We ordered pizza and a salad from here while staying in a nearby hotel. The pizza is large, 16 inch for a very very good price. I wish they would raise their price and add alittle more cheese. It's good but I'm the type of person that if the cheese isn't dripping down to your elbow when you fold it, well, it's not cheesy enough. The salad is excellent, we asked for and got the dressing on the side. It comes with a side of bread (nice surprise). We called back to ask for plates and napkins which they sent plenty of, it didnt dawn on us to ask for for forks. They are getting three stars because it is a good value but, they charged $1 for the paper plates, $1.25 for delivery, and 75 cents for extra dressing for the salad. It's not the charges that ticked me off, well, I've never been charged for a few paper plates, but the fact that none of these were mentioned when ordering. I always tip extra for hotel delivery because of the added hassle of parking and finding the room. We paid $25 for a 9.25 pizza and a 4.75 salad. read more

Ordered for delivery. Got the cheese pizza, chicken cheesesteak & broccoli bites. The cheese pizza was quite tasty & so were the brócoli bites. The chicken cheeesesteak was ok. It seemed to be more bread than steak. Delivery was in a timely fashion & the delivery person was very nice. I will try other things on the menu at a later date. Oh my lord. Don't walk away, RUN away. I stayed at the 4 Points hotel and the staff recommended Femi's. I ordered at 5:55pm today (a chicken Caesar salad and waffle fries.... such a simple order) They showed up at my room with just the fries at 7:30, and said other driver was coming with the salad "he's on the way". I called at 8pm.... They said he's coming. I called at 8:30pm, they said he is coming. He just showed up now at 8:45pm. Wow!!!! I am 52 years old and I have NEVER waited almost 3 hours for a piece of chicken and lettuce. And the worst..... Ordered food from here around 10:45 while staying at a hotel bc my kids were starving. They said delivery time would be 45 mins to an hour. An hour and twenty later we called and asked where the food was and the man on the other line was rude and said it was just an estimate and not exact. We tried to cancel our order bc it was way past midnight and our kids fell asleep waiting but the man was disgustingly rude and refused to cancel it. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Ordered Femi's while in Philadelphia 4th of July weekend. First big no no, ordering fish from a pizza joint. I'm from Boston, so it's easy to get seafood almost anywhere that's reputable. First off the food is very good. The cheesesteaks are top notch and they have real Kraft whiz. As good as any cheesesteak you could get. The pizza is great as well. They accommodate kindly on half plain and half white. I ordered late night on DoorDash and the driver stole my order but it was early enough to where I could order again so I appreciate them for making the order twice. A 20$ piece of cardboard with some basil sprinkles. We did order an hour before closing but they should never serve something like this.. we called back right after but no answer. Femi's Pizzq has been clutch from the time they opened up until now, and continues to be. Everything is always fresh and tasty. When I worked as a manager at a hotel front desk in the airport area. I would always recommend Femi's! Then they started bringing free pizza to our staff on Fridays. Then everyone knew how great their pizza is, and how awesome the customer service is as well. We even went through a stent where they said they weren't delivering to that area because it was too far. Well.. thankfully that got rectified fairly quickly. I no longer work there, but thankfully i hear Femi's is still staff too recommended! My brother now works at an airport hotel and recommends only FEMI'S PIZZA! Especially for late nights!! read more

I would highly recommend not ordering from this place. Our food was delivered approximately an hour and forty-five minutes after we ordered it. When it arrived we were awoken by a knock because we had quite literally fallen asleep waiting on our order. The hamburger and fries my husband ordered were lukewarm and soggy after sitting in its own grease for an indeterminate amount of time. My hoagie arrived with every topping known to man after I specified simply Mayo and lettuce. When the driver arrived he was shocked we were paying in card so he asked that we call the store to pay and then promptly left. Though we were dissatisfied with our order we decided to call and pay because they provided a service. It was during our phone call I realized that our beverages were missing so I decided to let the staff know. The staff told me the beverages were never added to my order even though the person that took my order repeated it back to me. They then said "well tell the driver and he will grab you something." After I let them know the driver had already left they were flabbergasted and insisted the driver would never leave without a payment. It took a little convincing to make them realize that the driver did indeed leave without payment. At this point the representative on the phone asked me to hold. It was during this non-muted, five minute hold I had the please of listening to her yell at the driver for leaving without a payment. I was beyond irritated by now. Finally, I tagged out and let my husband handle the call when the manager of the store got on the phone. He said he could send over a soda. My husband promptly told him no thanks, you're lucky we called to pay you. The manager quickly took our info and it is now, 2 hours later we are able to eat our meal. I do have to admit that the hoagie was quite delicious after I deconstructed it. This place has the potencial of being great, however don't order late at night they do not get your food to you till after an hour and by the time the food gets to you it's cold and nasty. I ordered at 10:30 and then didn't get my food after midnight. I tried calling but they were closed. Our bill came out to 35 bucks and we ate 3 slices and a 2 wings. I called this morning to get a refund and the lady on the phone said since it was a day ago that there was nothing they could do. I ordered 10:45 pm June 15 and got my food at 12:10 am June 16 I called at 10:08 am June 16 She asked the manager and he said since there was some food eaten that they couldn't do anything plus it was a a new day. I ordered and gave the girl my credit card info. About 15 minutes later I got a call from my bank that someone was making all kinds of purchases and trying to transfer money to another account . After ordering easy fried items (mozz sticks, French fries, mac and cheese bites, cheeseburger, and chicken fingers) online it takes 2 hours to get delivered, I called asking where it is and they said how it was leaving now. Got this at our hotel by the airport.. Nice girl that took my order, but man I didn't realize how much I was ordering! Everything was huge and very filling, we sadly had to throw away a lot of the food. Ordered a large spaghetti and meatballs for like $8 and got almost a whole box of spaghetti!! Maybe I am just used to California prices, but wow, tons of food for very little money! No Salt, No Pepper, No Customer Service I ordered lunch for my coworkers ($40.00 total approx). A few steaks, some wings, and some fries. Ordering was easy and correct. The problem was when I was out of the office and received a call regarding my order that was "just confirming" what I had placed. Another order apparently had been placed from our same production facility which flagged our order. Now instead of send our order out 'hot' as like previous orders, ours got to sit under warmer lamps until the other order was ready. The physical location of the restaurant and our building is not a long drive and plus there is a delivery charge anyway so why not just deliver mine then return for the other.
