I called and spoke with someone named Mike on June 26, and he assured me the wheel would be shipped the next day. I gave it another week, but nothing arrived. Since then, I've tried calling multiple times, but now no one answers or returns my calls. As of today, July 3, 2025, I still have no wheel, no refund, and no response. I paid for a product in good faith, and the complete lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable.
