Order from here today I was saddened by what I received. I order a baked ziti and Alfredo pasta. The baked ziti was really good however the Alfredo pasta was horrible. There was no taste at all and this was the first time I had ever ordered from this place. The most bland Alfredo I have ever tasted, in fact it's pretty funny. It's funny because I called them since the restaurant is " Italian kitchen" but still no flavor at all. I should have ordered from Olive Garden. Worst Alfredo pasta I have ever tasted in my life. Stopped there tonight & last night. Good food like the standards I grew up with & great warm crusty bread. The meatball parmigiana over pasta was spot on with flavor. So often meatballs can be an epic fail for an Italian location these do not disappoint. Cheese ravioli dish was just enough & again more warm crusty bread. Staff is very friendly & food turnaround was quick. Also tried a slice & was very good plus they have an assortment of pies there I will have to work my way thru. Regular pizza, sicilian and garlic knots are great. I have ordered soups 2x, lentils and pasta fazool. Not good. Salad was terrible too. Stick to their pizza and you won't be disappointed. Ps. VERY good - I work at Felician and we order frequently from Ferazzoli's for events and lunch. I enjoy how quick and friendly they are; the penne vodka is by far my favorite food. Our house knows how pizza should taste and the mark was missed by a mile!! After calling to make sure I could get a delivery from THIS shop, not #2 that opened in N. Arlington that's closer, I ordered an x-large pie. Reviews of the original Ferazzoli's and #2 tell the story of why I specifically wanted it from Rutherford. I'm convinced our order came from the N. Arlington shop which I would rate 1 star. First, it arrived so fast that it was not made fresh. And second, it was cold. Unfortunately, I wasted time and money. The food here is amazing! I repeat-Aaamazing! We got the family special which comes with pizza, salad, garlic knots, pasta of your choice, and a 2 Liter. Everything is really fresh and the taste is so decadent. I absolutely fell in love with the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. I've been to lots of places over the years, and this was by the far the best. The sauce has amazing flavors and is made to order, so it's super fresh! As for pizza it had great flavor as well, very crisp, cheesy and yummy! Placed an order at 7pm. Waited outside due to virus which was fine. Called at 740, was told to wait 10 minutes. Asked the guys serving out other orders about the status of my pizza around 755. Called at 810 was told to wait 10 minutes and that the average wait time was 45 minutes. I let them know I ordered over an hour ago and cancelled order. Poor customer service. read more

Went home back to NY for a weekend and took a rode trip with my family to Ferazzolis Italian Kitchen. I was completely blown away by the outstanding service as soon as I walked in the door. Restaurant is owned by three brothers whom I felt were family to me. Food was incredible...much more than just a pizzeria. I highly recommend they are doing our families catering next month. The pictures make it seem like this place has a decent seating area and high quality sit down dinner in addition to being a pizzeria, but really there are about 6 cramped tables that are surrounded by people standing for their take out pizzas. For the price the quality was not what I was expecting. I had to flag people down or stand up and get servers' attention for almost everything. Getting a table, sitting down even, napkins, ordering, paying, etc. this might be ok if you take out pizza but definitely don't go to dinner here. read more

First off let me start out by saying from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Three brothers like I was family. They walk you through the whole menu explain to you explicitly that everything is freshly made which it is. Today I tried a pepperoni slice, their grandma's pizza with the Vaca sauce, which is amazing and their garlic knots which are great appetizer a little bit of grated cheese and the sauce excellent. Without a doubt these boys from Long Island have a premier pizza place for Bergen County. By the time you finish reading this review if you're not dialing to order. You're missing out. And also they make fresh mozzarella and fresh roasted red peppers every day this is awesome. This is a great pizza place. We had delicious pizza, salad, and dessert delivered two nights while visiting. This was a recommendation from the hotel. First night we had the margarita pizza with extra toppings and a Christine salad. Very generous with the salad portion. Although the mushrooms were squishy, overall the salad was fresh and refreshing. The pizza was thin and crispy-perfectly cooked and just the right amount of toppings. The second night, we decided to have a different pizza. We had the specialty pizza with toppings. Oh my, just as delicious as the first night. Wow, this pizza is so good! Pizzas were fresh out of the oven- Sicilian is def the way to go. Went with my family on a Saturday night, warm, inviting, low key atmosphere. Most of my family got chicken or veal dishes that they all raved about too, a lot of options to choose from. You have to order the Nutella pinwheel for dessert- amazing! Went here for the first time last week and ordered a grandma slice, and the dinner for 2: Chicken Melillo, penne with red sauce, a rice ball, and side salad. Also tried the pepperoni pinwheel.
