is above the packed back seating area dazzles and all that is missing is a movie screen that should play a Fellini film.
