Sorin and his team completed a remodeling project in our house. They did a wonderful job, the quality of the finish is exceptional, they took there time to deliver the quality we desired. They remodeled the kitchen and a bathroom. We love our island with the sink, the waterfall counter top completed our kitchen. Sorin suggested a pot filler over the stove, my wife loves it and it's an interesting design element. They helped us figuring out how to get the largest skylight installed on the kitchen ceiling. I've now had two projects done by Feraru & Associates and once again am completely satisfied with their work. I live in a condo that came with little to no overhead lighting, 17 foot high ceilings, and NO crawl space above the ceilings. For years I procrastinated trying to figure out what kind of lighting I wanted, what chandeliers would look best, etc. I finally got a game plan together and started calling on contractors. I had several people over, but no one wanted to take on my 17 foot high ceilings. That was until I found Feraru & Associates. The first project I had them take on involved adding recessed lighting in my bedroom with less intimidating 7-8 foot high ceilings. The bedroom was like a cave when I closed the windows and was dimly lit with table lamps. I had no electrical to the ceiling, but Sorin (who you'll have the pleasure of meeting if you work with Feraru & Associates) and his crew came through. In just under a week I had recessed lighting in the ceiling and turned the cavernous bedroom into a brightly lit space. The cost to have this done was extremely reasonable and the quality of the job was great, which is why I asked them to come back for a second job. The second project involved hanging three chandeliers (which you can see in the photo section) from the 17 foot high ceilings in the dining area. Sorin and his crew had to run wiring from the downstairs electrical box all the way up the walls into the ceiling. The project involved a lot of sheet rock cutting and repair, which is completely unnoticeable. The quality of the work done by Feraru & Associates exceeds the original build quality of work the condo. Once again, the job took just a week and we couldn't be more happy with the results. I cannot recommend Feraru & Associates enough. You will be happy with the cost, quality, and overall results of your project. Recently due to the heavy rains our basement was flooded. Sorin and his crew came last week, they determined the best place to put in two new sump pumps, where to install a backup battery in the event of a blackout (the basement fills up fast if the pump doesn't work). What a fantastic experience I had with Sorin Feraru and his talented, hardworking team! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They remodeled the kitchen in my 1920's cottage and were efficient, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process. They were respectful of my questions, tolerant of my ever-changing plans, and helpful with suggestions throughout to achieve the remodel of my dreams while still adhering to my modest budget. The project involved demo and installing a new range and hood, sink and faucet, hardwood floors, cabinets, quartz counters, tile backsplash, and ceiling and cabinet lighting. A wall was removed between the kitchen and dining room and they updated the dining room with new crown molding, baseboards, and paint to integrate beautifully with the new kitchen.
