I saw that Ferazzoli's opened up another pizzeria in North Arlington. I stopped in to try out a slice. It's hard to get a good pizza around here. North Arlington is a tough town for businesses to make it, I don't know why. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza was delicious! Thin and crisp! Every pie in the case looked mouth-watering. I spoke at length with the owner, Mark. (Hi, Mark! ) Totally enjoyable conversation. He said they're big on serving fresh, cooked to order food and customer satisfaction. We waited to review until we had visited a number of times and tried some different items. It seems to be hit or miss and mostly miss. The first time we had pizza from here, it was great. Sausage and Peppers. Huge pie. Expensive, but worth it. We were excited to have discovered a new go-to place. Then, we had the eggplant. It was great. Plain and simple, the best thing we had. Since then, the pizza, last time was overcooked and not good at all. Tonight, the stromboli was pretty awful. Soggy with virtually no filling. Almost impossible to find pepperoni on it. Also asked for Extra Extra sauce and got three little cups of sauce. In what world is that Extra Extra? The Sylvia salad was just okay. The grilled chicken was bland and disappointing for a ridiculous $5.00 additional. Asked for Extra goat cheese and I needed a pith helmet to find any, at all. I accidentally dropped THE walnut on the floor, which my dog enjoyed. I have yet to find another one. There are cranberries, but so few, it's hard to notice. This is really a giant bowl of arugula with some bland chicken. The prices are high and that would be fine if....ooh, just found a walnut.... The pizza is ok. The crust was terrible because it got hard by the time i ate it. The margherita pizza looked like a plain cheese pie because it didn't have the basil leaves nor did the cheese look like fresh mozzarella. The Hawaiian was not that good either. Phenomenal! Every student in the area loves going there after school. (There's a middle school four addresses over so there's no surprise there!) Anyways, I give it a perfect 10/10! Every time you go you can expect perfect-quality food from the pizza and subs to the salads and pasta. The managers or owners are almost always at the counter and know your name if you're a regular. Love love love this place!!! We searched the area for years for delicious tasting pizza! And it wasn't until Ferrazolis- two wonderful brothers- came to town that we were finally satisfied! I must say..the food is excellent!! My family and I have been coming here since they opened and haven't looked back! Try their Margherita pizza...EXCELLENT!! But it's also the friendly family atmosphere and the personable attitudes of the owners that keep you coming back!! Had my son's birthday party there and they loved it!! Based on positive reviews from fellow Yelpers stopped in to pick up lunch. Settled on a pretty basic Italian sub. The bread was delicious! I felt the amount of meat was slightly lacking in comparison to other similar establishments in the area. The shredded lettuce seemed a little old which I didn't really care for. Also, I asked for roasted red peppers on the sandwich which I came home to find out were missing. Now I haven't had any of the pies or pizza but my sandwich was A okay. Nothing great but nothing too bad. Based on that alone, I would've given this place three stars but in my book service has a lot to do with food experience. These guys are the nicest! Four stars for the service. We got pickup and ordered the grandma. Everyone was super nice at the store. Store was clean. Got the grandma home and was very disappoint. It was not what you think of when you think grandma. Thick than your normal slice, lots of chunky sauce, crunchy, and garlicy. In fact it was just the opposite. Cracker like crust, only little dabs of sauce, and no noticeable garlic. This may be another style but not what we expected at all. We called to complain and was shockingly offered to have a new pie delivered out to us (outside of their delivery zone! Wow!). This review is for chicken parmesan sandwich delivered. I can't begin to explain how poor it was. Thinnest chicken ever to the point it was mostly breadcrumbs. There was nearly no marinara sauce on it and the cheese was barely melted sliced mozzarella. It came cold too. Bread wasn't great either. This shouldn't be served anymore in its current state. I would avoid hot sandwiches and just stick to ordering their pizzas which are good. read more

Let me start by the glass of water I requested.....well it looked like a snow globe there were so many particles floating in it. To their credit they gave me a bottled water for no charge. The food was decent; the seating .......a few scattered tables. The worst part was the very young waitress she needs training to say the least. Impossible to get her attention to wrap leftovers. My husband flagged her co-worker and he told her we wanted her and she ignored him and stood there watching the football game from the night before. Then we got the owners attention and he wrapped it up. The food was decent but everything else left me not wanting to patronize this place again. I have yet to step into the restaurant but have placed about 4-5 orders of delivery from them. Whenever I am craving Italian food, this is my go to spot. I have ordered pizza, pasta and apps from them. Hawaiian pizza, chicken parm, franchaise and the risotto balls. Everything was absolutely AMAZING, especially the risotto balls. Delivery's are very fast, approximately 30 minutes. I cannot even imagine how great the service would be if I dined in. Best Italian food around the area. These guys will not let you down. read more

I've ordered delivery to my house a few times, and found the food to be mediocre. Nonetheless, I continue to order from them when we have large family get togethers and we want to order multiple pizza pies and other food items. About a week ago, I stop in person to grab a couple of slices to sit there and eat. Now looking at the pictures of the owners, I can recognize the bearded man to the left was the one who served me. This man was very rude, not helpful, and I felt as if I were such an inconvenience for being there. He and other staff were having a personal conversation talking negatively about someone else who works there, and had absolutely no regard for me being there. I ordered one slice which sucked, left and stopped somewhere else still hungry. I will never order from this establishment again. If you don't like your job, go do something else. read more

Went here on Saturday to spend some time with old friends. We all hung out in the dining area and ate some pizza and had some other snacks. Pizza is great. The standard Napolitano pie is think and crisp, not greasy and overly cheesy. They also make great margherita pies and fluffy sicilian pies. I tried Ferazzoli's for the first time today after just noticing the restaurant yesterday by chance while picking up from another place near by. I read some of the reviews here and thought to give them a try. I chose to start with a pizza. Grandma pizza to see how they did it. I was glad I did. They do a traditional thin crust. Traditionally Grandma pies have the dough stretched out thin. They got this right. Very clean taste not too much oil. The service was friendly upon arrival. The restaurant is clean and simply appointed. I picked up my order and it was ready and within the time specified. So far, Ferazzoli's hits all the marks for me. Service, quality and taste. Well done! I will be throwing more money their way in the future to see what else they do well. read more

Everything from the service and catering order and delivery was seamless and I would highly recommend you order from Ferazzoli's to cater your event or large party or even just a pizza night out. We ordered from the catering menu (there are different options), catering option 1 had pizza, salads, garlic knots, soda, utensils, cups, plates for $10 per person.
