Ohhh little cute cafe I really looked forward to coming here for so long. Even while I'm in crutches and all I drove the 35 min out of my usual routine to come see you. I arrived and you place tables in the "walkway" that is designated to wheelchair so I still had to go infront of the gravel main road to get to the receptionist. After hopping with my crutches up the steps and having patrons assist rather than any staff I made it in to sit at the bar. Besides the fact I asked was there any where or way to have my crutches put aside so they wouldn't hit anyone or fall as they tend to do on their own (both of these did end up happening as I was there) I was looked at and said there's no where or anything to do right now but if they do any of those I will move them. Okay can't do anything now but if they fall or hit anyone then you can move them??!! Whatever. As I am waiting on my food I see a lot employee who is making small mini batches of jam and butter and salsa I believe. Well the top of the big tub she's getting the jam out of falls to the floor with the inside touching the floor, she proceeds to pick it up and places it back on the tub. I immediately let the person who was acting as supervisor know what happened. She says ok thank you for letting me know.. walks over to her and whispers in her ear looks at me and yet after that and 25 min after I left at no time did either of them take the tub out to ensure it would be thrown away. I say big tub but this was no lite than 16oz or 20oz tub so it's not as if though ensuring quality was going to set them back a arm and leg. So disappointed in this. With the picture I took. I really want to keep this gem to myself, but I depend on Yelp reviews to guide me in the right direction and would be doing this place a disservice to not write a glowing review. I passed this place after I made a wrong turn on my way to a different breakfast spot and I am so glad I did! I have high brunch standards and this place delivered. It was a small, simple menu - I had the usual with an extra side of toast (I'm a sucker for fresh sourdough!) and orange juice. Everything came out quickly and had amazing flavor. The added avocado and arugula gave the dish an extra pop. I also asked for a side of jam for my extra slice of toast and idk about you, but my idea of heaven is jam so fresh it's still warm and that's exactly what I got. OMG SO GOOD. To top it off, it was less than 30 min until they closed but the waitress was incredibly sweet and I never once felt rushed. Second time here both times I sat at the bar. This time the bartender appears to also be in charge of expo for the entire restaurant. So although he was very nice; I waited over 15 minutes for a drink and so did the other bar guests. He seems to be doing too much. Tried out fellows for my sister's bday brunch. The parking was a little odd considering it was a few businesses down, but once I figured out where I was going, the restaurant was sooo adorable. If we were having normal October weather I would have loved to sit on the cute patio, due to the extreme heat and global warming we opted to go inside which was very nice. The food was wonderful, not too heavy, portion are perfect and the latte was great! All of the food was so clean and fresh. You can taste the integrity of the ingredients and the soft flavors. We were told two hours wait and yep two hours we waited around town.. no problem. It was Earth day and streets closed. So I imagined busy time. This was our second time to sit at this restaurant. Normally, yes on weekend and good weather there is a long wait because of the surroundings and pastries and coffee and eggs Benedict and two giant trees front and back to provide shades on a beautiful day. Before or after a meal, there is a street to walk. The second time, they finally have a queue and table available prediction system so guests don't have to wait to hear their names called while sitting under the hot sun. We decided to try this place out after seeing a post on Facebook. We wound up parking in a lot on the same street as the restaurant but not next to the restaurant. It was like a 3-minute walk so not bad. We turned in there because there was a banner on the fence, so we were initially unsure if the unmarked building was the restaurant. After a few minutes of looking around, we saw that the building was vacant, so we walked into the street and were able to see a tiny sign that said "Fellows." My suggestion is to add more signage in your overflow parking lot so that people aren't guessing where your restaurant is. (After reaching the restaurant, we saw that there was also some parking next to the actual building.) The restaurant is nice and has a trendy look. The atmosphere was casual, and they had indoor and outdoor seating. To drink, we both had the cold brew lightly sweetened with their simple syrup and cream. It was delicious. I would come back just for the cold brew! The food, on the other hand, was just okay. Not bad but not great. The menu was small. I chose the burger and roasted sweet potatoes, but my meal came out with mixed greens instead of sweet potatoes with no explanation. It was $12, which seems overpriced for an average burger and a small handful of greens. My husband had some sort of breakfast combo, and his roasted sweet potatoes were also missing from his meal. I understand that restaurants have to make substitutions from time to time, but it's good business to mention it to the customer. Overall, I give it 3.5 stars. I'll definitely come back and try it again once they've been open longer, but it's definitely not my favorite brunch place in the area. read more

A quick thing to note - it is handicap accessible (couldn't find the info on their website but found it in another review so thank you fellow Yelper!) but parking for non handicap vehicles is just up the street in a grassy lot. I couldn't find much info about parking previously so just sharing the knowledge!! Food was great! I had the lemon ricotta hotcakes and my mom & grandma had "The Usual." They loved everything that came in the bowl even though my moms not a huge arugula fan. Coffee was delicious and our server was the sweetest! An OTP gem! Great food, quick, friendly service, and plenty of easy parking. Perfect trifecta. I had my eye on the ricotta pancakes and huevos rancheros based on photos, and neither one disappointed. Also! I am quite sensitive to salt/msg/etc, and I'm happy to share that this is one of the few ATL restaurants that doesn't go ape $hit on salt! Even though I ate more than I should've, I didn't feel gross or bloated after. Woohoo! Last but not least, it is pandemic friendly with lots of patio seating. What's not to love? Fellows delivers excellent service. The food is nothing short of fantastic, and that's clear by the line out the door every Saturday morning. Servers are well-acquainted with the menu and able to give great recommendations. The kitchen turns food quickly and do an excellent job of delivering consistent, scrumptious food. It's not fine dining; it's intentionally a stripped-down menu that features the quality of their sourcing with a twist on some classic recipes. They've nailed the current trend of healthy, hearty, unpretentious food. For those who may question the decoration, they have definitely nailed the European Australian vibe. The coffee, espresso or drip, is the best in Roswell--they're better than any of the coffee houses in Roswell. Fellows tends to lean towards lighter drip roasts rather than dark roasts. That's not good or bad, it's just worth noting for others who might want to visit. The coffee is excellent, and Fellows does a great job of rotating which roasters they use and feature; they rotate through roasters all over the Southeast--they often feature Methodical Coffee out of Greenville, SC. I'm not sure what other people think is missing to be able to give this place 5 stars. Most of the 4 star reviews here have nothing bad to say and are seemingly glowing reviews. One of my favorite brunch spots in Roswell! Since COVID, we've been really worried about eating at restaurants, but Fellows has an incredible patio where the tables are spaced out and staff wears masks so this is the only restaurant we've eaten at since March. Now to the good stuff - the food is amazing! We haven't gotten anything here we haven't liked. If you're in the mood for something sweet, the Lemon Ricotta Hotcakes are . Their dish called The Usual is amazing - if you get the eggs scrambled, they're the fluffiest softest scrambled eggs we've ever had. The sweet potatoes they serve with them too are like candy - it's so good! The B.E.L.T is also an incredible breakfast sandwich - super filling. Our new favorite though is the Fellows Board. I think they switch up what's on it frequently but it's full of delicious stuff to munch on - it's a must order if you're a fan of charcuterie boards.
